건강에 대한 관심의 증가와 자전거의 이용자의 증가로 다방면에서 자전거 이용 활성화에 관한 법률이 지정되고 있다. 이런 흐름을 반영하듯 자전거 관련 어플리케이션도 다양하게 개발되어있다. 또한 소설네트워크의 발전으로 서로간의 정보교류가 활발해진 만큼 그에 따른 서비스도 필요로 하게 되었고, 이전과는 다른 자전거의 가치로 인해 자전거의 절도에 대한 방지 서비스도 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라서 기존의 어플리케이션에서 제공했던 경로, 운동량, 속도의 정보 외에도 사용자간의 경로와 자전거정보 공유, 분실된 자전거를 찾을 수 있도록 도움이 되는 기능을 추가하여 기존의 어플리케이션보다 나은 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 사용자가 공유하려는 경로데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 다른 사용자에게 전달하여주고 모든 사용자의 데이터를 정리하여 QR코드를 부여하여 분실시 QR코드를 사용하여 사용자간에 분실자전거를 찾게 해주는 방법을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 구현 하려는 어플리케이션의 설계와 구현하였다.

본 논문은 반려견의 사회 이슈 및 사육과 관련된 정보를 제공하고 반려인들의 소통을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 커뮤니티 '멍글멍글'을 개발한다. 반려견에 대한 관심이 계속 늘어나며, 이에 따른 시장 및 제도의 확장으로 반려인들이 얻는 정보의 불확실성과 제도에 대한 이해도가 감소하고 있다. '멍글멍글'은 이러한 맥락에서 출발하여 반려견을 키우는 사람들에게 신뢰성 있는 정보를 전달하고 원활한 소통을 촉진하기 위한 목적으로 개발되었다. 선정된 크리에이터가 정리한 객관적인 정보를 비롯하여 누구나 질문하고 답하며 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니티 기능, 반려견의 건강기록과 일정 관리 등의 기능을 제공함으로써 사용자는 한곳에서 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 반려동물의 양육 난도를 낮추고 양육 만족도를 높여 더 건강하고 행복한 생활에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

The present study aimed to investigate the information needs and information seeking behavior of consumers who attempted to quit or maintain the ceasing of smoking and analyze the effects of the health information obtained at different stages. In particular, we examined how consumers use mobile health applications(health apps) as aids to change unhealthy behaviors and how their use of health apps influence health behavior changes. For 7 months from December 2017 to July 2018, the researchers observed changes in smoking behaviors of college students who use smoking-cessation apps and conducted face-to-face interviews. Regarding the effects of smoking-cessation apps, the participants in the action stage reported that they were encouraged to quit smoking by visualized information such as the number of days of smoking cessation, change of health status, and the saving of money due to smoking cessation. The participants in the maintenance stage highlighted that smoking cessation apps were helpful in recognizing the importance and achievement of smoking cessation by sharing experiences and social support with other attempters in the app community. The study provided theoretical implications in the field of information behavior in that it identified the particular types of information needs and information-seeking behavior of the consumers who were using mobile apps in their behavior modification process. In addition, those findings can contribute to designing the contents of the smoking cessation apps that reflect the information needs of those who attempt to cease smoking and further suggest practical insights to health information services that promote effective information intervention strategies in health behavior change.

Recent days, the global warming problem due to excessive use of fossil fuels has been the world wide issue so that Korea government and developed countries make an alternative plan for eco-friendly and transportations by utilizing bicycles for health promotion. Existing Public Bicycle Rental Service Systems provide simple service such as bicycle rental management and tracking the location. However there is no user-side service for the information of the measure of carbon reduction, or use of bicycles. The proposed system in this paper provides users' health information, environmental information, personal information, counseling services and the measures of carbon reduction. The new system has been developed to carry out reducing carbon and growing green in terms of using bicycles by adopting Web 2.0 technology.

