22.9KV-Y 배전선로의 특고압 수전선비에 계량장치로 부설되어 운영중인 계기용변성기 M.O.F(Metering Out Fit)는 계기용변압기와 계기용변류기를 하나의 상자 속에 수납한 것으로 전력량계와 조합시켜서 전려측정의 변성장치로 사용되고 있다. 계량장치의 사용되고 있는 계기용변성기는 고객과 공정거래 확립을 위하여 상시 정해진 비오차 특성을 만족하여야 한다. 그러나 고객구내 수전설비에서 파급고장이 발생시 과전류로 인하여 계기용변성기의 권선에 큰 충격이 가해져 비오차특성에 문제점이 발생하여 이에 따른 현상으로 고찰하고자 한다.

전자상거래 기술은 현실 세계에 좀더 완전하고 최적화된 상황과 조건을 요구하고 있다. 초기의 쇼핑 에이전트는 사용자의 모든 요구조건과 특성을 만족시키는 대신에 단순히 판매자가 제시하는 가격 기반 비교만을 하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 쇼핑 에이전트가 갖고 있는 판매자 자격 중심 비교와 지능화와 자동화의 부족이라는 문제점을 극복하기 위해 각 상품에 따른 특성이 반영될 수 있는 동적 거래 알고리즘을 적용한 협상시스템을 제안하고, 이 알고리즘을 이용한 시스템을 개발하였다.

The role of middle managers in local administrative organizations is getting important in showing administrative capacity of public officials who are members, enhancing effectiveness and competitiveness of an organization. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of demographic characteristics as well as the mediating effects of organizational culture between leadership of middle managers and organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment using the sample from local administrative organizations of Kangwon province. Results of empirical study are summarized. In final suggestions, implications and some limitations of the present study are discussed as well.

The diffusion of smartphone has make people engaged in communication with mobile messenger in everyday life. To understand the rapid growth of mobile messenger usage, this study investigates the unique features of mobile messenger services as communication media. Based on the media synchronicity theory and literature about online communication, we identify the functional and emotional features of mobile messenger. In particular, this study demonstrates that functional and emotional features of mobile messenger would influence intimacy and fatigue. Also, intimacy and fatigue, as mediating variables, have an impact on user satisfaction and commitment toward mobile messenger service. The results of this study provide practical implications for mobile messenger providers and users which attempt to facilitate positive effect such as intimacy among users and reduce negative effect such as fatigue on mobile messenger communication.

This paper investigates the effect of individual and organizational factors of IT human resources on their career satisfaction, career prospect and career commitment. In this paper, a quantitative method was used to study the effect; A survey of IT developers and IT related employees was conducted. Factor analyses and regression analyses were used in verifying the consequences. As a result, followings were found：From the individual perspective, the self-esteem of IT human resource showed the most significant effect on career satisfaction and the desire for career success had significant effect on career commitment. Among organizational factors, the fairness of evaluation showed the most significant effect on both career prospect and career commitment. It has been also shown that organizations should provide more opportunities for individual growth to enhance career prospect. Finally, career prospect affected career satisfaction; Both career satisfaction and career prospect showed effect on career commitment. This research provided guidelines in enhancing the career commitment of IT human resources, thereby effectively managing IT human resources.

21세기의 인터넷은 통신기술의 진보에 따라 정보의 전달과 상업적인 거래의 플랫폼부터 점점 사람들의 생활과 밀접하게 연관된 일상적인 공간이며, 공동체를 형성하고 자기정체성을 표현하는 사회활동 공간으로 발전하고 있다. 이와 함께, 사이버 공간에서 개인화, 상호작용, 참여, 사회성 등의 특징으로 대별되는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)가 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존문헌 연구를 바탕으로 바람직한 SNS가 갖추어야 하는 특성(시스템특성, 서비스특성, 정보특성, 감성특성)을 도출하고 이러한 특성과 서비스 채택의도간의 관련성이 있는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한, SNS 특성과 서비스 채택의도간의 관련성이 개인의 성향에 따라 차이가 있는가를 검토하고자 하였다. SNS 이용자를 대상으로 설문지를 의뢰하여 통계분석을 실시한 결과, SNS 특성이 서비스 채택의도에 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있으며, SNS 특성과 서비스 채택의도간의 관련성이 개인적 성향에 따라 차이가 존재하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

The purpose of this study is to inquiry spatial features of shipbuilding subcontract structures. These days, firms are trying to get their goals by wav of production system which is related to other firm. Shipbuilding subcontract structures which builds complex and grand plant show a different peculiarity according to spatial features having rules of business relations with contracting firms. First of all, internal subcontracting firms which takes part in the production process of contracting firm and shipbuilding cooperative complex firms which showing a peculiarity of spin-off firms are closely related with contracting firm. And firms in Changwon that have a specialized with machine industry and those of Busan that have made development in marine equipment industries traditionally are connected with subcontract relations because of a high level of specialization relatively. On the other hand, subcontracting firms which range from non-localized and provide standardized products are less connected with contracting firm. In order to develop of Korea' shipbuilding industry, first, close cooperative relation is important with subcontracting firms which concentrate internal and outside contacting firm. And, it is necessary to strengthen selective business relations with far distance firms which are specialized in technology.

