IoT-Based Module Development for Management and Real-time Activity Recognition of Disaster Recovery Resources (사물인터넷 기반 재난복구자원 관리 및 실시간 행동인지 모듈 개발)

  • Globally, frequency and scale of natural disasters are growing, also the damage is increasing. In view of the damage by natural disasters for several years, it is true that Korea is not free from such damages. In this paper, we propose a process to efficiently manage recovery resources in case of disaster damage. We utilize the IoT technology to detect the resource status in real time, and configure the process so that the state and movement of the recovery resource can be grasped in real time through the resource activity recognition module. In addition, we designed the database that is necessary to actualize it, and developed and experimented resource activity recognition module using smart-phone sensors. This will contribute to building a quick and efficient disaster response system.

A Study on the Influence of Cognitive on Repurchase Intension of New E-Commerce System: Focused on the Mediation Effect of Consumer Satisfaction and Quasi Social Relations

  • In this paper, we propose a study on the purchasing intent of the new e-commerce consumer, the coronavirus may once again drive the structural change of China's economy, and the new online marketing model will be noticed during the epidemic. Through 438 questionnaires collected on the Internet, frequency analysis, element analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation analysis were performed using SPSS V22.0 and AMOS V22.0 methods. Study the validation of hypotheses in the model to reveal the reasons why consumers in the new e-business are exposed. The results show that e-commerce features of Internet celebrities and individual characteristics of Internet celebrities can only enhance consumers' satisfaction. Quasi social relationships only increase consumer satisfaction without generating the will to purchase directly. Consumer satisfaction is the core foundation that dominates long-term consumption. E-commerce should focus on the ability of online celebrities to sell their expertise and the adaptability of value and product characteristics when conducting online celebrity marketing.

Analyzing Effects on Firms' Market Value of Personal Information Security Breaches (개인정보 유출이 기업의 주가에 미치는 영향)

  • With the increases of requirement for user identification in Internet services, we should let the service companies know my personal information. If the shared personal information with them are used in not-allowed area or delivered to un-authorized persons, we may have practical harms in several fields such as financial related operations. Korean Government has introduced new management method for personal information, but it is not hard to find the personal information management issues from Korean news papers. The proper measurement should be delivered to related companies to help them to decide investment for security. This paper review the indirect measurement method of demages by check the stock prices of related company for personal information management issue. We check the relationship between change of stock price and the information management issue. The result shows there are no changes in stock market. Korean government added strong regulations for personal information management though. To prevent further personal information issues, we should recognize the indirect damages properly and let the company pay higher reparations for any personal information abuse.

  • Recently, the magnitude and frequency of the natural disaster have been increased, the damage has become severer. The importance of disaster response system to relieve the damage has arised continuously. This study has tried to develop the algorithm to solve the facility location and size problem in emergency logistics. A facility in the emergency logistics has various roles in victim care, casualty treatment, relief resource management and relief vehicle assistance. Moreover, the location of facility in emergency logistics has to consider the safety and reliability. To gather these information, information management system with IoT sensors are suggested. The location problem in this study also covers various features to response various demands in disaster. To solve this problem, this study suggested MIP based algorithm. Scenario based simulation experiments are conducted to verify the performance suggested algorithm.

Extension Method of Association Rules Using Social Network Analysis (사회연결망 분석을 활용한 연관규칙 확장기법)

