To examine the locality of Busan is a precondition of examining documenting localities of Busan. What is the locality of Busan and how can I explore the locality of Busan? These are the research questions of this thesis. Memory is fundamental in making an identity. So local memory is fundamental in making locality. Understanding relations between memory and identity, the author explored the locality of Busan by analyzing memories of Busan. To analyze memories of Busan is to examine historical figures of Busan and Cultural Properties of Busan which are on the website of Busan metropolitan city. The results are as follows : According to the analysis of historical figures of Busan, there are no confucius scholars who came from Busan. However in the age of civilization, Busan has produced some talented people by way of receiving a modern education. According to the analysis of Cultural Properties of Busan, Jung-gu(中區) and Seo-gu(西區) and Yeongdo-gu(影島區) are the spaces of migration. Dongnae-gu(東萊區), Suyeong-gu(水營區) and Saha-gu(沙下區) and Gijang-gun(機張郡) are the spaces of settlement. Dong-gu(東區) has changed from a space of settlement into a space of migration with the opening of the Busan Port as a momentum in 1876.

This paper investigates the process of change in the meaning of the term gongye (工藝) (nowadays it means craft) during Korea's transition to the modern era. The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty (朝鮮王朝實錄) will serve as the basis for the examination of pre-modern usage, and the Korea-United States Treaty of 1882 for the changes that occurred between the translation from Chinese and from Japanese following the opening of the port . After the port opened, the meaning of gongye, which once broadly referred to the wide range of work of people from different fields, was narrowed down to singularly represent the manufacturing industry. Following the example of Japan, the first East Asian country to succeed in modernization, this new meaning of gongye was generally used in the context of embracing Western culture and creating industry. As industrialization emerged as a national mission, and new terminology was needed to express these new concepts, the Chinese characters used by the Japanese to translate Western concepts were directly imported and used without making any changes. Gongye was similar in meaning to gongeop (工業) (nowadays it means industry) at the time, and the two terms were used interchangeably. However, following the Japanese annexation of Korea, the cultural administration of the Governor-General imbued the term with artistic concepts, and gongye was differentiated from gongeop, As such, examining the establishment of terminology and concepts can be helpful for understanding the contradictions and problems of the Korean crafts scene, which were derived from a period in the past called the modern era.

VTS관제구역 안에서 항행 중인 선박이 개항을 입출항하거나 지정된 통항분리수역을 항행하면서 규정된 항법을 준수하지 아니하고 있으며, 이로 인해 해양사고(좌초 및 충돌사고)가 발생하고 있다. 이에 사고사례를 통해 사고당시 VTS관제사가 취한 조치와 향후 해양사고예방을 위한 적절한 VTS관제에 대하여 의견을 제시하고자 한다.

초기결함을 가진 직교이방성원통셸이 축방향스텝하중을 받은 때의 동적좌굴을 연구하였다. 원통 쉘의 운동방정식은 비선형 Donnell 방정식을 사용하였으며 변위식에는 6개항을 채용하였다. 좌굴 조건은 원통셸의 수직변위와 길이변화의 급격한 변화로써 정의하였다. 좌굴모우드형상은 초기결 함과 쉘재료의 이방성에 따라 달라짐은 발견하였고 좌굴강도는 초기결함의 증가에 따라 크게 감 소된다.

최근 완도 관제구역 내에서는 자주 발생하고 있는 예부선 사고를 관제화면을 통해 분석하여 보았다. 무엇보다도 예부선을 주요 항행위험 유발선박으로 인식하여 관제 우선 선박으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 현장사진 위주로 실제적인 예부선의 조종특성과 항행상의 문제점을 알아보았다. 또한 개항질서법 상에 우선피항선으로 규정된 예부선의 법적지위를 고찰함으로써 관제 업무에 도움이 되고자 하였다.

(주)한진중공업 컨소시엄 인천공항사업소는 인천국제공항 여객터미널, 탑승동 신축공사에 참여해 사업을 성공적으로 마무리한 데 이어 개항 후에는 공항시설의 유지관리 업무를 맡아 공항의 안정적인 운영에 기여를 하고 있다. 인천국제공항에서 이곳 사업소가 차지하고 있는 비중은 상당하다. 주요 시설물의 관리운영 및 유지보수를 철저히 시행하여 각 시설물들이 완벽한 성능과 기능을 유지토록 하고 있는 것. 사실상 공항 관련기관 관계자 및 상주직원, 공항 이용객 등이 사업소 덕분에 공항을 안전하고 편안하게 이용하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 빈틈없는 안전관리로 공항을 찾는 사람들에게 행복과 기쁨을 선사하고 있는 이곳 사업소의 안전관리자 박영재 대리를 만나봤다.

대기환경기준 설정항목은 아황산가스를 비롯하여 이산화질소, 일산화탄소, 오존, 총부유먼지(TSP), 미세먼지(PM10), 납 6개항목이며, 이들 오염물질 중 아황산가스와 총부유먼지는 1990년대 급격히 오염도가 개선되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 일산화탄소와 납의 경우에도 환경기준을 대부분의 지역에서 만족하고 있으나 이산화질소와 오존은 개선되는 양상을 보이지 않고 있으며 도리어 오존의 고농도 발생현상은 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. (중략)
