현대 사회에서는 건강을 해치게 되면 삶의 질이 저하 될 뿐만 아니라 시간과 비용의 소모가 커져 어려움을 겪는다. 현대인들이 건강을 지키기 위한 가장 좋은 방법은 정기적으로 건강검진을 받는 것이다. 건강검진 대상자가 건강검진을 받을 때 각 단계별 검사 대기시간 및 안내를 받기 위하여 장시간 소요되는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 건강검진을 받으러 온 검사자마다 간호사가 일일이 다음 검진 안내를 해주는 것에 대한 수고를 덜어 주고자 비콘을 활용한 건강검진 안내 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

의료 기술이나 관련 장비가 발달해온 것과 달리, 현재의 단체 건강검진 환경에는 여러 가지 비효율적 요소들이 존재한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 단체 건강검진 현장의 개선을 위한 전자태그(RFID) 기반 운영관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 데이터베이스를 이용하여 검진과정에서 수집되는 데이터들을 실시간으로 관리하고, 이를 토대로 현장 검진의들의 작업을 지원할 수 있는 정보를 제공한다. 아울러, 수검자들은 검진현장을 순회할 때 기존처럼 문서로 된 검진서식을 지참하는 것이 아니라 개인 RFID 카드를 이용하게 되고, 수검자들의 검진 내역 역시 지속적으로 추적이 가능하다. 결과적으로 제안하는 시스템을 통하여 전체 검진현장의 실시간 통합 관리가 가능하며, 단체 건강검진 현장의 업무효율성과 수검자 편의성이 증진될 수 있다. 아울러, 제안하는 시스템은 건강검진 현장에서 여러 가지 성과지표를 수집, 산출하여 검진 서비스의 지속적인 개선을 위한 토대를 제공한다.

This study was conducted to find ways to improve people's perceptions to prevent and detect breast cancer. Health belief model(HBM) was used to examine the relationship between. risk perception of breast cancer, and benefit perception, and information seeking. In addition, the role of autonomous motives was included in the model. The results shows that the more people perceived cancer as dangerous, or perceived cancer screeing as beneficial, the more likely they seek relavant health information. Also, high autonomous motives showed positive effects on info seeking. Information seeking behaviors also had a positive impact on health screening intentions.

This paper demonstrates empirically that individuals who monitor indicators of their current cardiovascular health status by undergoing medical examinations are more likely to invest in their own health than those who do not observe such monitoring protocols. Using data from the 2001 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of Korea in a structural econometric model, this paper attempts to control the endogeneity problem inherent to the individual decision as to whether to undergo medical examinations, and provides estimation results showing that increased individual health awareness via medical examinations exerts a statistically significant positive effect on health investments. From the policy perspective, the estimation results of this paper may provide a rationale supporting the health policy of free provision of health examination services to the insured via National Health Insurance.

This study analyzes on payment difference of users in sex, age, region using 23-months data by a university medical center to figure out factors which help to hospital management. The meaningful results of this study as follow. First of all, there is not statistically significant difference between men and women. Secondly, the researcher categorizes users under 40s into group A and 40s users into group B, those in 60s or older into group C. Then, researcher accepted H2 that there might be a difference on the age range of users in each group. Finally, In the results on difference analysis of the payment, there is only statistical difference between Busan and Ulsan Gyeongnam. These results is expected to provide basic information for efficient management of medical center.

본 논문에서는 변화하는 ICT 기술을 기반으로 의료정보의 빅데이터화를 통해 건강권에 대해 장애인과 비장애인을 중심으로 살펴본다. 전국민 대상의 국가건강검진 중 암 검진에 수검율을 조사하고 여성 장애인의 수검 요인을 분석해 장애인의 건강권 보장이 가능한지 살펴본다. 국가암검진 중 30대 이상 여성을 중심으로 진행되는 자궁경부암 수검 요인을 건강행태적 요인으로 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.

This article considers the experimental foundations of geographical phenomena for the distribution of lodging houses and the development of lodging Information Systems in Shin-Chon Area. This system allows the rural students to find their lodging houses conveniently. We examine the geographical reality of lodging houses in Shin-chon area and explores the lodging information system, reflecting how students select the lodging houses. Criteria for selection of lodging houses are travel time to school, interior facilities, rent fee, members, owners of lodging houses, which are collected by field swvey. The lodging information system is built in integration of Visual Basic with spatial data which are created in Mapinfo and Arcview through MapObject, component GIS software. This system provide query tools to efficiently investigate data as well as interactive map display. Also it displays the characteristics of a selected lodging houses using the identify tool on the map.

Colorectal cancer screening in adults aged 40 and over our country and understand the relationship between health behaviors and those affecting the implementation of a colorectal cancer screening was conducted to determine the parameters. National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey tool 4th secondary data were used. The main variable levels of public health, health-related awareness and behavior, food and nutritional status were surveyed about 12,528. Colorectal Cancer Screening adults aged 40 and over who target male and female study subjects were 4703. Compliance findings that are relevant to colorectal cancer screening variables include gender, age, residence, or taking supplements, Health Screening, whether history, such as cancer, respectively. Marital status, education level, household monthly gross income, private insurance, whether regular exercise was not associated with the. In order to increase colorectal cancer screening among the expanding free cancer screening and cancer screening performed a systematic test of the simple and effective education and publicity will be carried out.

The health checkup conducted by the National Health Insurance Corporation is aimed at early detection and prevention of diseases. After the screening, you will receive a result sheet, which is a means for smooth communication between the medical staff and the patient. So far, design improvements have been made to the results. However, it is still pointed out that patients have low understanding and cognitive problems. Therefore, in this study, the opinions of the actual users, the medical examiners, and the designers are investigated to improve the design and to propose convenient checkup result sheets. The research method is to investigate the problems of information design research related to the results of the health examination and the user interviews on the results of the current health examination, and to improve the design of the existing results. In addition, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the results of the existing health checkups and the results of the improved checkups by the researchers, and finally designed them by referring to the results. As a result, I got a positive answer that many of the problems pointed out in the existing results were solved.
