A Person-Process-Context Model of Mate Selection and Marital Adjustment in Arranged and Love-Based Korean Marriages (한국의 배우자 선택과 결혼적응의 메커니즘 : 인간 발달 생태학적 모형의 중매, 연애 결혼에의 적용)

  • 본 연구는 개인-환경 상호작용 가정을 바탕으로 한국의 두 가지 결혼 유형에 따른 배우자 선택과 결혼 적응의 메커니즘을 이해하기 위하여 개인, 과정, 맥락의 역할을 포함안 연구 모델 (person-process-context model)을 적용시켰다. 배우사 선택, 이에 따른 부부간 유사성과 결혼적응에 있어 개인과 사회적 특성의 상대적 기여도와 그 매커니즘을 조사하기 위해 154쌍의 한국 부부를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 중매결혼과 연애결혼의 결혼유형에 관계없이 모두 동질혼의 경향을 보였다. 개인적 특성이 결혼 적응도와 높은 상관을 보인 반면, 부부간 유사성은 결혼 적응도와 유의한 상관이 업었다. 이는 결혼 적응에 있어서 환경적 요소(e. g. dyadic similarity)보다 개인적 요소가 중요하다는 것을 시사한다. 결혼유형에 따른 동질혼의 정도에는 유의한 차이가 없으며, 또한 동질혼의 정도에 따른 결혼적응도에는 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 연애결혼과 중매결혼의 중요한 차이는 결혼전 교제기간 이었다. 연애 결혼한 부부는 비교적 오랜 교제 기간을 통해 더 만족한 결혼생활을 영위하는 것으로 나타났다. 결혼전 교제기간의 효과를 통제한 후 두 결혼 유형의 결혼적응도에 대한 차이는 사라졌다. 연구결과들을 결혼과 성격에 관한 이론을 비탕으로 논의하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 사람의 이동정보인 위치데이터를 바탕으로 위치분석(Location Analysis)을 통해 나타난 개개인의 이동성 모델을 바탕으로 각 개인의 이동성 모델에서 나타난 군집들의 관계를 분석해 개인이 속한 집단의 이동성 모델을 만든다. 집단 이동성 모델은 개인의 모델에서 나타난 군집을 이용하는데, 각 군집을 만드는데 필요한 위치 정보들과 군집의 중심, 군집간의 거리의 값을 계산하여 새로운 통합 군집을 만든다. 새로 만드는 군집은 각 특징에 따라 Micro Cluster, Macro Cluster의 2가지로 분류하였다. 실제 수년간 수집한 2명의 통합 개인 이동성 모델을 바탕으로 집단 이동성 모델을 생성한다. 집단 이동성 모델 생성에는 R Language를 사용하였고 결과 모델을 지도상에 표시할 수 있다.

  • This study validates the effectiveness of Hackathon Education which is popular entrepreneurship education method. And to reveal how entrepreneurship affects willingness of entrepreneurship and its team commitment. In addition, this study is to examine the moderating effect of transformational leadership in the relationship between entrepreneurship and its performance. The results show that entrepreneurship has no statistically significant result, but has positive impact on the willingness of entrepreneurship. However, moderating effect was proved between entrepreneurship and willingness of entrepreneurship. Therefore, entrepreneurship has positive effect on willingness by complementary relationship of transformational leadership Furthermore, entrepreneurship has positive impact on its team commitment and even though statistically not proven but also transformational leadership can affect its team commitment by interaction of entrepreneurship.

  • This study investigates how consumers perceive the collection of behavioral information through 'cookies' on OTT platforms and the impact it has on personalized services. Through SPSS analysis on 120 consumers, which was conducted to examine four hypotheses, correlations were found between awareness of OTT companies' behavioral information collection and online tracking recognition, awareness and willingness to provide cookies, and the extent of confirming behavioral information collection terms during registration and online tracking recognition. The study concludes that consumer knowledge about behavioral information significantly influences the importance and intention to use personalized services, highlighting the need for regulatory measures by both companies and government entities.

A study on mediating effect of internal and external networks and creative efficacy in the relationship of individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment (개인의 기업가정신과 조직몰입의 관계에서 대내·외 네트워크와 창의적 효능감의 매개효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study looks into individual entrepreneurship engaged in an enterprise; the effect of creative efficacy and internal and external networks on organizational commitment based on the previous studies. The hypothesis, the internal and external networks constructed in social context by individuals in the relationship between individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment; and mediating effect through creative efficacy obtained by the previous experience can be in existence, is to be confirmed through an empirical study. The analysis data is collected from 244 of currently working employees via a survey. The determination of employee-oriented study is summarized as follows: first, the promotion of employee's individual entrepreneurship is significant as well as of the leader for the result of organizational commitment, because there are positive effects between the individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment. Second, the internal and external networks owned by individuals affect one's own outcome as the internal and external networks of enterprise mediate the relationship between individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment. Third, it is confirmed that the confidence in individual creativity is an essential factor as creative efficacy exhibits a mediating effect in relationship between individual entrepreneurship and organizational commitment. Particularly, it is verified that an enterprise is in need to expand education or programs not only for networks leading to an outcome but also for creativity improvement of affiliated individuals from the fact that creative efficacy, a hybridized concept of creativity and self-efficacy studied in the previous research, mediates the relationship between individual entrepreneurship and an outcome. In the conclusion, additional implications are offered; the thresholds and frameworks for the study are discussed.