Online technology markets are expected to provide technology suppliers with opportunities of external technology exploitation by reducing the transaction costs caused from technology transactions. This study empirically analyzes the characteristics of patents provided to the online technology market in order to identify the influences of the existence of online technology market on the patent exploitation strategy of technology suppliers. A sample of patent database is drawn from the National Technology Bank which was established as a public online market for technology. Main findings are that the propensity of patents offered to the online marketplace is higher in the cases where the patents are obsolescent, are non-core, and that consist of more claims and inventors. Through the findings of this study the existence of online technology market is identified to enable the external exploitation of firms" non-used technologies.

This paper analyzes the redemption risk of renters by estimating the LTV and CoLTV with finance market big data (individual credit information) and housing market big data (actual housing transaction data). The analysis showed that when using LTV, the redemption risk was higher in the case of the monthly renter than of the chonsei renter. On the other hand, when using CoLTV, the chonsei renter had a higher redemption risk than the monthly renter. This implies that there is a need to activate a guarantee system, such as risk management using the CoLTV index and the chonsei deposit return guarantee because it is possible for renters to experience losses on their chonsei deposits due to the higher redemption risk. Another implication is that the risk manager should consider the individual characteristics of renters because of the different effects of the redemption risk stemming from the characteristics of the rental contract and the personal characteristics of the renters. CoLTV was just a concept until this study calculated it using housing big data and actual housing transaction information. It helps identify the redemption risk through the characteristics of renters and their contracts.

청계천이 복원되었다. 서울시에 의하여 지난 2003년 7월부터 시작된 복원공사가 2005년 10월 준공되었다. 원래부터 청계천은 인공의 하천이었다. 조선왕조 520년의 기틀을 다지면서, 도성에 있는 자연하천을 직강화하고 양안에 석축을 쌓아 개천으로 만들었던 것이다. 하천에 인위적인 요소를 더한 것은 전적으로 홍수의 피해를 줄이기 위해서였다. 조선왕조실록에는 태종부터 헌종까지 도성에서 발생한 큰 홍수기록이 10건 소개되어 있다. 특히, 순조 32년(1832)과 헌종 12년(1846)의 피해가 컸었다. 순조 32년 6월부터 7월초까지 비가 오지 않은 날이 없다고 하였으며, 도성내 5부의 민가가 파괴된 것은 3,166호였고 죽은 자는 64명이었다. 헌종 12년 9월에도 큰 피해가 있었는데, 5부에 무너진 민가가 3,900여호나 되었다. 4대문 안의 서울은 북악산과 남산으로부터 가파르게 흐른 물이 고이기 쉬운 저지대를 형성하고 있기 때문에 침수 피해가 자주 발생하였다. 개국 초기에 여러차례의 홍수피해를 당한 후에, 태종의 본격적인 하천정비 사업은 세종 때에 완성되어 오늘날 청계천의 기본 모습을 갖추게 되었다. 임진왜란이후 개천은 상류에서 쓸려내여온 토사가 쌓여 하천으로서의 구실을 다하지 못하였다. 영조 때에는 매립된 토사로 인하여 하천 바닥이 높아졌고, 양안의 도로와 거의 같은 높이가 되었다고도 한다. 이에 영조는 대대적인 준설 사업을 펼쳤고 조선이 폐망할 때까지 주기적으로 준설을 하였다. 준설만을 한 것은 아니었다. 세종은 측우기의 발명과 함께 한강과 개천의 수위를 측정할 수 있도록 수표(水標)를 제작하였고, 역대 왕들은 큰 비가 오면 강우량과 함께 하천의 수위를 점검하였었다. 청계천을 중심으로 자연의 거친 손길에 대응하여 안정된 사회를 만들고자 조선의 왕들과 관리 그리고 백성들은 많은 노력을 기울였다. 본 고에서는 이러한 선조들의 발자취를 따라서 그 흔적들을 소개하고자 한다.없는 토양들이 있었는데 반해 남계통을 비롯한 학곡통, 회곡통, 백산통, 상주통, 석천통, 예산통 등 7개의 토양은 3kPa에서도 약간의 물의 이동이 있었다. 이는 모암이 화강 편마암인 관계로 토양 내에 물의 이동에 영향을 미치는 자갈의 함량이 높았기 때문일 것으로 생각되고 추후의 연구에서는 이 부분에 대한 내용도 검토되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 1kPa에서 물의 이동은 삼각통에서 35.21 cm/day로 이동 속도가 가장 컸으며 그 뒤로 예산통, 화봉통, 학곡통, 백산통 등이 토양에서 빠른 속도로 이동하였다. 가천통이나 석천통 및 우곡통은 1kPa에서의 이동 속도가 아주 느린 토양으로 판단되었다. 또한, 포화되지 않은 상태인 1kPa에서 물의 이동 속도를 VGM 모형에 의해 예측된 값과 측정된 값으로 비교하였을 때 불포화 수리 전도도가 예측되지 않은 토양(석천통, 지곡통, 풍천통)이 존재하여 불포화 수리 전도도 특성평가에 대한 VGM 모형의 적용성에 문제를 보였다. 이는 결과적으로 논이라는 영농형태가 존재하는 우리나라에서 토양의 수리적 특성해석을 위한 VGM 모형의 적용성에 한계가 있을 것으로 판단되었다.4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 한국주식시장에 적합한 거래전략은 반전거래전략이고, 이 전략의 유용성은 투자자가 설정한 투자기간보다 더욱 긴 분석기간의 주식가격정보에 의하여 최대한
