Recently, the beauty service industry in Korea is growing rapidly as women have increased role in society and consumers have more diversified desire for beauty. In that sense, studies on the environment of transaction is necessary to maintain the customers who use beauty service which Is one of the most prominent services in Korea. However, there is a lack of systematic investigation on that. Under those circumstances, this study tries to propose strategies by shedding light on the reasons of store loyalty based on empirical study. Furthermore, securing regular customers is deemed to be the most important thing as the competition among stores are getting fiercer in the wake of increase in the number of beauty salons. In that light, this study tries to shed light on the transaction cost clearly which affects the store loyalty, and focuses on the development of integrated research model for the transaction cost related to the environmental characteristics of beauty service industry and for the store loyalty.

In the face of this bewildering array of approaches to the problem, in 1997, the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) undertook to produce a new uniform law that would bring some order and consistency to state legislation in this area. The NCCUSL drafting committee worked on a highly expedited drafting schedule, and a completed draft of UETA was finalized and approved ill July 1999.15.

The concept, means, value chain, the persons concerned and possible issues of game item trading in cash are analyzed in this study. The trading is characterized by not only being performed with its own unique business model but also causing issues related to delicate social problems, such as digital contents distribution, work place and gambling. The way of game item trading in cash and its value chain have been changed with game market growth for the past years. I analyzed in this article the new concept of game item trading in cash that is different from the past. Also, analysis on several issues related to game item trading in cash is conducted.

Recently, the rapidly increased use of smartphone devices provides both opportunity and problems at the same time to the telecom companies in domestic and world wide. It provides a great opportunity to overcome the market stagnation of the existing voice- centric communications, and also problems of building a highly efficient new wireless access networks to accommodate huge volume of data traffic among smart devices. Facing with the age of keen competition, telecom companies have two kinds of strategies for network transition; a strategy of building uniform LTE -based 4G networks as fast as possible, and a hybrid network enhancement strategy compounding 3G and 4G networks using HSP A+, WiFi, cloud computing, etc. It is difficult to predict which strategy will have more successful outcome in the near future. This paper studies the trends and issues of network enhancement policies and transition strategies to the 4G network era, and tries to draw appropriate and efficient ways for network enhancement and operation.

최근에, 전력 시장에 경쟁 체제가 소개되면서 탈규제(deregulation)가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 시장의 탈규제에 관한 중요한 주제 중에 하나가 정확한 전송 손실의 분석이 필요한 곳에서의 지역 경쟁 체제(spot pricing)이다. 이러한 경쟁 체제에서 해결해야 할 중요한 문제 중의 하나가 다수의 독립발전사업자에 대하여 공정하고 정확한 전력 요금을 책정하는 것이다. 따라서 각 모선별 전송 손실을 배분하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이 논문은 송전 손실을 배분하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. 각 모선의 송전 손실을 계산하는 데는 손실 감도를 이용한 적분방법이 이용된다. 송전 손실은 전체 계통의 거래 전략(transaction strategy)을 이용한 부하 비율의 계산을 통해서 증분 송전 손실(incremental transmission losses)의 방법으로 계산된다. 제안된 방법은 9모선 계통에 시험되었고 이를 통해 제안된 방법이 신뢰할 만한 알고리즘임을 보여준다.

최근 조직간정보시스템의 연구는 조직간 전략적 협력을 형성함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 잠재적 갈등의 위험 인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 기존 연구 대부분은 조직간의 위험발생에 있어서 경제적 관점의 위험에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 조직간 기술적 호환과 관련된 기술적 문제, 조직상호간의 활동, 서로 다른 문화ㆍ전략 차이간의 조정에 요구되는 사회정책적 문제는 고려하지 않고 있어서 조직간의 합리적이며 경제적인 협력적 동맹관계를 논의하는데는 충분치 않다. 따라서 조직간 협력적인 동맹관계를 다루기 위해서는 기존의 경제적 관점에 기술적 관점, 사회정책적 관점을 추가한 세가지 측면에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 조직간 정보시스템의 개념적 특성을 살펴보고, 조직간의 상호의존성, 구조적 특성, 기술, 조정매카니즘 요소등에 의해 정보자원공유, 가치사슬망, 네트웍 형태의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별에 대한 경제적, 기술적, 사회정책적 관점의 위험을 분석하고 위험을 최소화하기 위한 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

여러 산업 분야에서 인터넷의 채택으로 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래 시스템 구축이 일반화되고 있으며, 전자상거래에 연관된 표준들이 제기되고 있다. 전자상거래가 인터넷의 네트워크를 고려한다면, 전자상거래 시스템은 클라이언트/서버나 분산 아키텍쳐를 요구한다. 즉, 객체지향 패러다임이 새롭고 효율적인 개발 방법으로써 널리 받아들여져 왔다. OMG의 CORBA가 객체지향 분산 아키텍쳐를 위한 실제적인 표준으로 잡음으로써, 진보된 인터넷 상거래시스템들 구축하는데 있어 CORBA를 이용하기 위한 기술을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 CORBA 기반의 전자상거래 시스템의 아키텍쳐를 제시하며, CORBA가 인터넷 상거래 시스템의 성능과 다른 특성들을 어떻게 향상시킬 수 있는지를 제안한다.

[ ${\circ}$ ] 건설부는 ''94.9.8 서울시에서 발표한 ''서울국제화를 위한 도시구조개편과 전략지역 개발계획''과 관련하여 이들 사업계획지역 및 주변지역의 토지에 대한 투기발생이 우려됨에 따라 서울특별시 강서구 방화동등 9구 43동 $35.42km^{2}$를 ''94년 9월 28일부터 3년간 토지거래허가구역으로 신규지정${\cdot}$관리키로 하였다. ${\circ}$ 이로써 전국의 허가구역은 1특별시 5직할시 9도 55구 67시 128군 $37,388.3km^{2}$(전국의 $37.6{\%}$)에서 1특별시 5직할시 9도 56구 67시 128군 $37,423.7km^{2}$(전국의 $37.7{\%}$로 변경되게 되었다.
