In this paper, a research model was designed to investigate the factors influencing the intention to use of mobile easy payment services in China. Our research model includes the service factors(instant connectivity, economic and security), social factors(subjective norms and image), the user's individual factors(self-efficacy personal innovativeness and suitability), perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and intention to use. A survey was conducted to collect the data with users who have had the actual using experience about mobile easy payment services. In this research, the data were collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 439 users' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results of the study are as follows: the mobile easy payment service factors, social factors and the user's individual factors partially give positive effects to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; perceived ease of use gives positive effects to perceived usefulness. In addition, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have positive effects to on intention to use.

This research aims to focus on how the perception of discrimination changes through the mediation effect of various leisure activities between the characteristic of disability and perception of discrimination. This research is based on the 2005 survey of the disabled conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, which studied 1,241 seniors over 65 with physical disabilities. The results of the study are as follows. First, the type of disability, duration of disability, and IADL are the influencing factors to the relation between the characteristic of disability and individual perception of discrimination. Second, the type of leisure activities was influenced by the characteristics of their disability. Especially, the degree of IADL was statistically significant in choosing the type of leisure. Third, leisure activities with specific purposes, such as amusement and self-development, have only partial mediation effect on the relation between the characteristic of disability and individual perception of discrimination.

본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수에 대한 결정요인을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 120개의 소자본 자영업 창업업체를 대상으로 연구 자료를 수집하여 실증적 분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수의 결정요인으로서 창업유형(전문창업 또는 모방 창업), 창업자의 개인특성(연령, 전문성), 사업특성(상권위치, 창업규모, 가족경영)을 선정하여 그 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문창업이 창업성공과 투자회수에 대하여 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업자의 개인특성에 있어서 창업자의 연령은 투자회수에 긍정적 영향이 있었으며, 창업자의 전문성은 창업성공에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사업상의 특성에 있어서 가족경영은 창업성공에 있어서 긍정적 영향이 있는 반면에 투자회수에 있어서는 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창업규모는 투자회수에 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연구결과의 이론적 논리적 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the main factors helping university students sucessfully adapt to campus life and achieve academic accomplishment through a critical period in personal development. For this purpose, the analysis verifying influence of self leadership as an individual trait variable and social support as a socio environmental trait variable on academic achievement of university students and the mediating effect of school adjustment among them was conducted. Total 271 responses collected by implementing a questionnaire survey in "S", a four-year private university located in Seoul, were used for the analysis. The validity of the measurement was verified through confirmatory factor analysis and the relationship among the variables was examined through structural model equation, bootstrap and sobel test. The major finding of this study are as follows. First, this study confirmed the causal relationship of self leadership and social support impacting on academic achievement of university students. This result suggests that an integrated approach taking into account both individual and socio environmental factors is necessary to support academic achievement of university students. Second, it was proved that self leadership and social support indirectly influences academic achievement through school adjustment. This demonstrates that school adjustment is an important predictor of academic achievement as well as plays a major role in mediating among self leadership, social support and academic achievement. In conclusion, the results of this study conveys its significance in suggesting the necessity to provide insititutional support on individual trait and socio environmental factor enabling university students sucessfully to adapt to campus life and achieve academic achievement.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of employment guidance for long-term service through the analysis of the cause of employment of employed students who graduated from specialized high school. In particular, the purpose is to present student guidance plans for long-term service by analyzing personal reasons for students graduating from commercial high schools and policy factors for individual, school, company, and government service after employment. To this end, a survey was conducted for graduates of commercial high schools nationwide, and the validity, reliability, and causality of the survey data were analyzed by applying Exploratory Factor Analysis, Cronbach's Alpha, and decision tree analysis techniques. We found that personal goal setting for employment is an important factor for working for more than 1 year, personal relationships at work and personal characteristics are important factors for working for more than 3 years. In addition, we found that the reason for getting a job is that personal reasons and school recommendations are great, special lectures on employment, camps, and 'advice from seniors and teachers' programs are helpful in finding a job, and accounting and computer related subjects are helpful for long-term employment. Accordingly, in specialized high schools, it is required to prepare specific instructional measures for education such as setting personal goals and the formation of human relationships that are the basis of social life, and to actively operate the above subjects and programs to help with employment and longevity.

This Paper Aims to Provide Economic Implications to Activate College Start-ups by Performing an International Comparative Study on the Personality Characteristic Elements that Affect Entrepreneurial Intention of University Students. This Investigation Employed Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Preference, Desire of Achievement, and Fear of Failure as Personality Characteristic Factors. Furthermore, Social Perception was used as the Moderating Variable. The Result Shows that Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy and Entrepreneurial Preference had a Positive Effect, while fear of Failure had a Negative Effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. Moreover, Desire of Achievement did not have any Effects. The Analysis of Moderating Effect of Social Perception between Personality Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Intention Shows that the Moderating Effect did not Appear.

This study aimed to analyze service internship participation determinant contents of undergraduate students who major in airline service to influence their career. To accomplish this purpose, data collected from 211 students were analysed using logistic regression analysis. Personal characteristic, big 5character factors, social support were analysed as service internship determinant contents. The research results showed grade, GPA, broad experience, flight experience among personal characteristics and extraversion among big 5factors personality as significant service internship determinant contents of students. Also, the research results showed career preparation, career decision making self-efficacy and social support as non-significant service internship determinants of students. It was concluded that active participation with service internship is imperative for undergraduate students in airline service major to enhance career competence upon graduation.

In this paper, we examined the causes of privacy concern and related factors in personalized recommendation service of OTT. On the basis of the 'Big Five Personality model,' we established factors such as agreeableness, neuroticism, conscientiousness, extraversion, and openness to experience. Additionally, we established factors such as accuracy, diversity, and novelty of OTT recommendation's services, and perceived transparency. we analyzed the relationship between privacy concern, service benefit, and intention to give personal information. Finally, we analyzed the mediating effect of service benefits on the relationship between privacy concern and intention to give personal information. The results of this study showed that (1) neuroticism, extraversion and openness to experience had the significant effects on privacy concerns, (2) perceived transparency had the significant effects on privacy concern, 3) privacy concern and service benefit had the significant effect on intention to give personal information, and (4) as a result of multi-group analysis towards low and high groups to verify the moderating effect by service benefits, a significant difference was observed between privacy concern and intention to give personal information. The findings of the study are expected to help the OTT firms' understanding towards users' privacy protection behaviors.

This research examines the relation of dissatisfaction about own real conditions, deviant labeling, self-esteem, abuse from parent, victimization and juvenile delinquency(smoking, drinking, run-away, assault, taking away stuffs or money, larceny). The evidence of a strong relation of these factors and girls' delinquency is well known through empirical researches by feminist criminologists. Feminist criminology had attention to the gender-specific factors that could explain girls' delinquency. Most of conventional delinquency theories, such as social bond theory, differential association theory, focused on bad boys' deviant behaviors. These theories has not been designed to apply to girls' troubles. According to the conclusion of the research, there seems to support researches of feministic perspectives.
