가족사례관리사업 운영 현황 및 효율성 제고 방안에 관한 연구 : 서울지역 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 (A study of current management status and ways to improve the efficiency of Family-centered case management services: Focused on the Healthy family support centers and Multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul)

  • The main purpose of this study are to investigate the current situation of family-centered case management practices by case managers working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers, in order to propose a practical direction for improving the efficiency of family-centered case management services. Research participants included 24 case manager working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul, who have performed case management services for families for one to 7 years. The Date was collected through focus group interview(FGI) and demographic characteristics research. The results of this study are as follows: first, in the area of cognition about family-centered case management conceptualization, confused and ambiguous. Seconds, in the area of practicing as a case manager, there were limitations and biases in community resources contact and multiple intervention and limited sharing information between organizations. Third, family-centered case manager's have periodically been requested to provide diverse training and education for performance of challenging case managers roles. The Standardized manual and burnout precautions should also be prepared.

가족관계가 청소년의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 매개효과 (The effect of family relations on adolescents' social competence: examining the mediating role of ego-resilience)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of family relations on adolescents' social competence. Furthermore, this study aimed to examine the mediating role of ego-resilience between those factors. Method: Two hundred and ninety-nine high school students completed measures of family cohesion, family expressiveness, ego-resilience, and social competence. T-tests, correlation and regression analyses were conducted. Results: The results reveled that family cohesion, family expressiveness, and ego-resilience were positively related to social competence. The results also revealed that family cohesion and expressiveness were significantly predicted social competence, emphasizing the role of family relations. Moreover, the association of family cohesion and expressiveness with adolescents' social competence was partially mediated by ego-resilience. Conclusions: The findings suggests that family cohesion and expressiveness contributes to adolescents' social competence directly and indirectly through ego-resilience. Results were discussed in terms of their implications for intervention to enhance social competence among adolescents.

가족정책 전달체계 통합 논의에 대한 제언 (Policy Suggestions for an Integration of the Family Policy Service Delivery Systems)

  • The purpose of this study is to make suggestions for the ongoing process of an integration of the Healthy Families Center and the Center for Multicultural Families. Based on previous studies and interview data from nine service workers at the two institutions, we make the following suggestions. First, a systematic analysis tool should be developed in order to evaluate the effects of the integration initiative with reliability and validity. Second, empirical data should be collected from the users after the integration of the two institutions and be used to promote their satisfaction. Third, a specific preparation should be made to enhance the integration process of the service workers. Fourth, the integration should be considered in the context of the community and networks. Finally, further studies are needed to understand how the integration influence family policy and social policy in larger contexts.

다문화가족 남성배우자의 이중문화스트레스, 의사소통이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Male Spouses' Bicultural Stress, Communication and Their Marital Satisfaction in Multi race & Culture Family)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가족의 남성배우자의 이중문화스트레스 및 의사소통과 결혼만족도와의 관계를 파악하고자 전국에 있는 결혼이민자 지원센터, 건강가정지원센터의 프로그램 참가자와 지역사회복지관의 다문화 프로그램을 이용하는 결혼이주여성의 배우자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 첫째, 이중문화스트레스는 하위영역 중 문화충격(M= 4.32)이 가장 높고, 지각된 적대감의 평균값이 가장 낮은 것으로 조사되었는데, 점수가 높을수록 이중문화스트레스가 높은 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 이중문화스트레스에 따른 결혼만족도는 이중문화스트레스가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 높았다. 셋째, 의사소통에 따른 결혼만족도는 의사소통이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 높았다. 넷째, 의사소통은 이중문화스트레스가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 매개함을 알 수 있다.

  • This aim in this study is to investigate the meaning of case management and management in general from the case manger's perspective, as well as case mangers' abilities and networks. We also propose a development direction for the establishment of a local integrated family-centered community management system. Regarding the collection of qualitative data, focus group interviews (FGIs) were conducted with 11 case managers from social welfare organizations in the city of C. The interviews consisted of open-ended questions in the following four categories: understanding of case management, case managers' abilities, case management environments, and local community networks. According to the interview analysis, a total of 16 subcategories in 9 categories and 4 domains have been identified. Due to the ambiguity regarding the concept of case management, case management was completely dependent upon individual case managers' abilities. In particular, family-centered case management was found to exist in several organizations in the same region. In terms of case management environments, the following problems have been observed: absence of related departments and staff, confusion regarding performance evaluation standards, limitations in sharing information among organizations, limitations in resource exploration and management, redundant support, and an uncomfortable relationship between the private and public sector. Horizontal exchange and cooperation among organizations are essential to establish and facilitate a local community network. After all, to establish a local family-centered community case management system, the roles of a Healthy Families Center and a Multi-cultural Family Support Center as parts of a family-centered transfer system should be fully emphasized in local society, and the performance of family-centered case management should be developed.

