  • 세계 경제의 지식기반 경제로의 변화와 함께 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심 수단으로서 기술혁신 등 지적재산의 중요성이 증대되는 등 환경의 변화와 함께 1990년대 거품경제의 장기간 불황에서 탈피하기 위한 수단으로 일본은 지적재산을 핵심 전략으로 하고 있다. 이에 일본은 지난 2002년에 지적재산전략을 국가전략으로 삼아 2002년 7월에 지적재산전략대강을 결정한 바 있으며 2003년 3월에 총리를 본부장으로 하는 지적재산전략본부를 설치하여 지적재산입국의 실현을 위한 지적재산전략추진계획을 책정하여 실시하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 지난 2005년 6월에 책정된 일본의 지적재산전략추진계획 2005를 토대로 일본의 지적재산권 정책 동향을 살펴보고 그 함의를 모색해 보고자 한다.

2D 플라잉 디스크의 피칭 운동에 따른 비정상 유동 해석

  • 본 연구에서는 플라잉 디스크를 이용하여 Pitching 운동 조건에서의 공력특성을 해석하였다. 본 해석에서 사용한 플라잉 디스크 모델은 프리원 151_140이며, 해석자로는 KFLOW_EDISON_2D_3DOF를 사용하였다. Pitching 운동이 있는 경우 받음각의 변화에 따른 공력특성을 비교 분석하였다. 기준 받음각의 변화에 따라 형상 아랫면과 뒷전 부근에 실속 와류가 다른 형태로 생겨 플라잉 디스크의 공력 특성에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 기준 받음각이 증가 할수록 강한 실속 와류가 발생함을 알 수 있다.

  • 1995년부터 급격히 발전하기 시작한 전자상거래는 2000년 후반에 들면서 커다란 전환을 맞이하게 되었다. 인터넷 기업에 대한 거품이 제거되면서 주가가 폭락하였고, 전자상거래에서 과연 수익을 얻을 수 있는 모델은 무엇인지에 대한 의문이 제기되기 시작하였다. 이러한 시기에 최근 게임산업은 세계 미디어 시장에서 큰 비중을 자치하는 21세기형 산업으로 부상하고 있으며, 또한 많은 비즈니스 수익모델 중에서 수익을 제공할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델로 급부상하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임 사용자들의 충성도에 영향을 주는 요인들에 대한 인과관계를 연구하고자 하였다. 특히 게임의 중독이 이러한 인과관계에 어떤 매개효과가 있는지를 검정해 보고자 하였다.

  • The removal of zinc (II) from aqueous solutions has been studied by the adsorptive bubble separation processes such as solvent sublation and foam fractionation processes using capric acid as collector. The efficiency of the remoal process has been studied by changing the ionic strength and pH and the bubble separation method has been compared with the solvent extraction process using the capric acid dissolved in benzene as extractant.

  • 본 논문에서는 유체 시뮬레이션(Fluid simulation)중 화염에서 표현되는 불똥 입자(Fire-flake particle)의 생성, 움직임과 삭제를 효율적으로 학습하고 표현할 수 있는 인공지능 기법에 대해 소개한다. 유체 시뮬레이션을 계산하기 위해서는 일반적으로 수치해석학과 같은 학문의 이해가 필요하며 불똥이나 거품과 같은 유체의 2차 효과(Secondary effect)는 기반유체(Underlying fluids)를 통해 추출되기 때문에 복잡하고 계산양이 많아진다. 이러한 문제를 완화하고자 본 논문에서는 인공신경망을 이용한 분류 모델 학습을 통해 격자 내에서 표현되어야 하는 불똥 입자의 생성을 학습하고, 다항 회귀 모델 학습을 통해 불똥 입자의 움직임을 예측한다. 또한, 불똥 입자가 삭제되어야하는 상태를 네트워크 학습을 통해 얻어내며, 수명(Lifespan) 임계값 조절하여 다양한 장면에서 불똥을 제어할 수 있다. 결과적으로 화염의 움직임을 기반으로 불똥의 움직임을 복잡한 수학식이나 디자이너에게 의존하지 않고 인공지능 학습을 통해 쉽게 제어하고 예측하는 결과를 보여준다.

