The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of SME members' motivation and creative working environment on innovative behavior and to see differences according to individual absorptive capacity. As a research method for this, 350 copies were collected by requesting a specialized research company for employees who have worked at SMEs for more than a year, and research models and hypotheses were verified with SPSS 28 and Smart PLS 3. As a result of the study, approach motivation and creative work environment had a positive effect on individual innovation behavior, which showed significant differences according to individual absorptive capacity. The implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, for innovative organizational management in SMEs where human resources are more important than physical resources, SMEs need to provide a creative working environment and motivate members to derive positive innovative behavior. Second, innovation behavior differs depending on personal absorptive capacity, and innovation behavior becomes the subject of corporate growth, indicating that various interests and support are needed to increase personal absorptive capacity along with positive motivation for members.

The Honam region has been recognized as one of the most lagging regions in Korea. Drawing upon some decompositions oi Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) per head and labor productivity, the overall trend of inequalities in Korea has been revealed and the trajectory of the Honam region's economic change has been identified by examining how the region's economic performance changed relative to that of Korea in the 1990s. There are some findings. First of all, Korea is characterized by strong divergence in the development of its region economies, in terms o\ulcorner per capita GRDP, which relies upon productivity differentials rather than differences in employment rates. Second, the Honam region has displayed poor economic performances in terms of GRDP per head except for Jeonnam. Third, the dramatic fall in cumulative population growth relative to the national average has been an important factor in the Jeonnam's overwhelming economic performance measured by per capita GRDP. Fourth, the decline in the relative productivity of the Honam region is mostly explained by falling relative regional productivity growth in construction, transport and manufacturing, although it should be noted that the latter sector has made positive contribution to raising relative regional productivity of Jeonnam. Fifth, overall the shift in employment to service sector, especially to social, personal, public, health, education, other services other than distribution, hotels, catering has tended to support relative regional productivities, along with the positive contribution being made oi agriculture, forestry and fishing to relative regional productivity growth in the Honam region.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting work performance among systems librarians in Korean academic libraries. The factors were divided in three categories: Job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and individual characteristics. Data from questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS for windows. Multiple regression analyses were performed on three sets of variables related to the hypotheses of the study. The result of the analysis Identified the folowing factors : Job characteristics which affect work performance among systems librarians in academic library are autonomy, task significance, skill variety, and feedback from supervision. Organizational characteristics which affect work performance are job security, capability of automation systems, coworkers. Individual characteristics which affect work performance are growth need strength, knowledge, and systems librarian experience.

Based on the premise that a systematic career process was one of the essential elements of successful task performance both for individuals and the organization in the field of social welfare, this study set out to empirically analyze factors influencing the career commitment of social workers at a multidimensional level and provide practical implications for the directionality of career management on the basis of data with theoretical and statistical accuracy. For those purposes, the study collected individual and organizational characteristics data from 787 social workers at 46 agencies through a structured questionnaire and analyzed influential factors through the multilevel analysis technique by taking organizational effects into account. The analysis results show that explanations by the organization characteristics recorded significant 15% in the total variance of career commitment and that its influential factors included such significant variables as the protean career attitude, desire for growth, human network, and self-efficacy at the individual level and also the qualification compensation system at the organizational level. The study then proposed and discussed integrated practice strategies between individuals and agencies as the measures to promote career success through the activation of individual factors based on the consideration of organizational effects such as the application of an employee assistant program, provision of incentives to professional career development, and shift to a learning organization.

다소 먼 이야기이긴 하지만 1990년대에 전자책 시장이 형성되기 시작하면서 전자책이 단순히 책의 새로운 한 형태가 아니라 아날로그 도서의 대체재가 될 수 있다는 막연한 기대감은 당시 전자책에 대한 폭발적인 관심을 불러 일으켰다. 하지만 여러 가지 환경적인 조건과 콘텐츠 부재 등의 이유로 지대한 사회적 관심이 직접적인 전자책 산업의 발전으로 연결되지는 않았다. 최근 전자책 산업은 모바일 산업의 발전과 더불어 관련 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 지속적인 혁신으로 세계적인 시장이 급속도로 발전하고 있고, 이제 국내에서도 차츰 그 영향에 따라 전자책 산업이 활력을 되찾고 있는 모양새이다. 전자책 산업의 성장으로 영향을 받는 이해 관계자들은 저자와 출판사, 유통사 등 다양하게 존재하겠지만 도서관 또한 책을 둘러싼 구성원에서 빼놓을 수 없는 존재일 것이다. 본 고에서는 전자책의 발전 배경과 최근의 추세를 살펴보고, 도서관의 입장에서 전자책을 바라볼 때의 관점에 대해 개인적인 소고를 밝히고자 한다.

