With the increasing frequency of incidents related to personal information leaks, there is a growing concern about personal information protection. Moreover, with the emergence of blockchain technology, there is a heightened interest in self-sovereign identity models applied through blockchain, with ongoing research on Decentralized Identifiers (DID) to achieve this. However, despite universities storing and utilizing significant information such as personal data, their computer systems are operated and managed based on centralized systems, leading to annual occurrences of personal data breaches. Therefore, this paper proposes and implements a DID-based computing system applicable within universities. Additionally, it establishes and executes prominent services within the university context. The proposed system ensures users' self-sovereign identities through verifiable credentials, enabling the establishment of a secure integrated information system within the university, departing from traditional centralized systems.

As the knowledge-based society has been constructed, the size of work process that has to be done grows bigger and the amount of the information that has to be analyzed increases. So each company is trying to construct more conformable process models in business model. This study helps to understand the interaction between Process data and structure which are collected on the profess by appling six Sigma as a process improving methodology. On Six Sigma, businesses tn practice Best Practice Process with the view of Value Chain To measure data for the process performing action, introducing Schedule management method makes it possible to collect and reflect accurate data of workers' ability. By this method, efficiency in production will be improved because workers we able to perform the process correctly and preliminary management for defects.

Personal information has been stolen continuously and it is also affected from development of the Internet. So the government requires that companies spend more effort for protecting customers' personal information. The OLAP server also should meet this requirement, but it is hard to satisfy for the authority management. The OLAP server must use personal information to extract required information from database. This thesis suggests a model of separating between general information and personal information, so this model can help to minimize the leakage of personal information. The model is implemented and tested as a prototype. This prototype can prove that the new model is better than the original one. This study presents that the authority management on the separation between personal information and general information helps protect the personal information of customers.

본 서비스는 4 차 산업 혁명의 근간에 있는 IoT 서비스가 개인 수준에서 확장되지 않고 있음에 기반하여 여러 IoT 서비스를 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발, 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼에 삽입하여 원격 제어 및 IoT 서비스를 더욱 편리하게 개인에게 제공하고자 제작된 서비스이다. 플랫폼 사용자가 특정 채팅방에 명령어를 보내면 외부 단말 기기에 대한 원격 제어와 다양한 IoT 서비스가 지원된다. 스마트폰 사용 시간과 가장 많이 사용하는 애플리케이션 통계를 토대로 연동할 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼을 선정하므로 접근성과 서비스 효용성에서 이점을 가지며, 확장성 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하므로 발전 가능성 있는 모델을 제시한다.

In this study, a model in which certification standards were added to the health information management practice program was studied and presented in order to understand the EMR certification standards implemented by the Korea Health and Medical Information Service. In the practice program, the certification standard function for patient information management was added to the health information management education system to practice and understand patient information management that corresponds to the functional standard of the EMR certification system. The EMR certification standard practice program for patient information management is composed of the following certification standards. registration number and personal information management, treatment reservation schedule management, personal information revision history management, identification of people with the same name, integrated management of multiple registration numbers, patient search by identification information, patient search by health care type, surgical procedure consent record and inquiry, record/inquiry of consent form for personal information use, display of life-sustaining medical decision information, registration/inquiry of external medical institution documents, registration and inquiry of external examination results. In this way, by operating and practicing the functions of the health information system according to the certification standards, it is possible to understand and practice the certification standards and details of patient information management in the functional area of the certification standards. In addition, since the function of the EMR certification standard can be checked, it will be possible to improve the management ability of the electronic medical record system of the health information manager in the medical institution.

The purpose of this study is to develop a metadata AP for managing the person and organization name authority data in the National Debt Redemption Movement Digital Archive, a small-scale digital archive. The design principles and core metadata elements were derived by analyzing person/organization(group or corporateBody) metadata standards, implementation practices, and guidelines of libraries and archives, and mapped to the National Debt Redemption Movement person/organization name thesaurus data and the Wikidata Linked Metadata Model, resulting in 10 elements in the identification area, 14 elements in the content area, 8 elements in the relationship area, and 4 elements in the control area. A simple structure schema was applied so that it can be applied even in small organizations, and for interoperability, the schema was proposed with reference to DublinCore and SKOS schemes, and the applicability was confirmed based on actual data. The results of this study can be utilized as a basis for institutions that recognize the importance of data management but have difficulty in applying it in practice, when they want to prepare a system for managing their own authority data.