Enhancement in Stability of Foam Generated with Cationic Surfactant Solutions (양이온성 계면활성제 거품 지속성 증진방법 연구)

  • This study tried to find a suitable method for enhancing the foam stability of cationic surfactants that normally generate less foam or no foam. Several trials were made to enhance the foam stability: addition of anionic surfactant, colloids and polymer. Cationic starch (CA-ST) did not form foam at all, while the foam stability of two other cationic surfactant also showed low levels; methyl triethanol ammonium methyl sulfate distearyl ester (CEQ90) for 46 sec. and Cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CM29) for 31 seconds. Foam stability of cationic surfactants were significantly affected by addition of anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). Foam stability of CA-ST was significantly enhanced by addition of SDS, while those of CEQ90 and CM29 were decreased. Addition of colloids ($SiO_2$, kaolin) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) enhanced foam stabilities of CEQ90 and CM29. However, CA-ST did not form foam even in the presence of colloids or PVA. Effect of simultaneous addition of colloids and anionic surfactant on foam stability of cationic surfactant showed that foam stability of cationic surfactant was more influenced by addition of anionic surfactant than colloids. Effect of simultaneous addition of PVA and anionic surfactant on the foam stability of cationic surfactant also showed that presence of anionic surfactant significantly affect the foam stability of cationic surfactant. Foam stability of CA-ST was greatly increased to 8,780 seconds by addition of SDS 0.14% and PVA 2.5%. The foam stability of CA-ST was 8 times higher than CEQ 90. This study suggested that cationic surfactants not forming foam can generate foam by addition of anionic surfactant and its stability can be additionally increased by addition of colloids and PVA. The study results showed that enhancement in foam stability of cationic surfactant was prominently affected by the concentration of anionic surfactant added.

Analysis of Daily Milking Flow in Holstein Dairy Cow Using the LactoCorder (전자식유량계를 활용한 홀스타인 젖소의 비유형질 분석)

  • A total of 486 milk records were collected from 16 diary farms in Imsil-gun, Jeollabuk-do. Results obtained were as follows: The average 3MG (amount of milk within the first three minute) was 7.44 kg and 55% of total milk yield was produced within 3 min. The average of SPL (% of foam in milk) was 33.93% and the average of MNG (strip yield) was 0.14 kg, which was less than 1% of total milk yield. The averages of HMF (highest milk flow), HMG (maximum milk flow rate in one minute) and DMHG (average milk flow in the main milking phase) were 3.03 kg/min, 2.94 kg/min and 2.05 kg/min, respectively and the average milking speed in Imsil-gun was slower than other regions. The average of tS500(time to reach 0.5 kg/min at beginning) was 0.23min (about 14 seconds) and that of tMGG (duration of the total milking) was 7.75min. The average tMBG (duration of the dry milking phase) was 0.58 min (35 seconds) and that of tMNG (duration of the stripping phase) was 0.42min (14 seconds). The averages of ELHMF (electrical conductivity at highest milk flow) and ELAP (beginning peak level of the electrical conductivity) were 6.81 mS/cm and 7.58 mS/cm, respectively. The average of ELMAX (maximum electrical conductivity) was 7.48 mS/cm and that of ELAD (beginning peak difference of the electrical conductivity) was 0.61 mS/cm. While the total milk yields for DMHG, tMHG (duration of the main milking phase), tPL (duration of the plateau phase), tAB (duration of the descending phase) and tMGG were positively correlated (0.35~0.54), those for tMBG and SPL were negatively correlated (-0.11 and -0.27). As the DMHG increased, tMHG, tPL, tAB, tMGG and SPL decreased. While the cows with higher electrical conductivity at the beginning of milking had less somatic cell counts, cows with higher electrical conductivity after the peak of milk yield had more somatic cell counts. The results of this experiment indicated that through milking based on milking and lactating standards and the regular checking of milking status, the qualities of milk and milk yields could be improved.

