  • 미래는 어쩔 수 없이 불확실하다. 더욱이 현대 프로젝트의 다국적화, 거대화, 복잡화 현상은 프로젝트 성공과 관련된 미래 예측을 더욱 불확실하게 만들고 있다. 이러한 불확실성의 증가 현상은 모든 산업에 있어서 일반적인 것이며, 결과적으로 리스크에 대한 관리의 필요성을 더욱 증폭시키고 있다. 관리되지 않은 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트의 실패의 원인이 되며, 나아가 조직의 위기로 발전된다. 따라서 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트 팀을 포함한 전체 조직 차원에서 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 전반에 걸쳐서 체계적인 리스크 관리를 위해 프로세스를 중심으로 서술하였다.

  • In the 1970s, under the tyrannical regulation and censorship of the Yushin regime, realistic dramatization techniques were forced to reveal their limitations. Choosing the 'allegory' technique, a double-meaning narrative structure, Lee Kang-baek sets up virtual spaces or unrealistic figures, both of which lack 'realism'. Lee Kang-baek has allergic the illusion of detadiscourse, the diaspora character, and the universality of 'Political Unconsciousness'. So it's linked to the perception of history in the 1960s. This creates a semantic network of public and casual perception of history. This was a 'bypass' strategy which more clearly disclose the violent politics. Therefore Lee Kang-baek's play shows the desperate situation of the diaspora character being oppressed by detadiscourse, and the desire of the author who can never give up on freedom of expression, though under that oppression. Furthermore, it was an attempt to acquire a timeless universality and symbolism about human freedom and liberation through the Allegory play technique.

Giant Fibrovascular Polyp of the Esophagus -A Case Report- (식도에 발생한 거대 섬유혈관성 용종)

  • A case of giant fibrovascular polyp of the esophagus with a review of the literature is presented. A 52 year old man with into rmittent dysphagia was found to have an intraluminal esophageal lesion of remarkable size by the radiological studies, but overlooked at esophagoscopy. A giant esophageal polyp w s successfully re- moved surgically by transthoracic approach, although preoperative evaluation of the location and characteristics of the lesion was problematic. These pedunculated intraluminal polyps are rare and characterized by slow growing. benign nature that almost always originate at the level of. the cricopharyngeus muscle, and often attain giant proportions. Symptoms are related to esophageal ob- struction and sudden death by asphyxia can occur. Surgical removal is the choice of treatment.

Token-Based Classification and Dataset Construction for Detecting Modified Profanity (변형된 비속어 탐지를 위한 토큰 기반의 분류 및 데이터셋)

  • Traditional profanity detection methods have limitations in identifying intentionally altered profanities. This paper introduces a new method based on Named Entity Recognition, a subfield of Natural Language Processing. We developed a profanity detection technique using sequence labeling, for which we constructed a dataset by labeling some profanities in Korean malicious comments and conducted experiments. Additionally, to enhance the model's performance, we augmented the dataset by labeling parts of a Korean hate speech dataset using one of the large language models, ChatGPT, and conducted training. During this process, we confirmed that filtering the dataset created by the large language model by humans alone could improve performance. This suggests that human oversight is still necessary in the dataset augmentation process.

초임계 유체 기반 액화공정에 의한 바이오연료 생산 기술

  • 최근 화석 연료의 과다 사용에 따른 에너지 자원 고갈 및 환경오염에 대한 우려가 증가함에 따라 비화석연료 기반의 재생가능하고 지속가능하며, 환경친화성이 높은 에너지에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 농산폐기물, 폐목재, 에너지작물, 도시고형폐기물, 미세조류, 거대조류 등 육상 및 해상에서 발생하는 바이오매스는 재생가능한 에너지원으로서 화석원료와는 달리 사용 후 발생하는 이산화탄소를 다시 흡수하는 탄소중립(carbon-nutral)의 특성을 갖고 있어 전세계적으로 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 바이오연료 중 당질계원료를 이용하는 바이오에탄올 및 식물성유지를 이용하는 바이오디젤은 현재 상업적인 생산이 이루어지고 있으나, 이들 1세대 바이오연료는 식량자원과의 경쟁이라는 원천적인 한계를 가지고 있고, 분자구조식에 산소를 포함하고 있기 때문에 기존 화석원료에서 출발하는 가솔린, 항공유 및 디젤과 비교하였을 때 에너지 함량이 낮은 단점이 있다. 따라서 기존 1세대 바이오연료에서 탈피하여, 식량자원과 경쟁이 없으며, 또한 분자구조식에 산소를 적게 포함하거나 아예 포함하지 않는 바이오연료("drop-in" 바이오연료) 생산에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이 글에서는 최근 그린공정으로 대표되는 초임계 유체를 이용한 "drop-in" 바이오연료를 제조하기 위한 바이오매스 액화의 기술동향을 소개하고자 한다.