  • Recommender systems based on association rule mining significantly contribute to seller's sales by reducing consumers' time to search for products that they want. Recommendations based on the frequency of transactions such as orders can effectively screen out the products that are statistically marketable among multiple products. A product with a high possibility of sales, however, can be omitted from the recommendation if it records insufficient number of transactions at the beginning of the sale. Products missing from the associated recommendations may lose the chance of exposure to consumers, which leads to a decline in the number of transactions. In turn, diminished transactions may create a vicious circle of lost opportunity to be recommended. Thus, initial sales are likely to remain stagnant for a certain period of time. Products that are susceptible to fashion or seasonality, such as clothing, may be greatly affected. This study was aimed at expanding association rules to include into the list of recommendations those products whose initial trading frequency of transactions is low despite the possibility of high sales. The particular purpose is to predict the strength of the direct connection of two unconnected items through the properties of the paths located between them. An association between two items revealed in transactions can be interpreted as the interaction between them, which can be expressed as a link in a social network whose nodes are items. The first step calculates the centralities of the nodes in the middle of the paths that indirectly connect the two nodes without direct connection. The next step identifies the number of the paths and the shortest among them. These extracts are used as independent variables in the regression analysis to predict future connection strength between the nodes. The strength of the connection between the two nodes of the model, which is defined by the number of nodes between the two nodes, is measured after a certain period of time. The regression analysis results confirm that the number of paths between the two products, the distance of the shortest path, and the number of neighboring items connected to the products are significantly related to their potential strength. This study used actual order transaction data collected for three months from February to April in 2016 from an online commerce company. To reduce the complexity of analytics as the scale of the network grows, the analysis was performed only on miscellaneous goods. Two consecutively purchased items were chosen from each customer's transactions to obtain a pair of antecedent and consequent, which secures a link needed for constituting a social network. The direction of the link was determined in the order in which the goods were purchased. Except for the last ten days of the data collection period, the social network of associated items was built for the extraction of independent variables. The model predicts the number of links to be connected in the next ten days from the explanatory variables. Of the 5,711 previously unconnected links, 611 were newly connected for the last ten days. Through experiments, the proposed model demonstrated excellent predictions. Of the 571 links that the proposed model predicts, 269 were confirmed to have been connected. This is 4.4 times more than the average of 61, which can be found without any prediction model. This study is expected to be useful regarding industries whose new products launch quickly with short life cycles, since their exposure time is critical. Also, it can be used to detect diseases that are rarely found in the early stages of medical treatment because of the low incidence of outbreaks. Since the complexity of the social networking analysis is sensitive to the number of nodes and links that make up the network, this study was conducted in a particular category of miscellaneous goods. Future research should consider that this condition may limit the opportunity to detect unexpected associations between products belonging to different categories of classification.

The effects of the Partnership in Supply Chain Management with Appling Social Business on the outcome of the SCM (소셜 비즈니스를 활용한 공급 사슬에서의 파트너십이 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to further investigate the influence of partnership between with the mediator effect of the social business on the outcome of SCM. IT technology fusion electronic tags, mobile phone, such as cloud computing is also activated in supply chain management of recently, business is faster, if social business is applied here that are smarter, customers or suppliers, there may be communication directly and to further improve the relationship partnership. 150 questionnaires were sent to companies that have introduced SCM to their systems and are operating it. Among 150 questionnaires, 127 collected data were analyzed excluding incomplete 23 data. Statistical methods used in this study were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, path analysis, Scheffe test and Sobel test with Amos 18.0. and SPSS 21.0. The analytical results are as follows. First, the more the reliability, information share, continuous transaction, effects on the social business are getting higher, the interdependence has little impact on it. Second, the impact on the outcome of SCM, partnerships between companies, showed a significant influence the reliability, the share of information, the continuous transaction, but the interdependence was analysed as an uninfluential factor. Third, the social business is analyses to have a mediator effect in relationship between the partnership and the outcome of SCM.

Comparison of realized volatilities reflecting overnight returns (장외시간 수익률을 반영한 실현변동성 추정치들의 비교)

  • This study makes an empirical comparison of various realized volatilities (RVs) in terms of overnight returns. In financial asset markets, during overnight or holidays, no or few trading data are available causing a difficulty in computing RVs for a whole span of a day. A review will be made on several RVs reflecting overnight return variations. The comparison is made for forecast accuracies of several RVs for some financial assets: the US S&P500 index, the US NASDAQ index, the KOSPI (Korean Stock Price Index), and the foreign exchange rate of the Korea won relative to the US dollar. The RV of a day is compared with the square of the next day log-return, which is a proxy for the integrated volatility of the day. The comparison is made by investigating the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Statistical inference of MAE and RMSE is made by applying the model confidence set (MCS) approach and the Diebold-Mariano test. For the three index data, a specific RV emerges as the best one, which addresses overnight return variations by inflating daytime RV.

