Awareness of Personal Information Protection for Service Users among Small and Mid-Sized Security Companies (중.소민간경비업체의 서비스 이용자 개인정보보호에 관한 인식)

  • The government was fully aware of the gravity of a recent massive leak of personal information of credit card users. Meanwhile, the government just took a light disciplinary action by imposing a fine, but it showed its intention to strengthen the regulations by taking the severest disciplinary action. The tightened regulations against personal information leak will be applied to the private security industry without exception to protect individual people's property and lives if such an incident occurs in that industry that deals with a wide variety of personal information such as CCTV data or privacy information all the time. The purpose of this study was to examine the state of the protection and management of personal information for service users among private security firms in an effort to suggest some reform measures. The findings of the study were as follows: First, administrators or managers who are involved with personal information protection should make a full-fledged effort to gather information. Second, counseling or related programs should be provided for small and mid-sized security firms to guarantee thorough personal information protection. Third, Korea Security Association should improve the educational system related to personal information protection to resolve problems with this education currently provided for managers and employees of these companies.

Effects of Web-Based Nutrition Counseling on Nutrient Intake and Blood Glucose in Type II Diabetic Patients (제 2형 당뇨병 환자의 영양섭취 및 혈당에 웹기반 영양상담이 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of web-based nutrition counseling on nutrient intake and blood glucose in type ll diabetic Patients. Forty type II diabetic patients, twenty one of them were diabetic patients without complication (Ncx-DM) and nineteen of them were diabetic patients with complication (Cx-DM), participated in a web-based nutrition counseling program. At the first nutrition counseling, the patients were counselled through interview and then follow up nutrition counseling was accomplished four times during eight weeks through tile web-based internet program. Various markers of disease risk including anthropometric indices, nutrient intake and blood glucose were measured before and after the nutrition counseling. After the nutrition counseling, body mass index and waist circumference decreased in both group but did not change significantly. Fasting blood glucose significantly decreased from 153.9 mg/dL to 139.0 mg/dL (p<0.05) in NCX-DM and from 178.2 mg/dL to 128.5 mg/dL (p<0.01) in Cx-DM after the nutrition counseling. Glycosylated hemoglobin level decreased from $9.3\%$ to $8,7\%$ in Ncx-DM and significantly decreased from $9.7\%$ to $7.8\%$ (p<0.01) in Cx-DM after the nutrition counseling. In addition, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol level significantly decreased in both group (P<0,05) after the nutrition counseling. Energy intake decreased significantly in Ncx-DM (P<0.05) and Cx-DM (p<0.01). Although the nutrient intake did not change significantly, the nutrient intake was improved after the nutrition counseling. Therefore, this study shows that the web-based nutrition counseling is effective in improving energy and nutrient intake and influences positively in blood glucose and serum lipids of the patients. In addition, these results indicate that the internet presents us with potential as a new medium for nutrition counseling in informationized society.

소방공무원이 지각한 외상경험이 직무소진과 우울, 불안 및 대인관계에 대한 차이 비교 연구

  • 본 연구의 차별화는 첫째, 소방공무원의 직무를 수행하기 위해 외상경험을 감소시킬 수 있는 주요 요인을 고찰하고 감소시킬 수 있는 대안을 제언하고자 한다. 둘째, 소방공무원이 신체적, 심리적, 특성과 사회적 영향을 고려하고, 심리적 저항감을 최소화하기 위해 회복탄력성 방안에 대한 고찰을 하고자 한다. 셋째, 소방공무원의 개인 심리적 특성, 사회적 영향 등을 살펴보고 정서적 심리치유를 할 수 있는 상담이 지속적으로 이루어져질 수 있는 사회복지상담학적 접근으로서의 연구는 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구의 목적은 소방공무원의 외상 경험 영향요인에 대해 살펴보고, 이들 요인이 직무소진과 우울, 불안 및 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 차이 비교를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 소방공무원들의 직무만족을 시키기 위해서는 심리적 정서치유가 될 수 있는 마음챙김이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다.

Exploration of Non-suicidal Self-injury based on Ecological Momentary Assessment(EMA) (생태순간평가(EMA) 일기법을 활용한 비자살적 자해경험 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure repeated the process of non-suicidal self-injury individuals change in everyday life through the Ecological Momentary Assessment(EMA) daily diary. The study subjects of were 17 adults aged 19 to 29, accessed a link sent by text message on a cell phone and recorded a diary of the day's affects, interpersonal conflicts, self-injury thoughts, and behaviors once a day for two weeks. Using a total of 238 reported entries, the contextual factors of NSSI were examined, and the effects of affects and interpersonal conflicts on NSSI analyzed through a multi-level model. As a result, the negative affects of that day have a significant relation with within subject NSSI behavior and positive affects have a significant relation between subject NSSI behavior. These findings means that overall individuals with low positive affects have a higher risk of self-injury behavior compared to those with higher levles of positive emotions, and an increase in negative emotions on that day within an individual increases the risk of self-injury behavior on that day. In other words, it implies that it is important to manage negative emotions and strengthen overall positive affects for that day in the intervention of emotion-regulation of experienced self-injury individuals. It is meaningful that this study explored NSSI risk factors experienced in daily life through the short-term longitudinal study.