Physicochemical properties of supercritical carbon dioxide defatted mealworm (Tenebrio molitor) powder and protein isolate (초임계이산화탄소 탈지 밀웜(Tenebrio molitor) 분말 및 분리단백의 이화학적 품질 특성)

  • Supercritical carbon dioxide (SCO2) extraction was applied for the defatting of mealworm to prepare defatted powder (DP) and protein isolate (PI) and compare the process to press and hexane extraction, with respect to DP and PI physicochemical properties. SCO2 DP was obtained by extracting 34.40% oil at 41.37 MPa, 40℃ for 180 min, and the product contained 71.66% crude protein, which is similar to that of hexane DP and higher than that of press DP. In using alkali protein extraction to prepare PI from DP, SCO2 was as effective as hexane and better than press. SCO2 produced brighter DP and PI than press, but not as much as hexane. Protein solubility was similar in all DP, with minimum values at pH 5. The highest water adsorption capacity was noticeable for SCO2 PI, and SCO2 DP showed an oil adsorption capacity comparable to that of hexane DP. SCO2 DP and PI had better foaming capacity than press DP and PI and showed superior emulsion activity compared to others.

Youth Unemployment and Labor Policy in Contemporary Japan (일본 노동시장의 변화와 정책대응)

  • In this paper, first I try to sketch the changing Japanese labor market after 1990s, and then examine the so-called "Job $Caf{\acute{e}}$ program" in detail, which was initiated in 2004 by central and local governments to help young people fine suitable jobs, and finally investigate the possible direction for future labor policy as an important tool for revitalize the local economy. Latter half of 1990s witnessed the high unemployment rate among the population aged twenties in Japan, and the number of 'shinsotsu-mugyo', i.e. population not at work after completing high school or university, NEET (not in employment, education or training) and 'freeters' have grown rapidly. "Job $Caf{\acute{e}}$ program" was initiated as a public response to the increased youth unemployment, aiming at assisting young people's transition from education to career. In the Job $Caf{\acute{e}}$ program, job information service by MHLW, information service for high school students and university students by MEXT, placement service of career internship by METI are integrated into one service, and are provided by local government initiative, therefore named as "one stop service of employment". Although it is highly appreciated for one stop service, the Job cafe program has criticized for paying too much attention to the performance of projects, such as the number of users, and the number of successful job matching. At the final section of the paper, more practical spatial unit for executing effective regional plan on local employment and more empirical research on job search behavior are discussed.

Improvement on the Functional Properties of the Dover Sole Skin Gelatin by Further Ethanol Fractional Precipitation (알코올처리에 의한 찰가자미류껍질 젤라틴의 기능성 개선)

  • With a view to utilizing effectively fish skin wasted from marine manufactory, an extracted dover sole skin gelatin was fractionated by further ethanol fractional precipitation method, and then the functional and physicochemical properties for the modified gelatin were determined. Ethanol was added to the concentration of 30% in an extracted dover sole skin gelatin solution, and then the mixture was left to stand at $0^{\circ}C$ for 12 hours. Finally, the precipitates were dried by hot-air$(40^{\circ}C)$ blast. The yellowfin sole skin gelatin prepared by further ethanol fractional precipitation has 223.0 g in gel strength, $17.7^{\circ}C$ in the melting point, and $12.0^{\circ}C$ in the gelling point. The physicochemical properties of the ethanol treated fish skin gelatin were superior to those of fish skin gelatin prepared without ethanol adding, whereas inferior to those of animal skin gelatin. The functional properties of the ethanol treated fish skin gelatin were superior to those of fish skin gelatin prepared without ethanol adding, and were more similar to animal skin gelatin. It may be concluded, from these results, that the dover sole skin gelatin prepared by further ethanol fractional precipitation can be effectively utilized as a human food by improving the functional properties.
