Mediating Effects of Intrinsic Motivation on The Relationship Between Positive Psychological Capital, Psychological Empowerment and Creativity (긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과 검증)

  • This study examined the relationship among PsyCap(positive psychological capital), psychological empowerment, personal creativity and verified the mediated effects of intrinsic motivation in this relationship using the SEM(Structural Equation Model). For this study, the data was collected through on/off-line surveys of members and managers from 12 different enterprises. Among the 418 answers from voluntary participating employees, 332 answers were finally used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows. First, PsyCap had a positive influence on the intrinsic motivation and personal creativity. Second, Psychological Empowerment had a positive influence on intrinsic motivation, but psychological empowerment has no influence on creativity. Third, intrinsic motivation had a meaningful influence by partially mediating PsyCap and personal creativity but completely mediated psychological empowerment and personal creativity. This study focused on intrinsic motivation among the internal factors that have influences on showing personal creativity and has importance in the point that it has suggested the statistical significance by analyzing the psychological/emotional mechanism to reinforce this intrinsic motivation in a positive way. Positive analysis on the relationships among these variables suggests a theoretical meaning on providing a future direction for the study and practical meaning on providing ideas to reinforce the employees' personal creativity. A Study on the Psychological anxiety on Private information leakage to likelihood of internet users (인터넷 이용자의 개인정보 유출 가능성에 대한심리적 불안에 관한 연구: 성별, 이용량, 이용 빈도를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine Internet users' psychological anxiety about the possibility of personal information leakage. The investigator examined the difference of psychological anxiety focusing on the possibility of personal information leakage according to the use amount of Internet, the number of joined sites and the frequency of e-commerce transaction. Study findings show that women felt more psychological anxiety than men did. In addition, people who used Internet more frequently felt more psychological anxiety. However, the number of joined sites and the average frequency of e-commerce transaction in a month had no significant influence upon users' psychological anxiety about the possibility of personal information leakage.

Structural Relationships between the Variables of Person-Environment Fit, Positive Psychological Capital and Innovative Work Behavior (개인-환경 적합성, 긍정심리자본, 혁신 행동 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The importance of person-environment fit has been highlighted for human resources management in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of person-environment fit on innovative work behavior by focusing on mediating role of positive psychological capital. Person-environment fit showed a significant effect on positive psychological capital and turnover intentions. Innovative work behavior appeared to have a mediating effect on the relationship between person-environment fit and innovative work behavior. Especially the person-environment fit itself has no direct effect on innovative work behavior, and when the awareness of the positive psychological capital is firstly formed into a person, it can increase innovative work behavior.

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차보험 회사의 고객센터 상담사를 대상으로 감정노동과 심리적 소진의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 고객센터 상담사들은 감정노동의 표면화 행위보다는 내면화 행위에 대한 스트레스가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 소진은 개인의 특성에 따라 차이를 보였다. 정서적 고갈은 여성 상담사일수록, 개인적 성취감 결여는 고졸일수록, 1일 전화응대시간이 8시간 초과할수록, 월평균가계소득이 낮을수록 더욱 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 상담사의 개인특성과 감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 결과, 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 증가시켰고, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 감소시켰다. 개인적 성취감 결여는 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록, 1일 전화 응대시간이 많을수록, 높아지는 경향을 보였으며, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록, 감정노동의 내면화 행위가 많을수록 개인적 성취감 결여는 감소되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Clinical Factors and Effects of Individual Art Therapy on Industrial Injured Workers (산재근로자에 대한 임상요인과 개인 미술치료의 효과)

  • This study is designed to find out clinical factors and the effects of individual art therapy for workers involved in industrial accident. From January 2017 to July 2019, 10 industrially injured workers were individually subjected to 11 art therapy sessions, and a multidimensional psychological test S type was used to examine changes in clinical factors before and after individual art therapy. The results showed that the average of the five clinical factors ranges from 2.80 to 4.20, indicating that the psychological pain of workers injured was significant. As a result of bivariate correlation analysis, it was confirmed that meaningful correlation existed within the statistical scope of all factors. As for the difference in the results of multidimensional psychological tests before and after art therapy, out of the five clinical factors, the Z values of depressed, anger and anxiety were -2.405(p=.016), -2.148 (p=.032) and -2.102 (p=.036), to confirm that the depressed, anger and anxiety of the participants have eased somewhat after performing individual art therapy.

At-Risk Adolescents' Inner Resource Through Resource-Oriented Song Psychotherapy (자원지향 노래심리치료를 통한 위기청소년의 심리적 자원 형성)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how inner resources of at-risk adolescents evolved through resource-oriented song psychotherapy (RoSPT). For this study, an RoSPT program was developed based on existing literature. Eight weekly group sessions of the RoSPT program were conducted with 25 adolescents who were under probation of prosecution. After completion of the program, 10 of the adolescents participated in individual interviews about the experience of RoSPT. Transcriptions of the interviews were analyzed via content analysis. The results identified nine types of inner resources that were utilized by the participants: hope/desires, challenge, endurance, sense of achievement, sense of competence, pride, discovering true self, courage, and internal locus of evaluation. The study supports that RoSPT can be applied to enhance inner strength of at-risk adolescents who often lack contextual and relational support. Further studies on qualitative exploration of resource formation can be helpful.

  • Most people experience stress during his or her life. The types of psychosocial stressors are variable. Also, the stress appraisal, coping, and responses in stress process are variable. These varieties reflect individual differences due to ongoing social situation, personal dispositions such as personal resources and vulnerability factors, etc. The stress process results in psychosocial growth or no substantial change in functioning or health, or adverse change in functioning(illness) or health to person. Therefore, the preventive management and treatment of stress need to be tailored to individual characteristics. All physicians managing the stress-related patients have to understand the multidimensional aspects of stress. To understand stress better in psychosocial aspect, I comprehensively reviewed the literature on stress.

  • 본 연구의 목표는 사용자에게 적합한 매트리스를 선택하는데 도움을 주는 신체적, 심리적 지표를 개발하고, 이를 분석하여 개인의 주관적 만족도와의 상관성을 알아보는 것이다. 시중에 판매되고 있는 5개의 매트리스의 강도를 2개씩 짝지어진 매트리스별 pared t-test를 통하여 강도별 순위를 5등급으로 분류하였다. 10명의 실험 참가자들의 신체적 지표(근전도, 심박수, 산소포화도 측정), 심리적 지표(개인 특성 설문 조사), 체압 및 주관적 만족도 측정을 실시하고, 상관분석을 통해서 이 측정결과와 개인간 주관적 만족도(선호하는 침대의 탄성)와도 일관성이 있는지 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 압력집중도(r=0.818)과 허리근육이완도(r=0.766) 그리고 심박수(r=0.670)가 주관적 만족도와 유의한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study is of academic significance to investigate the relationship between person-job fit and job-based psychological ownership, which previous studies lacked, and further confirmed for the first time in Korea that job-based psychological ownership mediates the relationship between person-job fit and job performance. In addition, the study supports the expectation theory that competency suitability affects job performance and the social exchange theory that requirement suitability affects job performance.
