With the development of new media, great changes are taking place in the way people get information. The change is the use of video content that can deliver content in a more three-dimensional way than words or photos. After 2016, the number of live video streaming content providers and users has increased. In this paper the write takes the 1 personal live video streaming content as the research object. And the write takes live video streaming content on YouTube live or Douyu TV as a research example. In this paper, the writer analyzes the digital information content in the live video streaming case. And the writer expounds the necessity of these visual information and the characteristics of real-time live video streaming content. Especially since 2020, because of the influence of the COVID-19, the live video streaming industry has begun to combine with the traditional industry. It is expected that the integration of digital cutting-edge technology and live video streaming will not only provide diversity in the content, but also create more social value for the video content consumption culture. Therefore, The writer thinks it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the social responsibility of real-time live content in the future.

SBS has developed "Social DMB App" and now the service through Android market, where the viewers can produce and share their emotion related in program using twitter while watching real-time DMB broadcasting program at the same time. Previously, it is difficult to combine TV and social media because of the difference of family shared medium and individual service. But, DMB, individual mobile broadcast service, can offer new interest to the viewer by integrating social media service and broadcast. The service base was provided to the viewer where they can use original contents of broadcasters by constructing social circle and they are able to express and share their emotion through social DMB app. In this paper, introduce of development technical for social DMB app service include of configuration app servic, link of DMB broadcasting and facebook.

T-DMB hybrid data service provides advanced data services while maintaining backward compatibility with legacy T-DMB receivers by using hybrid BIFS technology enabling distributed delivery of scene description information and object description information. This paper presents the hybrid service authoring framework implementing hybrid BIFS technology for creating contents for distributed delivery, and the results of experiments by using it. Hybrid service authoring framework is comprised of service creation system, service management system, and contents offering system. It enables the creation of combined hybrid data service and the splitting of the contents into two parts for ecah delivery network, data for broadcasting network and the data for mobile network. It also enables the managements of the contents. The feasibility of advanced data services while maintaining backward compatibility with the legacy T-DMB receiver has been proved by the contents created by using the hybrid authoring framework presented in this paper.

On the ICT healing platform designed to issue early disease alerts, TOS connected between the provider of personal health-related data and the service provider and relayed personalized health data. In the previous study, TOS proposed how to monitor the retrieval and management of document/measurement resources by taking mobile devices into account. Recently the healthcare field, however, defined the standard items needed for communication and data exchanges with a mobile device through HL7 FHIR. This study designed a data grid model between TOS and FHIR to provide personal health resources relayed through TOS in FHIR bundle search sets. The proposed design was organized as follows: first, it stated similarities between the method of TOS resource request and that of FHIR observation request. Then, it designed an eventbus module to process a retrieval request for FHIR service based on the imdb and cluster technologies. The proposed design can be used to expand the old service terminals of ICT healing platform to mobile health devices capable of using FHIR resources.

This paper proposes a novel way of personalized web search through re-ranking the search results with user profiles of concept-network structure. Basically, personalized search systems need to be based on user profiles that contain users' search patterns, and they actively use the user profiles in order to expand initial queries or to re-rank the search results. The proposed method is a sort of a re-ranking personalized search method integrated with query expansion facility. The method identifies some documents which occur commonly among a set of different search results from the expanded queries, and re-ranks the search results by the degree of co-occurring. We show that the proposed method outperforms the conventional ones by performing the empirical web search with a number of actual users who have diverse information needs and query intents.

In this paper proposes the latest network-assisted online telemedicine service to coincide with the point being discussed for health care providers to match patients, patients with personalized medical service support system. In order to design the system, to understand the requirements of the patient personalized medical support service system, the data were normalized and were designed architecture client server structure. Further, in order to implement the system that was designed to define the structure of server and client, ontology repository, we implement the system. In this paper, as a result of the test by creating a scenario and prerequisites for testing patient personalized medical service support system that is design and implementation, selecting a patient's condition, department of symptoms by the selected but it was confirmed that the inference is, inference medical institutions that fits department inferred one following upon the items medical patient has the required.

In this paper, we propose a novel face authentication method based on LBP matching of individual major blocks in mobile environment. In order to construct individual major blocks from photos, we find the blocks that have the highest similarity and use different numbers of blocks depending on the probability distribution by applying threshold. And, we use multi-radius LBP histograms in the determination of individual major blocks to improve performance of generic LBP histogram based approach. By using the multi-radius LBP histograms in face authentication, we can successfully reduce the false acceptance rate compare to the previous methods. Also, we can see that the proposed method shows low error rate about 7.72% compare to the pervious method in spite of use small number of blocks about 44.59% only.

Recently, Due to advances in smart-phones and mobile devices, the use of SNS is increasing in recent years. Online networking is building new paradigms in terms of creating personal needs. Along with the nature of mobile devices, it is expected to have a lot of impact on SNS service participation. The study focused on the effect of SNS on SNS participation and ease of use of social characteristics and ease of use of SNS. A survey was conducted on a survey of SNS users and analyzed the data through the structural equations. The study found that the study of social networking was statistically significant in terms of the intent of identifying the usefulness of SNS and ease of use and ease of use.

Today is the era that the importance of education and training is emphasized. However, the problem of the issues on the question how the coding or related educations according to the 4th industrial revolution era are applied or utilized actually or that the correlation with the actual enterprises is facing with social and realistic problem. Therefore, this study intended to identify what impact the characteristics of the education and training has on the educational outcomes on the characteristics of individual by segmentalizing the characteristics of education and training, through which, this study examined what impact it has on the educational outcomes. As a result, it was shown that the SW education course has positive (+) impact on the major competence and learning performance out of the characteristics of individual and SW educational environment does not have nay impact. In addition, it was shown that the characteristics of individual have positive impact on all the satisfaction of educational outcomes and the negative impact on all the dissatisfaction of educational outcomes. These results emphasizes the importance of the SW educational course and SW education teaching and deemed to be results to make us to think about the SW educational environment again.