Nursing Process의 일련의 합목적적인 성격을 평가할 때 간호계획은 환자의 질병을 자신의 중대한 학습경험으로 만듣는데 필요한 단계를 포함하도록 할 수 있다. 환자 자신의 경험의 의미를 이해한다는 것은 nursing이 교육적이고 치료적이며 또 성숙시키는 힘으로써 기능을 하다록 하기 위해 필요한 것이다. 환자의 곤란(질병등)에 대한 초기의 연상은 분화되고 문제에 포함된 모든 요인들을 정리하고 확대시킬 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 이들은 환자와 그의 목표에 지대한 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 문제에 대한 태도를 분명히 한다는 것은 새로운 환경의 도전에 의해 재생된 과거와 또는 새로운 욕구와 감정의 표현을 가져온다. 늘 풍부하고도 무조건적인 보살핌을 주는 보조자를 상징하는 nurse와의 동일시는 필요하다고 느끼는 욕구와 자기를 위협하는 문제를 처리하는 한 방편이 된다. 초기의 욕구가 처리되면 이들 욕구는 더욱 성장하여 더 성숙한 욕구가 다시 생기게 된다. 환경이 제시하는 것을 철저히 이용한다는 것은 문제에 대한 새로운 분화를 가져오며 인간관계의 기술을 개선시킨다. 개인적 노력을 통해 새로운 목표는 실현될 수 있다. 병원 환경에서 사회 생활에로 참여하는 것은 N-P relationship의 해결을 필요로 하고 새로운 사회적 상호 의존 관계를 위해 인격의 강화가 필요하다. 환경적 결핍 위에 resolution이 일어났을 때는 환자의 육구는 강화되고 전체적 경험의 동정이 제한된다.

The effects of regular and active leisure activities on positive growth and development in adolescents are widely known. In our society, however, it is challenging to enjoy or expand such activities due to diverse constraints. Under unfavorable circumstances, this study attempted to investigate the application of time availability for liberal leisure activities as a way to help adolescents engage in active leisure activities. Specifically, this study examined the relationship between time availability (both individual and structural) and the time invested in leisure activities at youth training centers which support such leisure activities. The study found the following results: As both individual and structural time availability expanded, the time invested in leisure activities increased as well. Based on these results, this study discussed policy and practice implications regarding the support of adolescents' leisure activities.

This study was conducted to develop a happiness index for Korean. 16 factors of happiness derived from both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis based on a nationwide sample of 1503 Korean adults were reclassified into 3 components of Alderfer's need theory. The LISREL was used to measure the weight of each happiness factor. The results showed that happiness index was functioned by a formula(Happiness=2.5*existence+2.5*relationship+5*growth). Applying this formula, the average happiness score for Korean was 57.71. It was also demonstrated that the degree of happiness differed according to individual's gender, region, and income. Men was happier than women, while there was no significant difference among ages. As far as the region concerned, those who live in Seoul and Daejeon were happier than the others. People who earn over 2,500,000 won per month were happier than the others in terms of economic status. Finally, the result of the discriminant function analysis revealed that individual or psychological growth factor was more important than existence and relationship factors. Based on these significant research findings, practical implications and future research directions were discussed.

Through the new round DDA(Doha Development Agenda) negotiations which started in Doha/Qatar conference in November, 2001, service industries have been included in the category of international trades. An electronic commerce cannot be exceptional in this field. The 21st century is largely recognized as the era of globalization, knowledge, and information. To make effective and competitive strategy in this century, it is essentially required to organize Network. OPEN, and FU-PLEX. That is why our government also has been promoting this field since years before, now 10,000,000 people in Korea have joined superhighway internet networks. Korea became the top internet-developed country in the world. As a side-effect of this internet spread into our life, however, there is serious problem we are now faced against. That is the outflow of private information through electronic commerce and other cyber transactions. It has caused many social problems to be rapidly on the rise these days. We are now desperately required to struggle continuously to make a solution for that. Taking the precedent case of Germany and United States which are currently recognized as high-leveled country in protection of private information, we have to come up with legal and technical measures and at the same time, to escalate the social consciousness about private information protection.
