Genomic Fingerprinting Patterns of Bifidobacteria Isolated from Healthy Koreans Using ERIC-, TAP-, and BOX-PCR (건강한 한국인으로부터 분리된 비피도박테리아의 ERIC-, TAP-, BOX- 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용한 유전자 지문 분석)

  • 유산균인 비피도박테리아는 사람과 동물에서 유익한 프로바이오틱 미생물로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 비피도박테리아 균주의 분류를 위한 repetitive DNA element PCR fingerprinting (ERIC-또는 TAP-PCR)의 사용을 평가하였다. 사람분변으로부터 분리한 알려지지 않은 비피도박테리움 균주와 한국생명공학연구원 생물자원센터로부터 분양받은 표준균주를 가지고 분류 및 동정에 ERIC-PCR과 TAP-PCR을 이용한 RAPD-fingerprinting을 수행하였다. 그 결과 비피도박테리움 균주에 대한 속과 종단위의 분류가 가능하였으며, 실험에 사용된 모든 비피도박테리움 균주는 RAPD-fingerprinting 분석을 통해 유전적 다양성을 확인하였다. 또한 ERIC2와 TAP1 프라이머를 이용한 실험에서는 Bifidobacterium adolescenits 특이 유전자 단편을 확인하였으며 이는 B. adolescenits 균주의 동정에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

  • Nomogram is a statistical tool that visualizes the risk factors of the disease and then helps to understand the untrained people. This study used risk factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and compared with logistic regression model and naïve Bayesian classifier model. Data were analyzed using the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 6th (2013-2015). First, we used 6 risk factors about COPD. We constructed nomogram using logistic regression model and naïve Bayesian classifier model. We also compared the nomograms constructed using the two methods to find out which method is more appropriate. The receiver operating characteristic curve and the calibration plot were used to verify each nomograms.

  • In this paper, we propose a classification algorithm for postures of sitting person by using IMU(inertial measurement unit). This algorithm uses PCA(principle component analysis) for decreasing the number of feature vectors to three and SVM(support vector machine) with RBF(radial basis function) kernel for classifying posture types. In order to collect the data, we designed neckband-shaped earphones with IMU, and applied it to three subjects who are healthy adults. Subjects were experimented three sitting postures, which are neutral posture, smartphoning, and writing. As the result, our PCA-SVM algorithm showed 95% confidence while the dimension of the feature vectors was reduced to 25%.

  • We have sent the 1000 hair samples to USA and received the results from USA because the programs for the interpretation of Tissue Mineral Analysis (TMA) result is not opened yet in Korea. Therefore, the study will analyze the relationship between the hair for Korean and minerals and make a classification system. To achieve the goal, first of all, we coded the results of patients and classified the analyzed results which are the interrelationship between the minerals and dietary situation and the heavy metals and diseases through the statistical methods. Finally we classified 8 metabolic type using decision tree classifier.

  • A human's effort to enjoy healthy life all life is increased, it is Sasang medicine that is receiving many interests. Sasang medicine person's constitution by 4 and behaved correct medicine arts in constitution. Therefore, In this paper, be going to propose a methodology for developing practitioner's intuition to objective equipment by visualize, measuring and quantize practitioner's a shape of the body and its countenance methods. For this, be going to extract characteristic elements, which are needed to assort Sasang constitution classification, from front and side face and distinguish four constitutions. Finally, usefulness of method proposed by an experiment world prove.

  • 현대사회는 인구의 고령화에 따른 노인인구의 증가 및 만성질환자의 증가에 따른 의료수요 급증이 예상되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 의료서비스 인프라는 증가하는 의료수요를 충족하기에는 역부족이 따르며, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 정보통신기술과 헬스케어기술이 결합된 유비쿼터스 헬스케어기술이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일상생활 중 움직임에 따른 활동 상태를 판별하여 운동량의 모니터링을 통한 건강관리뿐만 아니라 낙상 등과 같은 응급상황의 모니터링이 가능한 시스템을 구현하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 3축 가속도센서를 이용하여 인체의 움직임에 따른 활동 가속도 신호를 계측할 수 있는 센서 및 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한 계측된 센서신호를 PC또는 휴대용 단말기로 무선전송하기위하여 무선센서네트워크 기술을 적용한 데이터 전송시스템을 구현하였다. 계측된 가속도 신호로부터 활동 상태를 판별하기위해 다층 퍼셉트론 알고리즘을 적용한 분류알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 분류알고리즘의 성능평가를 통해 실제 활동상태 모니터링에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

