This study recognized a individual central department of the government as an object that can be branded. Therefore, it was studied to understand the impact of the central department's brand equity on the credibility of the government. To evaluate the relationship between them, measurement items and hypothetical construct were developed based on the previous studies, then the impacts of the central department's brand equity on the government's credibility were assessed. To summarize, the measurement items developed based on the previous studies were refined to discover the components of the central department's brand equity. Then, factor analysis was performed. The results firstly showed that brand equity is consisted of awareness, functional and emotional assets. Secondly, it was found that awareness level of the central department has a positive impact on functional and emotional assets. Thirdly, functional and emotional assets of individual central department significantly affect the credibility of the central department. Lastly, the credibility of individual central departments positively influences the president's credibility. This study has an importance in a sense that it defines the elements of central department's brand equity, and provides a frame for an objective comparison.

This study focuses on the impact of government deregulation policies since the early 1990s on the change of industrial location anti the accompanying problems, especially of land use and environment. Since 1960s, the planned industrial location has played a leading role for the development of industrial location. However. since mid-1990s, individual(unplanned) industrial location has been increasing, especially in semi-agricultural area and in the Capital region, reflecting the impact of the deregulation policies on the industrial location. The effective policies are required to solve the problems caused by the increase of the individual industrial location. in that the standard of the environmental control for individual industrial location is much lower than for the planned industrial location.

본 논문에서는 환자의 수명과 치료횟수의 모형화를 위해 관측가능한 공변량을 포함하는 동시에 두 변수에 영향을 미치는 관측불가능한 환경요인을 고려하기 위한 개별환경효과모형을 도입하고자 한다. 개별환경효과를 나타내는 분포를 감마분포로 가정하여 사망시간과 치료횟수의 모형을 개발하고, 모형에 포함된 모수의 추론과정을 논의하며, 개발된 모형을 Autologous Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry(ABMTR)에 등록된 환자의 자료에 적용하여 환경효과를 고려하지 않은 독립모형과 비교하고자 한다.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of individual management and group management of Jeju cross-bred horses on the physiological characteristics, productivity, and characteristics of the loin muscle of the horse meat. Sixteen herds of Jeju cross-bred horses older than 44 months were selected as experimental subjects. The experiment was conducted by dividing the herds into eight herds for individual management and another eight herds for group management. Herds were fed with concentrated feed of 2.5% of the body weight for four times a day and roughage and water were fed ad libitum. In the 12th week, the intestinal pH was statistically significantly lower with group management than with individual management (p<0.05). However, no symptoms of colic were observed. With regard to the general composition of the loin muscle, fat content was a statistically significant difference between the 7.83% with individual management and 5.65% with group management (p<0.05), indicating that individual management is more effective than group management in terms of fattening. In conclusion, feeding a concentrated feed at a level of 2.5% of body weight with individual management during fattening of Jeju cross-bred horses could be utilized as a fattening method.

정보통신기술의 발달은 학습자들에게 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어나 자신이 원하는 시간에 학습할수 있는 환경을 제공하게 되었다. 이런 환경하에 등장한 WBI 는 학습환경의 큰 변화를 야기하였다. 그러나 이런 WBI만으로는 학습효과를 가져올수는 없다. 그 이유는 모든 학습자들에게 고정적이고 일률적인 학습자료는 다양한 학습자들의 수준과 학습능력 등 개별적 특성을 효과적으로 반영하지 못하기 때문이다. 개별학습을 위한 WBI는 학습자들의 학습효과 증진을 위해 학습자들의 다양한 특성을 반영하여야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 '컴퓨터활용능력'자격증을 취득하기 위한 개별학습시스템을 통해 학습자들의 수준에 맞는 학습자료의 제시와 개인성적정보를 통한 학습효과를 증진, 테스트후 점수의 부족한 세부영역의 제시를 통해 학습자의 개별성을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 WBI를 구현하고자 하였다.

In this paper, I propose a new method of Multi-Pulse Coding(IP-MPC) use individual pitch pulses in order to accommodate the changes in each pitch interval and reduce pitch errors. The extraction rate of individual pitch pulses was 85% for female voice and 96% for male voice respectively. 1 evaluate the MPC by using pitch information of autocorrelation method and the IP-MPC by using individual pitch pulses. As a result, I knew that synthesis speech of the IP-MPC was better in speech quality than synthesis speech of the MPC.

본 논문에서는 점점 증가하고 있는 전기적 요인에 의한 화재 중에서 최근 발생한 개별스위치 멀티탭 화재 사례를 분석하였으며 개별스위치의 반복동작실험과 과전류 인가 시 시간에 따른 개별스위치 멀티탭의 온도변화 특성을 관찰하고 개별 스위치 사용에 따른 전기화재 위험성을 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 문자열 영역 추출을 위한 3배 축소 명함 영상, 개별 문자 추출을 위한 2배 축소 명함 영상, 정확한 인식을 위한 원본 영상으로 명함 영상을 분리하고, 분리된 영상들을 대상으로 각 영상 크기에 적합한 처리를 수행하고 각각의 결과들을 이용하여 정확한 문자를 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다 그리고 추출된 개별 문자들의 인식을 위해서 ART1을 적용한 개선된 RBF 네트워크를 제안하여 적용한다 제안된 명함 추출 방법은 원 영상을 각각의 처리 방법에 적합하도록 하기 위해서 다해상도로 분리한다. 문자열의 추출은 문자들의 간격을 축소 시켜서 블록을 추출하기 쉬운 적절한 최소 크기의 영상에서 수행하고, 개별 문자의 추출은 문자들의 간격을 분리할 수 있는 적절한 영상의 크기에서 수행한다 개별 문자 인식은 문자의 형태학적 특성을 잘 나타내기 위해서 원본 영상에 적용한다 본 논문에서 제안한 추출 방법은 문자를 정확히 추출할 수 있으며 병렬 처리가 가능하여 처리시간을 단축할 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 그리고 정확히 추출된 개별 문자들을 개선된 R8F 네트워크를 이용하여 인식률을 향상시킨다. 제안된 명함 추출 및 인식 방법의 성능을 확인하기 위해서 실제 영문 명함 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 기존의 방법보다 명함 추출 및 인식에서 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 고부가가치의 섬유를 개발하기 위해서 얻어진 다양한 태 특성을 가진 직물의 적절한 용도를 감각적 감성평가를 통해 밝히려는 목적을 가지고, 첫번째 단계로 의마가공용 폴리우레탄 수지로 가공처리한 견직물의 선호감성에 영향을 미치는 직물의 개별감각특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 의마가공용 폴리우레탄 수지를 이용하여 다양한 강경성이 부여된 견직물에 대한 인간의 주관적인 감각을 평가하고 객관적인 특성과 연관지어 보았다. 강경성이 다르게 제작된 견직물과 시판모시로 구성된 9종류의 직물의 까실까실하다, 매끄럽다, 습하게 느껴진다, 뻣뻣하다, 차다, 하늘하늘하다의 6개의 개별감각과 촉감이 좋다와 여름철소재로 선호한다의 종합적 평가를 행하여 9종류의 직물의 위치도를 작성하여 여름철소재의 선호감성과 촉감, 직물개별감각과의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 여름철소재의 선호감성에 영향을 주는 직물의 개별감각은 부드러워서 촉감은 좋지만 까실까실한 감각이 있어 다소 차게 느껴지는 감각임을 알 수 있었으며 의마가공된 견직물이 여름철 소재로 선호됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.
