The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the health insurance perception level and health insurance satisfaction for national health insurance subscriber. The collected data were analyzed by $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA using the SPSS/WIN (ver.14.0). Research results can be summarized as follows. The relationship between the health insurance perception level and health insurance satisfaction was relatively high. The study showed significantly high levels in the score of health insurance satisfactions according to perception of security level, health insurance premium, positive thinking, and fair in premium charge. Also health insurance satisfaction scores were significantly low levels according to perception of raise health insurance premium and burden on households. This study investigated the relationship between the detail perception and satisfaction for national health insurance. Therefore, we are setting the overall direction of national health insurance perception, and look forward to utilizing the basis data as help to improve the system of health insurance for people.

This study attempts to examine the impact of a documentary film, on the perception and satisfaction with the public health insurance system in South Korea. It is needed that public support to expand health insurance coverage and to intensify national health insurance. The documentary film investigates health care in the United States, comparing with the non-profit universal health care systems of Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Cuba. So an online education content for the general education was developed using this film and the surveys were carried out to gather information about perception, satisfaction and opinion on national health insurance system before the lesson and after. And pared t tests were conducted to analyze the effects of this education content using the film on perception and attitudes towards national health insurance system. Based on the empirical results, the way to develop education contents for improving the understanding public health system and to verify the effect of education contents were discussed.

`건강'에 대한 의미가 특별해지는 요즘이다. 남녀노소를 불문하고 다양한 질병에 노출되어 있는 시대이니 만큼 정부에서도 촉각을 곤두세우고 의료 환경 개선에 적극 나서고 있다. 이에 따라 지난해에 이어 올해도 보험급여 확대를 통한 건강보험보장성을 강화하고 취약계층에 대한 다양한 의료혜택 제공 등의 정책이 추진된다. 2011년 바뀌는 보건의료제도를 알아보자.

노인장기 요양보험제도가 시행된 지 2년이 흘렀다. 그동안 가족이 책임졌던 노인에 대한 장기요양을 국가와 사회가 부담함으로써 만성질환 및 노인성 질환으로 어려움을 겪는 노인과 가족들의 부담이 줄어들었다. 하지만 적지 않은 문제점도 드러나고 있다. 외국의 사례를 통해 우리나라 노인장기 요양보험제도의 현재와 미래를 그려보고자 한다.

지난 '95년 12. 9(토) 오전 9시-13시에 서울팔래스 호텔 12층에서는 새로운 건강진단 제도 개선을 위한 전문가 회의가 개최되었다. 이 회의는 일반건강진단업무가 노동부에서 보건복지부 보건예방 사업으로 이관됨에 따라 일반검진이 의료보험법에 의해 의료보험단체가 주관케되었고 특수검진은 산안법에 따라 시행되어 근로자 건강관리체계가 이원화되었던 첫해를 보내면서 근로자 및 산업보건 관계자들로부터 보완의 필요성이 요구됨에 따라 보다 더 현실적이고 효율적인 제도를 마련하여 '96년도 건강진단시책에 반영코자 개최되었다. 이에 본지에서는 이 회의에서 각 전문가들이 제시한 의견들을 요약해서 게제하고자 한다.

This study focuses on the healthcare sector in Vietnam which is promoting universal health insurance for the achievement of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) under Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the reform process of the health care system and the law on health insurance through the historical and cultural contexts and its implications from the perspective of development. Based on the three dimensions of UHC - extension of protection for population, provision of various medical services, and financial protection, the current status of the Vietnam healthcare sector is summarized respectively as follows. First, according to the revised Health Insurance law which came into effect in 2015, the mandatory health insurance premiums are calculated based on household units. Second, there is a medical network that can provide preventive and healthcare services centered on primary health care facilities, for example commune health stations (trạm y $t{\hat{e}}$ $X{\tilde{a}}$). Third, out-of-pocket expenditure is still a large proportion although public spending has increased and private spending has decreased since the enforcement of the health insurance law and various schemes. Vietnam is currently striving towards a universal health care system. The development of institutions and systems should be designed in a way that is appropriate for the members of the society rather than efficiency. This article findings shed light on the role of social values, family culture, and informal institutions.

The aim of the study was to investigate the affecting factors on National Health Insurance coverage dental scaling experience. The self-reported survey for the adults living in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Incheon had been progressed from February 10, 2014, to February 28, 2014, after receiving informed consents. And the 238 survey results had been analysed as the data of this study. The data analysis such as frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, and multi-logistic regression (p<0.05) for all collected survey data had been processed using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 20.0. According to multiple logistic regression analysis, regular dental check-up (odds ratio [OR], 2.63; confidence interval [CI], 1.05~6.59) and dental scaling experience (OR, 3.06; CI, 1.09~8.54), monthly income (OR, 3.55; CI, 1.01~12.56) were the factors having statistically significant influence. Therefore, in order to increase of National health insurance dental scaling experience, it is necessary to increase awareness of the new dental scaling system through the promotion and oral health education about national health insurance dental scaling, and to emphasize the importance of dental Scaling by regular dental check-up.

National Health Insurance Corporation initiated Home and Community Long-term care Agency Quality Assessment(HCLA-QA) program in 2010. This study aims to explore long-term care agencies' perceptions and attitudes toward HCLA-QA program, focused on the home-visit care agencies. Total 473 agencies completed the questionnaires(response rate 13.6%), using the e-mail and fax survey methods with high-capacity web-fax server of NHIC. On the results of this study, we found the agencies' different perceptions and attitudes on HCLA-QA program according to their quality ratings as QA results. Compared to the agencies with low quality ratings, the agencies with high quality ratings tend to have more time for preparation, better understandings about HCLA-QA program, more positive perceptions that quality indicators generally are valid, and more affirmative attitudes that the notifications of QA results are helpful for agencies. Our findings can be very useful for establishing strategies for improving the HCLA-QA program. The policy makers, the insurer, and the agencies need to consider the opinions of the agencies with high quality ratings as well as the ones with low quality ratings.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data necessary for preparing a sustainable health insurance system in the future by analyzing the difference in the results of claims according to the claims status of health insurance of dental medical institutions and the level of health insurance knowledge. In this study, a self-written online questionnaire was conducted for dental medical institutions 209 workers from March to May 2019. As a result of the study, The demand for professional manpower according to claim satisfaction was statistically significant in the qualification requirements (p<.05). Therefore, the necessity of professional workers for dental health insurance claims was confirmed and policies for this should be prepared.