Structural Relationships between the Variables of Person-Environment Fit, Positive Psychological Capital and Innovative Work Behavior (개인-환경 적합성, 긍정심리자본, 혁신 행동 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The importance of person-environment fit has been highlighted for human resources management in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of person-environment fit on innovative work behavior by focusing on mediating role of positive psychological capital. Person-environment fit showed a significant effect on positive psychological capital and turnover intentions. Innovative work behavior appeared to have a mediating effect on the relationship between person-environment fit and innovative work behavior. Especially the person-environment fit itself has no direct effect on innovative work behavior, and when the awareness of the positive psychological capital is firstly formed into a person, it can increase innovative work behavior.

  • 사용자의 '참여'를 지향하는 웹2.0 서비스들은 사람간이나 정보간의 '관계'에 대한 문제에 주목하고 있다. 대표적인 서비스인 블로그는 엮인글을 통해 사용자들의 참여를 이끌고 문서를 연결하고 있으나 이를 악용하는 사례들이 발생하고 있어 이에 대한 해결을 위해 연결에 대한 분석이 요구되고 있다. 사람의 개인 정보와 친구 관계 및 주변 사물과의 관계를 모델링하는 방식인 FOAF(Friend of a Friend)는 이러한 사회연결망 분석을 가능케 하는 수단으로써 연구되고 있다. FOAF는 단순화되고 이해하기 쉬운 용어를 사용하여, 복잡하고 이해하기 어려운 시맨틱 웹의 단점을 극복하기 위한 발판으로서 또한 주목 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여러 웹 사이트를 하나의 ID로 이용하기 위한 OpenID를 통해 FOAF에 정보 관리 능력을 부여하여 개인정보 유출 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 또한 실제 운영되는 관리 능력을 부여하여 개인정보 유출 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 또한 실제 운영되는 사회연결망 서비스의 분석을 통해 OpenID의 정보에 따라 자동으로 사회연결망 정보를 수집하는 성장형 FOAF 프레임워크를 설계하였으며, 쉬운 FOAF를 보급하기 위한 발판을 마련하였다.

  • This study empirically verified whether there is a dual mediating effect of individual optimistic bias and information security intention in the relationship between information security attitude and information security behavior of social welfare college students. The subjects were 295 college students majoring in social welfare. Spss Process macro was used for analysis. As a result. first there was a significant positive correlation between the variables. Second in the relationship between information security attitude and information security behavior, individual optimistic bias and information security intent each had a simple mediating effect. Third when an individual's optimistic bias and information security intent were simultaneously input, each had a simple mediating effect. Fourth there was a double mediating effect between individual optimistic bias and information security intent. This study provided basic data for the expansion of information security model and information security education of social welfare students.

The Moderating Effect of Team Relationship Oriented Climate on the Relationship between Job Demand and Job Stress (직무요구와 직무스트레스 관계에 대한 팀의 관계중시풍토의 조절효과)

  • The Demand-Control model has been one of the most popular theoretical models to explain job stress. This study extends the Demand-Control model to the team level and examines the relationship between job demand and job stress to tests the moderating effect of the `team relationship climate' on the relationship between job demand and job stress. Data were collected from 34 teams across 19 organizations and analyzed using HLM. The results showed that job demand was significantly related to job stress. Based on the team level analysis, the team relationship climate was found to moderate the relationship between job demand and job stress. In addition, the consideration behavior by the leader was significantly correlated with the team relationship climate. Finally the theoretical and practical implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

The effect of perceived gender discrimination on belief in a just world: Gender collective self-esteem as a moderator (성차별경험이 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음에 미치는 영향: 성별집단자존감을 조절요인으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether gender collective self-esteem would moderate the relationship between perceived gender discrimination and belief in a just world (BJW) after controling the effect of personal self-esteem. For this, we measured perceived gender discrimination, personal self-esteem, gender collective self-esteem, and BJW in a sample of 300 women and conducted hierarchical regression analysis. The results revealed that, after controlling the effect of personal self-esteem, gender collective self-esteem moderated the association between perceived gender discrimination and BJW. That is, as gender collective self-esteem became greater, the negative effect of perceived gender discrimination on BJW decreased. In addition, we tested if four aspects of gender collective self-esteem (e.g. membership, private, public, identity) moderated the relationship between perceived gender discrimination and BJW. It was found that all of the four aspects except identity had significant moderating effects. Finally, we discussed limitations, suggestions for future research and clinical implications.