의료 환경이 점차 변화함에 따라 효율적인 건강관리와 의료사고를 룰이기 위한 새로운 병원정보시스템의 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지속적인 건강관리와 의료정보 공유를 위한 외래환자 Clinical Summary 시스템을 제안하였다. 환자진료에 필요한 core data set을 XML기반의 구조적 문서로 정의하고 이를 웹 서비스(Web Services)를 통해 여러 의료기관에서 활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 진료의 계속성을 높일 수 있도록 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 이용한 실시간 건강정보 모니터링 및 데이터 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 심전도 계측 모듈에서 획득한 심전도 데이터를 스마트폰 상에서 누구나 손쉽게 자신의 심전도를 모니터링 할 수 있고 데이터베이스 서버로 계측된 데이터를 전송함으로써 데이터의 관리 및 공유가 가능한 시스템이다. 현재 가장 주목받고 있는 휴대용 개인 정보화 기기인 스마트폰을 기반으로 한 모니터링 시스템과 데이터베이스 서버를 활용한 심전도 데이터 관리 시스템을 최대 장점으로 들 수 있으며, 기존의 시스템에 비해 휴대성, 확장성, 편의성, 정확성, 비용 등에서 뛰어나 보다 나은 시스템 구현의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Social enterprise in Korea has faced with many problems such as small size, management capability, lack of technology and weak ability to obtain resources despite its quantitative growth, raising concern over sustainability of social enterprises. Despite such tough environment, unique feature of social enterprise, differentiated from commercial enterprise is that it has clear social mission. In addition, social enterprise has the organizational feature in that vulnerable social group of workers coexists with ordinary workers, and plays a role of helping independence of vulnerable social group. Due to this feature, successful organizational socialization of members in social enterprise is a very important feature. Based on assumption that social mission of social enterprise can be utilized as the unique competitiveness of social enterprise through vision-sharing in the organization, and may give positive effects on successful organizational socialization of organization members, this study aims to conduct empirical research on relationship between vision-sharing and organizational socialization and to explore mediation effects of organizational health as organizational environmental element in relationship between vision sharing and organizational socialization. This study was conducted on 156 employees working at social enterprises. As a result of study, first, vision sharing is found to have positive effects on organizational socialization at social enterprises. Second, vision sharing in social enterprise has positive effects on organizational health. Third, vitality and community-oriented in social enterprise are found to have mediation effects among lower elements of organizational health in relationship between vision sharing and organizational socialization. In conclusion, it is confirmed that the more visions of organization are shared, the more members recognize their organization healthy, resulting in successful organizational socialization. This study is meaningful in that it presents the plans for successful organizational socialization of members of social enterprise including vulnerable groups and that it is the empirical study on plans of social enterprise on human resource management.

With the help of fast growing popularization of internet, all areas of e-Health have expanded rapidly; such that people have become interested in digital personal health record and its management. This paper examined the characteristics of personal health record and made the analysis of the structure of Google Health, the internet-based personal health record system. Google Health allows you to store and manage all of your health information, import medical records from hospitals and pharmacies, share your health records, and explore online health services. This examples represents not only a significant change of current medical systems but also enables to estimate the future stream of it. As a result, this paper, in the areas of e-Health which will be expanded in various service areas, may give you a greater sense of importance of personal health record and will eventually provide more complemental structure of future personal health record through comparative studies on the strength and weakness of it.

The present study aimed at investigating the strengths and weaknesses of a mobile personal health record (PHR) application and identifying its impacts on consumer health information behavior. For the study, twenty-seven college students used a PHR application for three months, based on which the study conducted paper-based interviews with them. The results of content analysis highlighted the benefits of the PHR such as supporting preventive healthcare and motivating and providing specific guidelines for healthy lifestyles by utilizing visual interface design, sharing the data with family and assisting caregivers to manage patients' healthcare, and above all enhancing the interaction between patients and healthcare professionals. However, the study found the drawbacks of the PHR such as a lack of data entry for strength training and the incompatibility with other healthcare applications. The participants were motivated to change their health behaviors in ways such as getting rid of sleep disorders, avoiding alcohol and smoking tobacco, and losing weight, and changing eating habits. Some consumers improved self-efficacy by changing their health behaviors, while the PHR provided emotional supports to the consumers who wanted to improve their health. The present study has an academic significance because the study of PHR is a burgeoning area in Korea. The study provides insights for promoting health and medical information services to cope with the paradigm shift of healthcare fields.

Recently, as the technology has been blended with IT, BT or NT and technology in each field has been developed progressively with the people's needs for a healthy and abundance life. In the medical service field as well, related technologies such as medical equipment, medical information system, or medical business application have come to be diversified and advanced. However, most of these medical technologies are being developed independently without an interaction with other medical institutions or related companies, which causes many problems in the integration or interchangeability of them. This paper is intended to solve the problems generated during a direct information sharing between the functional interfaces of the present healthcare information sharing system. This paper develops a repository between the interfaces, which can save all the healthcare information from the institutions, and convert and publish it in various forms of document. In other words, recently HL7 protocol has been used for sharing the healthcare information in order to save the information in XML format, and develops the H-DISS(Healthcare-Documents Integrated Sharing System), a repository to manage and publish the saved document.
