디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스에 대한 기존의 논의는 주로 사업자의 입장에서 클라우드 비즈니스 모델의 발굴, 수익 모델의 발굴, 클라우드 기술 발전에 따른 전망 등에 초점을 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 정작 클라우드 서비스 이용자는 상대적으로 낮은 관심을 받아온 것이 사실이다. 이는 새로운 기술에 비즈니스 모델이 등장하면 반복되던 현상이 클라우드 서비스 분야에서도 반복되고 있는 것으로도 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스중 SaaS 서비스의 이용자 측면에서 서비스 이용행태를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 향후 SaaS 서비스의 전망에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 SaaS 서비스 이용자를 현재 서비스를 이용하고 있는 이용자군과 현재에는 SaaS 서비스를 이용하지는 않지만 향후에는 서비스를 이용할 의도를 가지고 있는 잠재이용자군로 구분하여 설문조사를 수행한 설문결과를 토대로 이용자의 이용행태를 분석하고 향후 SaaS 서비스 전망을 기술하기로 한다.

우리나라의 자동차 역사는 주요 선진국에 비해 60년 정도 짧지만 자동차와 일어나는 교통사고의 발생률이나 심각도를 고려한다면 교통사고를 줄이기 위한 여러 가지 원인을 분석해 보는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 방송프로그램에 방송한 차량용 영상기록장치(VDR) 제보영상을 통해 다양한 교통사고의 원인을 수집하여 운전자의 행태를 분석하여 교통사고를 발생을 감소 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 연구목적이다. 방송된 차량용 영상 전체 1,262건에 대해 운전자 행태 분석을 실시하여 DB를 구축하고 이를 교통사고 분석 시스템 TAAS 통계를 비교 분석 결과 전체 1,262건 중 노면상태가 건조 할 때가 1,153건, 기상상태가 맑을 때 1,176건, 주야별 운전시 주간이 1,0,13건으로 높게 분석되었다. 또한 사고유형으로는 차대차 860건이 68.1%로 높게 분석 되었다. 따라서 운전에 장애가 되는 요소가 없는 경우 운전자 개인이 과속과 전방주시 태만이 발생할 가능성이 높으므로 운전자들에 대한 교육을 통해 의식개혁이 필요하다.

The main objective of this research is to develop urban workers' daily travel pattern choice model. For this research, a hovel pattern choice model was empirically estimated by using a survey data collected from Kyongsan and Yeungchun City. For this research, a nested logit model structure was employed. For the model specification, it is hypothesized that urban workers' daily travel pattern choice behavior is represented by two stages of choices with single-destination or multi destination travel pattern choice as the higher stage, and the number of tours as the lower stage. The urban workers' daily travel pattern choice model developed in this research yields intuitively reasonable results. From the empirical results, it is found to be sensible to represent urban workers' daily travel patterns as the nested logit model structure Hypothesized in this research. furthermore, future directions of model development are suggested.

본 연구는 N스크린 서비스의 이용행태(교차이용, 개인별 단말기 보유량, N스크린 이용을 위한 지불금액, N스크린 이용시간), 콘텐츠 특성(채널의 다양성, VOD의 다양성), 기능적 요인(시스템품질, 인터페이스, 결제시스템), 비용에 대한 이용자의 인식이 이용만족도와 지속이용의사에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. N스크린 유료 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 (N=498), 웹을 통한 설문조사를 한 결과, 이용만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 기능적 요인 중 인터페이스로 나타났으며, 결제시스템, VOD의 다양성, 채널의 다양성, 비용 순으로 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이용자 차원에서 서비스 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들을 밝혀냄으로써, N스크린과 스마트TV의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

정보이용자연구는 정보추구자들이 중심이 되는 이용자 중심으로 패러다임 전환이 이루어졌고 연구과정에 보다 관심을 가지게 되었으며, 정보추구자의 특성과 요구를 알기 위한 많은 시도가 이루어지고 있으며, 개인적인 정보제공자와 더 많은 시간을 보내고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 시도와 노력을 통하여 개발되는 정보이용행태 모형은 이용자를 이해하고 기술하는 깊이가 심화되는 현상을 나타내고 있다. 정보이용자연구는 도서관업무 및 정보서비스의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 이해의 기초가 되는 영역으로, 연구결과 및 지금까지 도출된 많은 모형들이 상황에 맞게 정보 서비스, 정보시스템, 도서관 정책결정 및 경영 등의 영역에서 고려되고 적용되고 있다.