건강가정·다문화가족지원센터의 직무요구 및 조직문화가 종사자의 코로나19 관련 업무수행, 직무소진, 직무만족에 미친 영향 (The Impact of Job Demands and Organizational Culture on Work Performance, Burnout, and Job Satisfaction in Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Centers during the Covid-19 Pandemic)

  • This study examined the impact of job demand and organizational culture on new task difficulties, burnout, and job satisfaction using a survey data of 145 family specialists in Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support during the COVID-19 pandemic. We used the job demand-resources model and the competing values model to categorize the four dimensions of organizational culture as a conceptual framework for this study. We found that the mean of work overload was higher than the means of job conflict and job ambiguity. Our latent profile analysis proposed four profiles of organizational culture: cultural absence type, authoritative culture type, middle cultural balance type, and high cultural balance type. The results of multiple regression analyses showed that work overload was positively associated with difficulties in new task performance and burnout, job ambiguity was positively related to burnout, and job conflict and ambiguity were negatively related to job satisfaction. These findings imply that the higher the job demands reported by family specialists, the higher the level of burnout and the lower the job satisfaction. In addition, organizational culture was a unique predictor of burnout and lower level of job satisfaction. Family specialists in the groups with a high cultural balance were Family specialists in the groups with a high cultural balance were more likely to have lower levels of burnout than those in the culture absence and in the middle culture balance, and higher job satisfaction than the other groups. The results suggest that management strategies to build a creative workplace culture can prevent burnout and improve job satisfaction.

군인의 직업특성과 군인아내의 결혼만족도 및 양육스트레스의 관련성: 부정적 인식과 군인가족 자부심의 매개효과 (Military Personnel's Occupational Characteristics and Family Life among Military Wives with Preschool Children: Underlying Processes)

  • Based on the stress process model, this study examined the process of how military personnel's occupational characteristics (i.e., long and unspecified work hours, frequent moving) is associated with their wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress. We focused on whether the wives' perception toward the characteristics of military occupation and the wives' military family pride mediated the association. An online survey was conducted with 323 women married to professional active-duty military husbands, had at least one preschool child, and lived with the husband and child. Using structural equation modeling, we found that the wives' perception of military occupational characteristics and military family pride mediated the relationship between their husband's work hours and the wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress. This serial multiple mediation indicated that the longer and more unspecified the husband's work hours were, the more negative the wife's perceptions were towards his military occupation, which led to lower marital satisfaction and higher parenting stress. The single mediation effect of negative perceptions was also significant. Frequent moving was indirectly related to the wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress through only the wives' negative perceptions toward military occupational characteristics. This result indicates that military spouses who experienced frequent moves are likely to have more negative attitudes toward military occupation, which leads to lower marital satisfactions and higher parenting stress. This study contributes to the literature by identifying the underlying mechanisms between military occupational characteristics and military wives' family life through the mediating roles of negative perceptions and military family pride.

다문화가족지원센터와 건강가정지원센터 직원을 위한 리더십 교육프로그램 개발 및 실시 (Leadership Educational Program Development and Implementation for Multicultural Family Support Center and Healthy Family Support Center Employees)

  • This study verifies the effectiveness of developing and implementing a leadership educational program specifically customized to improve of leadership competencies among members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers. This program refers to Triangle Leadership that consists of three categories: finding individual strengths and self-esteem to enhance self-leadership, constructing a vision and roadmap to develop transformational leadership, and stress and teamwork management for competent servant leadership. In order to improve its completeness, focus group interview was adopted for 10 employees in the center and supervised by two professionals. The program was also conducted twice for 142 members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers across the Korea. The result of implementation (with regard to the satisfaction level for the contents of the program) showed that both first and second rounds had improvement in all three categories compared to what was expected before taking the education program. The level of satisfaction for instructor and program operation was more enhanced (as well for the second time) compared to the first round. The evidence of program effectiveness indicates that there is a high anticipation for another approach that suits for the circumstances and requirement of centers and facilitator training.