To enhancing the exercise effect, exercise management systems are introduced and generally used. They create the proper exercise program through exercise prescription after determining the personal body status. When the exercise programs are created, they will consider $2weeks{\sim}3months$ period. And, existing exercise programs cannot respect with personal exercise habits or exercise period which are changing variedly. If exercise period is long, it can be caused inappropriate exercise about user current status. To solve these problems in legacy systems, this paper proposes a Context Aware Exercise Model (CAEM) to provide the exercise program considering the user context. Also, we implemented that as Intelligent Fitness Guide (IFG) System. The IFG system is selectively received necessary measurement values as input values according to user's context. If exercise kinds, frequency and strength of user are changing, that system creates the exercise program through exercise optimization algorithm and exercise knowledge base. As IFG is providing the exercise program in a real time, it can be managed the effective exercise according to user context.

While relevant fields of construction industry have rapidly changed, the adaptation (skill) level of individuals to apply or utilize them has slowly followed. By understanding how individuals resist and conform under this change of construction industry and which factors are important for the adaptation, much time, effort, and cost can be saved for organization operation and management, and these saved resources will be able to be effectively invested to others. Accordingly, for construction industry it is necessary to understand and study how the users fit into the rapid technological change. Through this research, therefore, a systematic guideline should be created for the relevant fields of construction industry. For this research, the characteristics of individual personalities and behaviors based on the traditional model was observed and factors that contribute to the resistance and their mutual relations were theoretically identified and categorized, and then a conceptual and figurative model to show the mutual relation between the identified resistive factors was suggested.

지리정보의 중요성이 널리 인식되고 사회 각 분야에서 지리정보에 대한 수요가 날로 증가되고 다양해지고 있지만 GIS의 개발, 설치, 유지, 보수의 어려움에 따른 고가의 비용과 시장에 대한 적응력부족으로 GIS의 광범위한 활용이 저해 받고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 개인을 위한 GIS 서비스나 응용프로그램의 하나의 기능 컴포넌트로서의 GIS 서비스가 GIS의 주류로 발전할 것으로 예측되고 있지만 이를 지원하기 위한 GIS 개발, 배포 모델과 기반기술이 결여되어 있다. 그러나, 사용자가 월 정액요금을 지불하고 인터넷 또는 인트라넷을 통하여 ASP (Application Service Provider)에 의해 원격 중앙 서버에 설치, 관리되고 있는 소프트웨어 응용프로그램을 사용하는 형식은 혁신적인 소프트웨어 개발과 배포 모델로서 차세대 컴퓨터 환경의 기초로 각광 받고 있으며 이를 GIS에 적용할 때 GIS의 광범위한 응용과 원활한 유통을 크게 추진할 것으로 기대된다. 그러므로, 현시점에서 GIS ASP를 위한 합리적인 모델과 이에 근거한 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 대한 연구와 개발이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ASP 환경 하에서 더욱 신속하고 편리한 GIS 개발, 통합, 배포를 가능하게 하고 보다 나은 질의 GIS ASP 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 마이크로소프트의 ASP 플랫폼인 .NET 기반의 3 계층 GIS ASP 모델을 중심으로 하는 GIS ASP 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 설계를 제시하였다.

전자상거래의 급속한 확산으로 인하여 네트워크 기반의 어플리케이션들이 많이 요구되고 있다. 특히 이동 에이전트는 이러한 요구에 가장 핵심적인 패러다임이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 전자상거래에서 이동에이전트 기법의 사용은 자원 및 시스템 보안과 개인정보의 보안에 대한 심각한 문제를 안고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이동에이전트와 호스트들의 악의적인 행위에 대비한 인중 서버를 두어서 에이전트와 호스트를 보호하는 인증 메커니즘 모델을 설계하였다. 설계된 모델을 수학적으로 분석하여 시스템의 자원을 효율적으로 관리, 조정 할 수 있도록 하였으며 서버의 처리율보다 에이전트가 처리를 요구하는 요구율이 높을 경우는 지역 이동에이전트 인증시스템을 확장하여 지역 인증 메커니즘에 따라 효과적으로 처리할 수 있도록 하였다.