The Removal Characteristics of Caesium Ion by Chemical/Ultrafiltration Combination Process (화학적처리/한외여과막 결합공정에 의한 세슘이온의 제거 특성)

  • 본 연구는 방사성 폐액의 처리를 목적으로 화학처리와 한외여과막(UF)의 결합공정에 의해서 세슘이온의 제거특성을 조사하였다. 이 공정은 대상핵종과 선택성이 크고 한외여과막에 의해서 분리가 가능한 거대분자를 주입하여 핵종을 결합시키고, 이를 한외여과막에 의해서 분리 제거하는 개념이다. 실험은 흡착제로서 K2Cu3(Fe(CN6)2)를 제조하여 주입하였고 회분식 UF stirred cell를 이용하였으며, 용액의 pH, 세슘이온의 농도 및 K2Cu3(Fe(CN6)2)의 농도에 따라 세슘이온의 제거효율을 측정하였다. 세슘의 제거효율은 pH 및 K2Cu3(Fe(CN6)2)의 몰비에 따라 결정되며, pH가 5∼6에서 높은 제거율을 나타내었고 Cs/K2Cu3(Fe(CN6)2)의 몰비가 1.5 이하에서 90% 이상 제거되었다. K2Cu3(Fe(CN6)2)에 대한 Cs의 결합특성은 Langmuir isotherm형태의 식으로 나타내어 평가하였으며, 이때 세슘이온의 최대 흡착용량은 1.72 mM/mM K2Cu3(Fe(CN6)2) 이었다.

  • Colossal magnetoresistance is closely related to (but is not) the abrupt change of electrical resistivity in the vicinity of Curie temperature, which is caused by the temperature dependent paramagnetic-ferromagnetic phase transition and concurrent change of electrical conducting mechanism. A resistivity-temperature equation is presented to fully describe the overall behavior, especially the abrupt change. The main ingredients of the equation are a simple effective media theory and a function for the temperature dependent fraction of ferromagnetic phase. The model fits very well to the measured resistivity-temperature curve of $La_{0.7}Ca_{0.3}MnO_3$.

  • This paper presents new equations for member forces in concrete floating structures under wave loadings. The currently adopted design equations for wave loadings disregard the effect of mismatch between design wave length and the length of the structure. In most cases, however, additional internal forces occur due to disequilibriating buoyancy caused by the difference between design wave length and the length of the structure. In this study, new design equations considering the influence of the disequlibriating buoyancy is proposed. In addition, finite element solutions are sought to demonstrate the adequacy of the proposed design formulae in estimating the actual internal forces considering the structure as either rigid or flexible. It has been found that member forces are decreased approximately to around 55% for flexible model when compared with the rigid one.

  • Progressive dysphagia in a 53 year old man was caused by a giant polypoid tumor in the lower intrathoracic esophagus. Radical transthoracic esophagectomy and esophagogastrostomy were carried out. Microscopic examination of the tumor revealed a true carcinosarcoma, composed of a mixture of basaloid squamous cell carcinoma and chondrosarcoma with multiple cartilagenous productions. Carcinoma metastases were found in the subcarinal and perigastric lymph nodes. Immunohistochemically, squamous area displayed strong positive to cytokeratin, and basaloid area showed positive immunoreaction to high molecular weight cytokeratin (34${\beta}$E12). Spindle cell sarcoma reacted to vimentin and smooth muscle actin. Chondrosarcomatous area reacted to vimentin and S-100 protein. He received postoperative chemotherpy and radiotherapy. He has been free of disease for 11 months.

  • Metal complexes were prepared by reacting uranium (Ⅵ), thorium (Ⅳ) and rare earth metal (Ⅲ) ions including Nd (Ⅲ), Sm (Ⅲ) and Ho (Ⅲ) with macrocyclic ligands including five crown ethers, nine crownands and one cryptand ligands, and subjected to NMR studies in order to examine coordination sites of the ligands and compositions of the complexes formed. Among the marcocyclic ligands, crown ethers and crownand ligands have shown down-field shifts of the methylene protons of the lcigands by forming stable complexes with all the metal ions and the differences of chemical shifts were decreased as increasing of the cavity-size of crown ethers for the same metal ions and decreasing of the atomic number of the rare earth metals for the same ligands. It has been found that crownand 22 gave a stable complex with uranium(Ⅵ) ion by the coordination through both oxygen and nitrogen atoms of the ligand whereas no complex was formed with the rare earth metal(Ⅲ) ions, which on the other hand were found to form stable complexes with cryptand 221. The rest of the crowand ligands have also been found to form stable complexes with uranium(Ⅵ) ion by coordinating through all the oxygen and nitrogen atoms of the ligands whereas no complexes were formed with the rare earth metal(Ⅲ) ions. It has also been shown by 1H-NMR study that uranium(Ⅵ), thorium(Ⅳ) and rare earth metal(Ⅲ) ions formed 1:1 complexes with the macrocyclic ligands except for thorium(Ⅳ) complex of 12C4 in which the mole ratio of metal to ligand is 1:2. More stable metal complexes show larger changes in chemical shifts of the coordinated ligand protons. Finally, the rare earth metal(Ⅲ) complexes of 18C6 have shown ligand exchange reaction with the solvent molecules in acetylacetone solution, which was not observed for the uranium (Ⅵ) complexes.