어머니의 진로관련 행동이 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 의도에 미치는 영향: 학업적응의 매개효과 (The effect of mothers' career-related behaviors on the intention to drop out of school in multicultural adolescents: Mediating effect of academic adaptation)

  • 본 연구는 어머니의 진로관련 행동이 다문화청소년의 학업중단 의도에 미치는 영향과 학업적응의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년 패널조사 7차(2017) 자료에서 중학교 3학년 1,121명을 표본으로 선정하였고, Baron & Kenny의 매개효과 분석 3단계 방법으로 제시된 모형의 영향 관계와 학업적응의 매개효과 검증과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 어머니의 진로관련 행동의 하위요인인 어머니의 지지는 학업중단의도에 부(-)적인 영향, 어머니의 간섭은 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학업적응은 학업중단의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 진로관련 행동의 하위요인인 어머니의 지지는 학업적응에 정(+)적인 영향, 어머니의 간섭은 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학업적응은 진로관련 행동과 학업중단의도의 관계에서 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

다문화가정 결혼이주여성 대상 식사조사를 위한 반정량 식품섭취빈도 조사지의 개발 및 평가 (Development and evaluation of semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire for marriage migrant women in multicultural families)

  • 본 연구는 결혼으로 한국에 이주한 다문화여성의 영양상태를 파악할 수 있는 SQ-FFQ를 개발하고 이 조사지의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 SQ-FFQ는 결혼이주여성 대상 선행 연구, 국민건강영양조사의 SQ-FFQ 및 국민건강영양조사 결과를 고려하여 다소비, 다빈도 식품목록과 영양소별 섭취량에 대한 기여도가 높은 급원식품들을 고려하여 41개의 식품항목으로 선정하였다. 1회 섭취 분량은 0.5인분, 1인분, 1.5인분의 3개의 구간으로 나누었고 섭취빈도는 지난 1년 동안 평균적으로 얼마나 자주 먹었는지를 10개의 구간으로 분류한 SQ-FFQ를 개발하였다. 개발한 조사지의 재현성 및 타당도를 평가하기 위하여 서울과 대전 일부 지역의 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터를 방문한 35명의 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 SQ-FFQ (2회) 및 3일 식사 기록지를 조사한 후 1, 2차 반정량 식품섭취빈도 간의 영양소 섭취량 차이 및 SQ-FFQ와 3일 식사기록 간의 영양소 섭취량의 차이를 분석하였다. 1-2주간격으로 조사한 식품섭취빈도조사지의 재현성을 검토한 결과 에너지와 다량영양소 (탄수화물, 지방, 단백질)의 섭취량 간에는 유의적인 차이가 없었고, 비타민 A, 리보플라빈, 칼슘, 칼륨의 경우 1차 조사의 평균 섭취량보다 2차 조사의 평균 섭취량이 유의적으로 약간 높았다. 1차 및 2차 조사에서 도출된 동일 영양소 섭취량 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 모든 동일 영양소 섭취량 간의 상관관계는 전반적으로 높은 상관관계를 보였다 (r = 0.453-0.885). 식품섭취빈도 조사와 3일 식사기록의 결과 비교를 통한 타당도 검증 결과, 식사 기록법보다 식품섭취빈도 조사법에서 에너지, 탄수화물, 탄수화물, 비타민 C, 티아민, 엽산, 비타민B12, 칼슘, 나트륨의 섭취량이 유의적으로 높아 식품섭취빈도법이 식사기록법보다 다소 과대 추정되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 1차 식품섭취빈도조사와 식사기록법의 상관관계는 대부분의 영양소에서 유의적으로 나타났는데, 식물성 지방이 0.602로 가장 높았고, 총 섭취 에너지, 탄수화물, 지방, 티아민의 상관계수도 0.512-0.599로 다른 영양소들에 비해 상대적으로 높았다. 반면 비타민 A와 C, 칼슘, 철, 나트륨 등의 영양소에 대해서는 유의적인 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구에서 결혼이주 다문화여성의 식생활 및 영양소 섭취실태를 파악하고자 개발된 자기기입식 SQ-FFQ는 신뢰성이 검증된 조사도구이며 에너지와 주요 영양소의 섭취 상태를 추정할 수 있는 도구로 사용하기에 적합한 것으로 사료된다. 그러나, 본 연구 결과는 최종 35명을 대상으로 분석하여 도출된 것으로 향후 대상자 수를 확대하여 적용해 볼 필요가 있다. 또한, 일부 영양소의 섭취 결과에 대한 타당성을 확보하기 위해서 조사식품 항목에 대한 조정을 고려해 보아야 할 것이며, 특히, 미량영양소의 경우 계절의 영향을 많이 받기 때문에 정성적인 조사를 병행하는 등의 보완이 필요하다. 또한 식품 및 영양소 섭취량 산출을 위한 분석 데이터베이스 구성을 위한 근거자료들이 더 확보되어야 할 것이다.
