The purpose of this study is to investigate those factors that are influenced when a user recognizes his/her private information value as an economic asset. The relationship among these factors will also be discussed. This research targets Internet users, and the value of their private information will be converted into economic figures. How economic value changes in relation with individual attributes, dealer's traits, and circumstantial properties will also be studied. The changes in the factors of private information value under different situations will be analyzed from an economic perspective. By using the cost-benefit analysis framework, this work hypothesizes that the user's private information value can be influenced by individual attributes and situational properties. in the business aspect, this study can help users recognize the true value of their personal information and minimize the cost resulting from private information security incidents. This work also highlights the necessity of estimating the scale of investments for protecting private information. Overall, this research will proceed under the hypothesis that the users' recognition of their private information value is influenced by the attributes of the individual, dealers, or situations.

웹 2.0의 영향으로 인터넷 상에 범람하는 컨텐츠를 이용함에 있어 태깅 시스템은 매우 유연하고 효과적인 분류를 가능케 한다. 대부분의 웹 2.0 사이트에서는 검색된 정보에 해당하는 태그와 연관성이 있는 태그를 나타냄으로써 또 다른 관련 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있는 서비스를 제공한다. 컨텐츠 사용자에 의해 생성되는 태그는 개인 성향에 따라 동일 컨텐츠에 다양하게 적용될 수 있으며 이로 인해 태그를 이용한 검색은 낮은 정확도를 나타낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 태그 선택에 있어 인간 상호작용의 특성을 파악하여 개인이 선호하고, 필요로 하는 컨텐츠에 대한 태그를 추천할 수 있는 태그 가치 측정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 컨텐츠 선택에 있어 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 식별하고 선호영화 추천 서비스인 MovieLens 사이트의 데이터 셋을 적용하여 태그 추천의 예측 정확도를 비교 평가함으로써 향상된 태그 가치 산정 결과를 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship of related variables in order to promote entrepreneurship, which is one way to support the economic independence and stable settlement of North Korean defectors. This study is firstly to examine the influence of individualism and collectivism on entrepreneurial intentions, and secondly, to examine the mediating effect of social adaptability in the relationship between socialist value system and entrepreneurial intention. To this end, a survey was conducted on North Korean defectors, and the empirical analysis target was 223 North Korean defectors. For the verification of the causal relationship between personal disposition and entrepreneurial intention, and the causal relationship between value system and entrepreneurial intention PLS was used. And PROCESS for SPSS Macro was used to verify the mediating effect of social adaptation in the relationship between the value system and entrepreneurial intention. Looking at the results of the empirical analysis, the extraversion factor was found to have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention level of North Korean defectors, and the self-fulfillment desire factor was found to have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention. It was also found that individualist values have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of North Korean defectors, and collectivist values do not have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial intentions. As a result of examining the mediating effect of social adaptability between individualism/collectivism and entrepreneurial intention in this study, it was found that individualist value has a direct impact on entrepreneurial intention without engaging social adaptability.

The personal history of individuals directly and vividly reflects the courses of their life and the society of which they are a part. It has become a meaningful part of the social landscape today to pursue efforts to understand humans and humanity correctly and properly through the windows of private records. Notably, the significance of keeping private records on the relationship between individuals and the society of which they are a part lies in the fact that they cooperate to build a foundation on which they can prosper together. One of necessary things to be done to fully appreciate the values of such private records is to perform serious analyses on particular individuals who are behind those records. Developing and refining methods of life history research such as time-line interviews exert positive influence in setting up a direction for private documentation systems where private records are collected and maintained.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 경제적 자립과 안정적인 정착을 지원하는 하나의 방안으로서 창업을 촉진하기 위한 지원 정책과 제도 개선 방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행하였다. 정부는 현재 생활밀착형 북한이탈주민 정책 추진 기조하에 북한이탈주민의 삶의 질을 높여주는 방향으로 맞춤형 정책을 추진하고 있다. 다만, 창업지원 프로그램은 여전히 소규모로서 지원 분야를 다양화하고 예산을 증액 하는 한편, 지원 체계도 중앙-지방-민간 간 유기적으로 협업이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 창업의지 결정요인에 대한 실증적 연구를 목적으로 하며, 북한이탈주민들에게 잔존하는 사회주의 가치체계와 이들의 사회적응성 요인을 기존 연구에서 확인되었던 개인의 성격적 특성, 경제적 지지, 자아성취욕구 요인들과 함께 분석모형에 포함하여 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 하나원에서 교육 중인 18세 이상 북한이탈주민 223명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 선형회귀분석과 이분형 로지스틱 모형분석을 이용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 2개의 분석 모형에서 일관된 결과가 도출됨에 따라 분석결과의 강건성을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 사회주의 가치체계가 약할수록 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설은 지지되었다.

