This article analyzes the evolutionary process of Daedeok Science Town from the standpoint of the life of science and technology poles. It deals the theoretical discussion on the science and technology poles, and investigates the history of Daedeok Science Town dividing into the period of conception, construction, and clustering. Daedeok Science Town has been developed from research and academic city through special research parks to innovative clusters, and nowadays emphasizes networking, interaction, and commercialization. This study shows the types of science and technology poles can be analyzed by historical consideration of specific Korean case.

부산북항을 국내에서는 체류형 해양관광과 동남해안 관광벨트 중심의 해양관광 거점으로, 또한, 국제적으로는 해륙교통의 요충지 여건을 활용하여 교통인프라를 구축하여 유라시아 관광의 전초기지로 하기위한 친환경 워터프런트 및 시민참여형 항만재개발사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항 재개발지구의 친수공간 배치계획에 따라 반영된 마리나 시설을 대상으로 국제해양관광의 거점조성 개발컨셉에 부합하는 마리나시설 개발을 정립하기 위하여 국내 및 해외 선진국의 마리나시설 개발사례에 대하여 국가별, 시설별로 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 이는 추후 국내 마리나 개발시 시사점으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 아울러, 부산북항 마리나항만의 효율적인 개발과 운영의 활성화를 위한 법적인 절차, 정부의 지원정책, 개발방향, 사업시행방안, 관리운영방안 등에 대한 구체적인 검토를 통하여 향후 국내 마리나 개발과 운영시 사례로 활용하고자 한다.

Kimpo international airport logistics complex had been the most busiest airfreight gateway in Korea during last century but, after the grand open of Incheon international airport in 2001, it had lost its major role as a national airfreight hub facilities. However, owing to its locational advantages in Seoul metropolitan area. Kimpo airport logistics park still acts like an urban logistics distribution center in these days. Caused by the KAC's profit oriented policies, the Kimpo airport logistics park's public function as an urban distribution center might be curtailed in the future. Therefore, several laws and ordinances related to national and regional logistics strategies should be modified to prevent it.

This study was conducted to identify factors that affect the job satisfaction of nurses at local hub hospital in the COVID-19 situation. Data were collected from 230 nurses working at 4 local hub hospital in C-do through a questionnaire. Using SPSS/WIN statistics 25.0, the data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Linear Regression. Factors that were significant to the job satisfaction of nurses at local hub hospital were self-efficacy(t=3.003, p=.003), G local hub hospital(t=2.739, p=.007), and job burden(t=-4.291, p<.001) which showed 44.1% of the explanation. In conclusion, in order to increase job satisfaction of nurses at local hub hospitals in the COVID-19 situation, it is necessary to develop a convergence program that improves self-efficacy, and policy support is needed to lower the job burden.