  • 기존의 인터넷 웹사이트에서는 사용자의 만족을 극대화시키기 위하여 사용자별로 개인화 된 서비스를 제공하는 협력적 필터링 방식을 적용하고 있다 협력적 여과 기술은 비슷한 선호도를 가지는 사용자들과의 상관관계를 기반으로 취향에 맞는 아이템을 예측하여 특정 사용자에게 추천하여준다. 그러나 협력적 필터링은 추천을 받기 위해서 특정 수 이상의 아이템에 대한 평가를 요구하며, 또한 전체 사용자에 대해 단지 비슷한 선호도를 가지는 일부 사용자 정보에 의지하여 추천함으로써 나머지 사용자 정보를 무시하는 경향이 있다. 그러나 나머지 사용자 정보에도 추천을 위한 유용한 정보가 숨겨져 있다. 우리는 이러한 숨겨진 유용한 추천 정보를 발견하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 협력적 여과 방식과 함께 데이터 마이닝(Data Mining)에서 사용되는 연관 규칙(Association Rule)을 추천에 사용한다. 연관 규칙은 한 항목 그룹과 다른 항목 그룹 사이에 존재하는 연관성을 규칙(Rule)의 형태로 표현한 것이다. 이와 같이 생성된 연관 규칙은 개인 구매도 분석, 상품의 교차 매매(Cross-Marketing), 카탈로그 디자인, 염가 매출품(Loss Leader)분석, 상품 진열, 구매 성향에 따른 고객 분류 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이런 연관 규칙은 추천 시스템에서 잘 응용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서 우리는 연관 규칙을 추천 시스템에 적용해, 항목 그룹 사이에 연관성을 유도함으로써 추천에 효율적으로 사용할 수 있음을 보였다. 즉 전체 사용자의 히스토리(History) 정보를 기반으로 아이템 사이의 연관 규칙을 유도하고 협력적 여과 방식과 함께 보조적으로 연관 규칙을 추천을 위해 사용함으로써 추천 시스템에 효율성을 높였다. 구축, 각종 전자문서 생성, 전자 결제, 온라인 보험 가입, 해운 선용품 판매 및 관련 정보 제공 등 해운 거래를 위한 종합적인 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본문에서는 e-Marketplace의 효율적인 연계 방안에 대해 해운 관련 업종별로 제시하고 있다. 리스트 제공형, 중개형, 협력형, 보완형, 정보 연계형 등이 있는데, 이는 해운 분야에서 사이버 해운 거래가 가지는 문제점들을 보완하고 업종간 협업체제를 이루어 원활한 거래를 유도할 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라가 동북아 지역뿐만 아니라 세계적인 해운 국가 및 물류 ·정보 중심지로 성장할 수 있는 여건을 구축하는데 기여할 것이다. 나타내었다.약 1주일간의 포르말린 고정이 끝난 소장 및 대장을 부위별, 별 종양개수 및 분포를 자동영상분석기(Kontron Co. C57BL/6J-Apc$^{min/+}$계 수컷 이형접합체 형질전환 마우스에 AIN-76A 정제사료만을 투여한 대조군의 대장선종의 발생률은 84%(Group 3; 21/25례)로써 I3C 100ppm 및 300ppm을 투여한 경우에 있어서는 각군 모두 60%(Group 1; 12/20 례, Group 2; 15/25 례)로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 대장선종의 마리당 발생개수에 있어서는 C57BL/6J-Apc$^{min/+}$계 수컷 이형접합체 형질전환 마우스에 AIN-76A 정제사료