Impact on the Health Behaviors of Children by High Risk Alcohol Drink Behavior of Parent (부모의 고위험 음주 행동이 자녀의 건강행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was performed to examine the impact on the health behaviors of the children by their parents' drinking behaviors. We used the data from a community health survey in 2009. The subjects were selected the household that had a child older than 19, and then among them, chose those 916 parents of highly risky drinking exposition among 16,383 control parents. The collected data was analyzed by frequency, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis, using SPSS 18.0k program. Parent's high risk drinking behavior was independently associated with children's high risk drinking behavior after adjusting covariates(p<0.01). According to the result of the study, high risk drinking behavior of parents impact highly on the children's high risk alcohol drinking, nutritional behaviors, influenza vaccination, and tooth brushing, so it's necessary to consider a systematic family health education to the high risk drinkers.

School Based Intervention with Mental Health Problem in the Elementary School : Systematic Review (정신건강 어려움이 있는 국내 초등학생의 학교-기반 중재 : 체계적 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study was to find more effective mental health intervention for school based intervention with mental health problem in an elementary school. A systematic review was conducted according to the PRISMA checklist. We accessed databases including RISS, KISS, and the National Assembly Library of Korea. Subject studies were classified according to type of intervention, subject characteristic, and evaluation. Finally, twenty-five studies matched the inclusion criteria. According to types of intervention, it was classified into four types which are psychoeducation(self-management skills, social skills, social emotional learn ing), behavior intervention(positive behavior support, modeling), psychotherapy(art therapy, counseling and parent coaching), and recreation intervention(robot intervention, horticultural therapy). The most of subjects were intellectual disability, the following subjects were ADHD. The most areas of evaluation were emotional change and attention. The findings of this review support school based intervention and provide evidence. And it can be used as an important basic data for preparing more effective mental health-related school-based interventions.

Landscape Scale Ecosystem Evaluation for Sustainable Landuse Planning (지속가능한 토지이용을 위한 경관규모 생태계평가기법 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ecosystem soundness in landscape scale using landscape indices, and to extract regional information that can be used for sustainable landuse planning. About BongWha-gun, the landcover classification using Landsat TM images and patch analysis ware carried out, and some landscape indices were calculated using geographic information system(GIS) and patch analyst program. As the results of this study, Seokpo, Jaesan and Sochun got higher scores in landscape indices related to the ecosystem soundness. But, Bonghwa-eup got lowest scores in the 10 regions. When compared with normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), this result showed consistency to some degree. Although, there needs more supplementary studies, it is anticipated that landscape scale ecosystem evaluation using landscape indices can gives us some informations related to sustainable landuse planning.

Analysis of Internet Addiction, Eating, Physical Activity Behavior and Mental-psychological State among Korean Adolescents: Based on 2010 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Survey (한국 청소년의 인터넷중독, 식생활, 신체활동, 정신·심리 상태의 분석: 2010년 청소년건강행태온라인조사를 바탕으로)

  • This study was aimed to identify the differences and relation of eating, physical activity behavior and mental-psychological state according to the level of internet addiction in adolescents. A self-report by on-line survey was conducted on 73238 middle & high students, who are 12 and 18 years old in South Korea. The questionnaires utilized in this study were eatings, physical activities, perceived happiness and mental health. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS WIN 14.0 program. All participants were general group 94.5%, potential group 2.5%, high risk group 3.0% classified. Violent, Muscle strengthening did not show a significant difference on three groups. Eating, physical activity, mental-psychological health and internet addiction was a correlation, eating and mental-psychological health did not show a correlation. The study suggests adolescents internet addiction prevention education to include Eating, physical activity, mental-psychological health.