A Study on the Empowerment Experiences of People with Disabilities Participating in Encounter Group Counseling Program - Using Focus Group Interview for People with Physical Disabilities and Brain Lesions (엔카운터 집단상담에 참여한 장애인들의 임파워먼트 경험에 관한 연구 - 지체장애인과 뇌병변 장애인 중심 포커스 그룹 인터뷰)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on practical intervention strategies that many people with disabilities can empower in the future by analyzing the experiences in which people with disabilities were empowered through Encounter group counseling program focusing on people with physical disabilities and brain lesions, who account for 50% of all people with disabilities. The research questions were: First, did people with disabilities get empowerment experiences through an Encounter group counseling program? Second, what kind of empowerment experiences did people with disabilities begin to have through the program? In this study, a focus group interview was conducted with the participants of the program to qualitatively evaluate the empowerment experiences from the Encounter group program. The participants were people with physical disabilities and brain lesions experiencing Encounter group counseling programs at the self-reliance center in Seoul from 2015 to 2019. As a result of the analysis, 7 components, and 17 sub-components were derived, which were grouped into three themes: 1) restoring self relationship 2) forming new relationship with others, and 3) realizing a sense of solidarity with society. The research results were discussed considering the impact of the Encounter program on personal, interpersonal, and social empowerment of people with disabilities and finally, limitations of the study and suggestions for follow-up studies were presented.

Effects of REBT Program Application for the Changes in Maladaptive Thoughts among Female Junior Tennis Players (청소년 여자테니스 선수의 부적응적 사고 변화를 위한 합리적 인지재구성 프로그램 적용효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the program for convericient reconfiguration in an attempt to change maladjustmental way of thinking among female junior tennis players. For verification of the program, a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were carried out. Through the REBT program for convericient reconfiguration, maladjustmental way of thinking among junior tennis players was drawed and interviews with them were subsequently performed. As a result, REBT counseling technique was applied to understand personal psychological problems and to transform maladjustmental and unreasonable way of thinking into rational belief, confirming positivity toward their situation. After all, their athletic performance as well as holistic development was found to be improved. In quantitative analysis, maladaptive thinking scale sports psychology questionnaire and survey for Korean sports performance strategy were both increased post treatment, suggesting that their psychological status became positive as a result of application of psychological prevention. The results of this study showed that athletic performance would be enhanced and growth and development in personality and self-realization would be expected if various psychological problems in adolescent players were progressed in detailed.

  • Recently, the quality of the incident of school violence is getting worse and the frequency of its occurrence is gradually increasing. One of the biggest reasons that violence in schools does not reduce is because the attitude that they mean to hide damage from the violence, thus the improvement of such conditions enables school violence to decrease in the short-term effect. This study designed an intelligent reporting platform to prevent additional violence and victim's suicide, by related agencies and parents reporting the circumstance of school violence real-time, as both victims and attackers register real-time troubles anonymously, at any time, anywhere, then are provided 1:1 counseling and customized services, and all contents of the counseling are accumulated in the intelligent reporting platform.

  • We have been analyzed by research on the characteristics of professional consciousness, professional preparation, employment, and career life aimed at Chinese students. There is a tendency that overall trend is almost the same, even though there might be a small difference according to the characteristics of Chinese students' gender and scholastic year. Especially, a drift to the economic aspect of professional consciousness is a reflection of increasing hardship on our society. In spite of now is the era of disappearing permanent job and being changed to the concept of lifelong career, there is exceedingly rare places for getting education of professional consciousness or related information. It is needed to inform upright professional consciousness and to educate the Chinese students.

  • This research as a literature study is to clarify solution method of hypochondriasis through focused distraction. Hypochondriasis is called by various terms such as somatization symptoms, health anxiety, illness phobia, illness anxiety disorder, hypochondriacal disorder, hypochondriacal neurosis, and hypochondria personality disorder. Hypochondria is basically a factor that causes worry, fear, anxiety, and even phobia, lowering the quality of life at home, work, and society. As the quality of life of individuals is decreasing, the field of counseling psychology and psychological counseling has the task of solving this problem and restoring psychological peace. Accordingly, this study is an attempt to explore the symptoms of hypochondria by using the distraction strategy among cognitive strategies as a way to resolve the condition. Focused distraction strategy can be said to be a kind of cognitive 'avoidance strategy'. Focused distraction strategy is a way to avoid being overly focused on one's health. In addition, it weakens health concerns by 'dispersing' or 'distracting' the 'attention' focused on health in another direction.

Strengthening Teacher Competencies in Response to the Expanding Role of AI (AI의 역할 확대에 따른 교사 역량 강화 방안)

  • This study investigates the changes in teachers' roles as the impact of AI on school education expands. Traditionally, teachers have been responsible for core aspects of classroom instruction, curriculum development, assessment, and feedback. AI can automate these processes, particularly enhancing efficiency through personalized learning. AI also supports complex classroom management tasks such as student tracking, behavior detection, and group activity analysis using integrated camera and microphone systems. However, AI struggles to automate aspects of counseling and interpersonal communication, which are crucial in student life guidance. While direct conversational replacement by AI is challenging, AI can assist teachers by providing data-driven insights and pre-conversation resources. Key competencies required for teachers in the AI era include expertise in advanced instructional methods, dataset analysis, personalized learning facilitation, student and parent counseling, and AI digital literacy. Teachers should collaborate with AI to emphasize creativity, adjust personalized learning paths based on AI-generated datasets, and focus on areas less amenable to AI automation, such as individualized learning and counseling. Essential skills include AI digital literacy and proficiency in understanding and managing student data.