  • 최근에 경험적 지식을 체계화하는 방법으로 사례기반추론(CBR: Case Based Reasoning) 및 규칙기반추론(RBR: Rule Based Reasoning)이 여러 분야에서 이용되고 있다. CBR과 RBR이 각각 활용되기도 하지만 문제 해결의 정확성을 높이기 위해 복합된 형태로 사용되기도 하고, 흑은 효과적으로 문제를 해결하기 위해 문제 해결 단계별로 각각 사용되기도 한다 또한 데이터에서 지식을 추출하기 위한 세부 알고리즘으로는 인공지능과 통계적 분석기법 등이 활발하게 연구 및 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 모니터의 핵심 부품인 섀도우마스크(Shadow Mask)를 개발하는데 있어 도면 협의부터 설계가지의 과정에 CBR과 RBR을 활용하고 발생되는 데이터를 이용하여 진화(Evolution)하는 지식기반시스템(Knowledge Based System)으로 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 특히 도면 협의시 인터넷상에 웹서버 시스템을 통하여 규격 (User Spec.)을 생성하고 이를 이용하여 자동으로 도면이 설계되도록 하고 저장된 사례들을 공유할 수 있도록 하여 도면 검토 시간이 단축되고 검토의 정확성을 기할 수 있어 실패비용을 감소시켰다. 그리고 실제 설계시 CBR과 RBR을 활용하여 자동설계를 할 수 있게 하였고 현장에서 발생되는 데이터를 지식화하여 유사사례 설계가 가능하도록 하였다. 지식기반시스템은 신속한 도면 검토가 가능하므로 인원 활용이 극대화되고, 섀도우 마스크 설계자와 마스터 패턴 설계자 사이의 원활한 의사소통을 통해 고객과의 신뢰성 확보와 신인도 향상을 기대할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 그리고 고급설계자에게만 의지되어온 것을 어느 정도 해결할 수 있고, 신입설계자에게는 훌륭한 교육시스템이 될 수 있다.한 도구임을 입증하였다는 점에서 큰 의의를 갖는다고 하겠다.운 선용품 판매 및 관련 정보 제공 등 해운 거래를 위한 종합적인 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본문에서는 e-Marketplace의 효율적인 연계 방안에 대해 해운 관련 업종별로 제시하고 있다. 리스트 제공형, 중개형, 협력형, 보완형, 정보 연계형 등이 있는데, 이는 해운 분야에서 사이버 해운 거래가 가지는 문제점들을 보완하고 업종간 협업체제를 이루어 원활한 거래를 유도할 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라가 동북아 지역뿐만 아니라 세계적인 해운 국가 및 물류 ·정보 중심지로 성장할 수 있는 여건을 구축하는데 기여할 것이다. 나타내었다.약 1주일간의 포르말린 고정이 끝난 소장 및 대장을 부위별, 별 종양개수 및 분포를 자동영상분석기(Kontron Co. Investigation of Korean Forest Carbon Offset Program : Current Status and Cognition of Program Participants (산림탄소상쇄제도의 사업참여자 인식 및 현황 분석)

  • To raise awareness of carbon reduction in climate change, the Korea Forest Service has developed and adopted a forest carbon offset program, which aims to reduce carbon levels based on forest management. However, to maintain the forest carbon offset program, challenges such as the lack of a forest monitoring system to manage and maintain the program, must be faced. In this context, we investigated the limitations of conducting forest carbon offset programs using a number of interview techniques, including in-depth interview and questionnaire survey methods. The questionnaire surveys were developed based on the results of a literature review along with a preinterview and in-depth survey of the people in charge of the forest carbon offset program. The Irving Seidman technique was adopted for the in-depth interviews. Additionally, descriptive and frequency analyses were conducted to identify the characteristics of perception. Lastly, logistic regression was used to identify the limiting factors that affect the willingness to perform forest carbon offset monitoring activity. Results showed that the project managers or people in charge of the forest carbon offset program lacked expertise in forest carbon offset programs, which negatively affected their willingness to perform monitoring activity. Additionally, the study revealed a number of limiting factors that hindered the monitoring of forest carbon offset projects. Improving understanding using the approaches presented in this study may contribute to increasing the benefits associated with the forest carbon offset program in South Korea.