This study investigated how Schwartz' value system(1992) would interfere with SNS users' motivations and behavioral responses. The study result shows that values are characterized in terms of openness, mutual reciprocity, self enhancement, normative compliance, and security. Each of them exerted differential impact on SNS usage motives, social capital, ad response, and word-of-mouth, among others. The five values were used as an input for segmenting SNS users and clustering method produced four value segments; experience seeker, interdependent sympathizer, self enhancer, and norm-bound. Each value group not only influenced SNS perceptions and behavioral responses differently, but also showed a systematic relationship with SNS service types. The study findings demonstrate that Schwartz's value system provides a very useful theoretical basis for understanding the psychological mechanism underlying SNS usage.

This study is to prove the effect of raising the value of the expert knowledge of technical experts or researchers that obtained systematic education on finance and management, on the individual's performance, and to do so, BSC(Balanced ScoreCard) is to be used to analyze how the individual's performance was affected. The results indicates that development and management of substantial programs on finance and management-related educations, with the purpose of inspiring management mind on professional employees, are demanded.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the big data industry is gathering attention for new business models in the public and private sectors by utilizing various information collected through the internet and mobile. However, although the big data integration and analysis are performed with de-identification techniques, there is still a risk that personal privacy can be exposed. Recently, there are many studies to invent effective methods to maintain the value of data without disclosing personal information. In this paper, a personal information protection system is investigated to boost big data utilization in industrial sectors, such as healthcare and agriculture. The criteria for evaluating the de-identification adequacy of personal information and the protection scope of personal information should be differently applied for each industry. In the field of personal sensitive information-oriented healthcare sector, the minimum value of k-anonymity should be set to 5 or more, which is the average value of other industrial sectors. In agricultural sector, it suggests the inclusion of companion dogs or farmland information as sensitive information. Also, it is desirable to apply the demonstration steps to each region-specific industry.

In uncertain future and the rapidly changing environment, it is necessary for companies to do innovative management activity. With business strategy that creates value and vision, The major industrialized countries ensure development of venture & start-up business and business competition by creating various added value through design. Thereby, Companies use design to increase enterprise value, a lots of interests and supports are focused in design industry which pioneer new market with new product and services. Therefore, Companies need more innovative and creative activities, and leads creative companies through developing entrepreneurship. Now, Companies should improve successful entrepreneurship, developing effective process in the organizational level beyond individual level. This research conducts empirical analysis from the individual and organizational perspective of corporate entrepreneurship. This study of design corporate 351 employees in design corporate is surveyed. This research finding is that design corporate employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have meaningful effects on culture and structure. However, The analysis result indicates that this employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have no effects on operation systems, so it is necessary to build the operation systems for activation of corporate entrepreneurship. This study puts emphasis on the needs to raise the level of corporate entrepreneurship and requires ways to improve entrepreneurship for sustainable growth. Also, This study suggests practical implications that it is important to systematic operation systems to actively utilize infrastructure, so it occurs in employees' entrepreneurship not only on the individual level, but also on the organizational level.

This study is to consider political implication of indicators to measure personal information security in public sector studied by Ministry of Public Adminstration and Security from 2008 to 2011. The study analyzed the priority of personal information security policy dividing into personal information security infrastructure, personal information management with life cycle, correspondence of information infringement by scholars, experts, and chargers. As the results, to progress personal information security policy is important to management of personal identification information on web site; specially institutional infrastructure as responsible organization, exclusive manpower, and security budget; personal information security infrastructure. As like the results, it would be reflected in the progress of personal information security policy and tried to provide systematic management program with improving safe information distribution and usefulness.