오늘날 정보자료의 디지털화 및 빠르게 확산되고 있는 정보기술의 활용과 이에 따른 정보이용행태의 변화로 이용자들은 자료실에 직접 올 필요성을 느끼지 못하고 있다. 따라서 기존 물리적 공간을 단순히 자료열람의 공간으로서만이 아니라 이용자들이 매우 필요하고 중요한 지적센터와 커뮤니케이션장으로 인식하고 이용할 수 있도록 역할이 바뀌어져야 하며 이와 더불어 이용자들을 위한 정보서비스도 잠재 이용자의 요구와 정보추구행태변화를 수용하여 이용자 개개인을 위한 맞춤서비스로 전환될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 변화에 맞춰 KT 신사업기획본부 자료실이 실제 어떻게 바뀌고 있는지를 크게 물리적 공간과 정보서비스 두가지 측면에서 제시하고 있다.

Mobile communications is argued to reshape and activate the existing space by increasing 'mobile communicability en route' and 'real time interaction.' This study is designed to make an empirical analysis on how different the use of a cellular phone is in each different space. In this study, the space is divided into three distinct parts including the private, social and public space. First, spatial micro-coordination and experience of polysemy of place are widely observed in the use of a mobile phone in the private space. Secondly, it is found that a mobile phone contributes to extending the scope of social contacts which in turn compliments the existing social relationship. Moreover, a full-time intimate community that is connected via a mobile phone results in reshaping the social space. Lastly, the study shows that the usage pattern of a mobile phone varies depending on the type of public space. The technological development is envisaged to lead to more demand for the public space while facilitating the use of the public space.

It has become important to have some proper guidelines of how to provide public transport information services in response to the rapid IT developments and the wide spread of public information services. The current study takes a contextual approach to the analysis of public transportation information use under a dynamic decision situation, complementing the conventional cross-sectional approaches. Using the CHAID of decision tree induction based on decision table formalism applied to the survey data of activity travel and information use, the study found that the information type and medium choices are strongly affected by the decision contexts in addition to the individuals' socio-demographic characteristics. The results suggest an important implication to the market segmentation of information services for public transportation.

This study was to investigate their relevance between oral health behaviors and number of remaining teeth of the elderly welfare recipients through the fluoride and scaling of the business. Researcher collected 660 subjects over 60 elderly welfare recipients investigated self-administered survey and use denture and number of remaining teeth though oral examination. Increasingly age number of teeth remaining reduced, there is a difference on the number of remaining teeth according to gender, age, the use of oral hygiene products, self diagnosis oral condition, brushing after lunch and showed significant difference(p<0.05). The remaining number of teeth can be prevented by attention and efforts of subjects. Therefore, we investigated convergent effects of oral health behaviors on number of remaining teeth of the elderly, I hope that oral health care program continually provides expansion of preventive treatment and to maintain the provision of health care about vulnerable group.

This study is aimed at identifying the association of change of travel frequencies with information and communications technologies, commuting behavior for 995 workers in the Korea Capital Region. The study surveyed total 995 commuters whose their individual character, commuting behavior, land use as well as ICTs. The measures of the commuting behavior was comprised of a main commuting mode, a use tern, total travel time, and those of land use was the distance from house/office to subway station, and those of ICTs was data and information collection, communication and leisure, online selling or purchases, finance and a civil application, cellular phone service using capacity and so on. The results indicate that commuting behavior, land use, and ICTs are positively associated to change of travel frequencies. Specifically, longer total travel time, or far from house/office to subway station, tend to reduce commuting behavior and collect data and information through internet
