  • The performing art is a genre which is integrated of various fields of arts, and Stage Make-up as well. Stage Make-up functions as an important means of communication which makes audience understand the characteristic facts by transforming an actor/actress into the character in the play and also, visually enlarging characters. Due to the creativeness of Stage Make-up, the conceptual study on Stage Make-up design for visual expression coincide with the intended character is needed. However, in Korea, the systematical approach for Stage Make-up design by character types has not developed, or studied yet, The result of this study is to present system model through theoretical study of psychological personality types. and to apply for the expression of characters in the play based on physiognomy(face-reading), The case study of visualizing according to an actor/actress's shape of face. is Specially focused on eyes and eyebrows. In designing Stage Make-up, eyes and eye brows are important elements as a tool for strong expression of the characters. This model of Stage Make-up design by personal type constructed in this study, is for applying methodically as professional approach on actual Stage Make-up design and educational teaching methods as well.

  • Social Network Service has been extremely popular these days and providing diverse features and functions to users. Social networking and interest sharing in between users are key factors of SNS and this circles back to draw more users to the service. Web is the first media to provide SNS and mobile is the next. The service based on mobile environmental uniqueness such as Location-based-service(LBS) is the key success factors to convert users to web SNS to mobile SNS. TV has also been a possible SSN market to draw users to share interests and participation. However TV has been always community electronics in family members and personalization to provide SNS has been barrier to overcome. In this study, we explorer ideas of key factors of personalization in TV environment and conducted a field study to define characteristics of TV personalization in terms of depth, method, style and structure. Research finds out that there are significant differences in these categories.

  • This study analyzed the influence of MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) personality types on preferences for user interface (UI) design in music applications. Through an online survey, 535 responses were collected, and data were processed using ANOVA analysis in Python. The analysis revealed that certain MBTI types tend to prefer combinations of warm and neutral color tones, aligning with their artistic sensibilities and emphasis on harmony. Conversely, other MBTI types show a preference for colder color tones or combinations of cold and neutral tones, reflecting their practical and systematic tendencies. Additionally, it was found that UI layout preferences also vary according to personality types. Some MBTI types exhibit a preference for the 'Mostly Fluid' model, reflecting their efficient and systematic nature. These findings underscore the importance of considering users' individual personality types in UI design for music applications.

  • 오늘날 사회생활을 하는데 있어 대인관계는 원만한 조직의 운영에 필수적인 요소가 되고 있다. 그러나, 상대방의 성격을 잘 알지 못하거나 잘못 파악하여 실수하는 경우가 종종 일어난다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 영상공학적 기술을 이용하여 손톱 모양 및 크기에 따라 개인마다 보유하고 있는 성격의 특징을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 입력 영상에서 이진화 작업을 통해 1차 영상을 수집하고 필터링 및 스캐닝 작업을 통해 최종적으로 손톱의 영역을 추출하고 크기를 측정하는 방법을 사용하였다. 이를 기반으로 결과 영상 및 손톱의 수치값을 측정하고 손톱의 크기를 비교, 분석하였다. 결과적으로 실험값을 통해 손톱의 형태 및 크기를 비교, 분석하였으며 손톱의 크기에 따른 개인의 성격에 대해 분석하였다.

  • The current insurance market is facing a real problem that the high cost of insurance spent in maintaining a non- face-to-face sales channels face of the channel facing growing contribution to the reduction of side. Depending on the personality factors of organizational commitment, personal planners also occurs because of the differences and job satisfaction. Whereas turnover of agents is the result of empirical factors that are affected by other agents than to individual character generated by the character of the individual agents. Compliance boss, job suitability, individuals representing a fellow fitness, tissue compatibility environmental compliance is having a significant impact on both the degree of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. In other words, the boss or colleague, values and personality, working method, as fits well the concerns and pursuing goals are similar, and their job aptitude higher the suitability of the organization is about to have a sense of belonging and attachment to the company commitment can do. This is the result of a demonstration that the work environment of the actuary agents productivity gains and loyalty depends on the insurance company, which currently belongs.

  • This paper investigated the effects of hotel chefs' personality and leader-member exchange(LMX) on innovative behavior. The sample for the study is 300 chefs extracted from four five-star hotels in Busan metropolitan area. Self-administrated questionnaires are distributed and 267 usable ones are collected and used for the analyses. The findings of the research are as follows, First, hotel chefs' personality consists of neuroticism, openness, friendliness, conscientiousness and extroversion. Second, hotel chefs' LMX consists of attachment, loyalty, a sense of contribution and respect. Third, hotel chefs' openness, considerateness, and leadership positively affect hotel chefs' LMX and hotel chefs' introversion negatively affect hotel chefs' LMX. Fourth, hotel chef's innovative behavior is affected by hotel chef's attachment, loyalty and respect.

  • Personal records have both general characteristics as "records" and unique characteristics granted by the context of "personal." This study was conceived by a need to focus on those unique characteristics of personal records and examine them specifically to determine various methods for personal records management. In an effort to identify the characteristics of personal records, the study made an attempt at two different approaches. First, it examined the unique characteristics of personal records that were approachable in the production context of personal records and the process of records management with a focus on the ISO 15489: 2016 standard, which offers the most fundamental principles of records management, and the literature researches on personal records. It then reviewed theories related to "personality," one of man's unique traits, and its applicability to personal records management. In addition, the investigator examined personal characteristics with a focus on personality in the group of actual personal records housed at records management agencies in the nation and checked their influences on records management. The unique characteristics of personal records should be the base of understanding of and strategies for objects to be collected in the documentation activities. That first requires efforts to discover the characteristics of personal records across diverse dimensions, and it should be employed as the core of documentation strategies for personal records.

Does the Preference for Emotional Paintings Depends on Personality? (정서적 미술작품에 대한 선호가 성격 유형에 의해 달라지는가?)

  • This study was performed to investigate whether aesthetic preference is related to the personality of an individual or not. Even though prior studies have reported that aesthetic preference for a certain style of art is associated with a personality factor, it is more important to focus on impressions and feelings about paintings than the style of art. The present study tried to examine how positive, negative, and neutral feelings about paintings are related to a personality factor, and that familiarity has an effect on aesthetic preference. After participants answered a Big-Five personality questionnaire, they then rated the preference for and familiarity about paintings which implied emotions. The results showed that individuals with higher scores of neuroticism preferred negative paintings. A preference for negative paintings is hard to explain, but this could be explained by results of this study. A hypothesis that familiar paintings would be more preferred is supported by the data. Aesthetic preference has both objectivity and the subjectivity. This study explained subjectivity through individual differences, and investigate art from a psychological point of view rather than conservative methods that sort paintings into art history.

금융소비자의 위험선호와 성격유형과의 관계에 관한 비교연구

  • 본 연구 목적은 MBTI에 의해 구분되는 인간의 성격유형에 따라 금융투자자들의 위험선호의 차이 유무, Private Banker의 투자 조언의 수용, 그리고 Private Bank Service의 사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 또한 MBTI의 성격유형별 주기능 사용의 차이에 기인한 개인의 특성이 위험선호에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 실험군인 고액자산가(HNWI)와 대조군인 학생의 MBTI 성격유형을 개별로 검사하고 Holt and Laury (2002)와 Weber et al. (2002)의 설문을 활용하는 실증적인 비교분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, Holt and Laury(2002)의 Lottery연구에서 고액자산가와 일반 대조군 그리고 MBTI의 주기능분류(ST, NF)에 따른 차이는 존재하였다. 특히 고액자산가의 경우 ST와 NF 그룹의 차이가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, Weber et al.(2002)의 위험 감수를 측정하는 심리측정 요인 중 Gamble(g) Recreation(r)의 특성이 고액자산가에서 위험선호도에 미치는 영향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 개인의 일상생활에 관련한 특성 또는 금융과 관련 없는 취미생활이 개인의 위험선호도에 반영될 수 있음을 나타내는 것으로 기존의 문헌들의 연구결과를 지지한다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, MBTI의 선호지표점수에 따라 위험선호도에 차이가 존재하였다. MBTI T점수가 높을 경우 위험선호도가 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 고액자산가그룹에는 영향이 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, MBTI 유형도표의 태도지표에 의해 구분된 유형들에 따라 전체 금융자산 대비 Private Banker를 이용하는 비율의 차이가 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 고액자산가를 대상으로 분석한 결과 태도유형 EP의 경우 다른 그룹에 비해 이용비율수준이 낮아 MBTI로 분류된 성격유형에 따라 전체금융자산 대비 Private Banker의 이용수준에도 영향이 있음을 확인하였다.

The Effect of Driving Specific Characteristics and Life Stress on Traffic Fafety (운전 상황에서의 개인특성과 생활스트레스가 교통안전에 미치는 영향)

  • The objectives of the present research are twofold. First, this research aims to compare the effect of trait characteristics(sensation seeking, social resistance and type-A behavior) with that of driving specific characteristics(driving anger and type-A driving) on problematic driving behavior. Second, the role of life stress as a mediator in the relationships between general trait characteristics and traffic safety index was examined. 1158 licensed commercial vehicle drivers were surveyed and their accident-related records were obtained in this research. Results showed that driving specific characteristics were significant indicators of traffic safety and life stress mediated the relationships between general trait characteristics and traffic safety index. These findings implicate that understanding drivers' driving specific characteristics and their levels of life stress is important to reduce problematic driving behaviors and enhance traffic safety.
