현대사회를 정보화 사회라고 한다. 교과서나 교사에 의해 독점되던 지식은 다양한 출판물과 전파매체를 통해서 무차별적으로 전달되고 있다. 20세기가 출판문화의 시대였다면 21세기는 전자, 전파 매체가 주도하는 정보의 시대인 것이다. 이러한 변화에 따라 교육 현장에서도 열린교육의 핵심인 개별화 교육이 강조되고 있으며 컴퓨터의 교육적 활용에 무한한 가능성을 인지하고, 이를 교수-학습에 적용하려는 시도가 끊임없이 전개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별화 교육의 일환으로 교수-학습 현장에 컴퓨터와 웹을 접목한 대화형 교육방송 시스템 설계와 구현에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. U 기술을 이용하여 수업교재를 제작하고, 이를 기반으로 서버를 구축하여 원격지에서 다양한 학습자들이 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 학습할 수 있는 대화형 교육방송 시스템에 관하여 연구하였다.

In recent years, amount of studies on application of wetbased educational system are proceeding in educational field. This study proposes design and implementation for web-based learning system using WMT in order to practise assistance learning between teacher and students on the web. For system design and implementation, this study utilizes Windows 2000 Server and Windows Media Technology. Using WMT, we make teaming materials and put them in web-based educational system. It should be possible to make teaming in accordance with Windows Media Player for a long-distance students. As a result, this study expects to accomplish a web-based learning between teacher and student on the web.

최근에 온라인 학습 시스템으로서 다양한 학습 컨텐츠를 갖고 있는 새로운 교수 모형이 제시되고 있다. 또한, 학습자의 요구에 따른 코스웨어의 주문이 증가되고 있는 추세이며 그에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 시스템의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 웹기반 교육 시스템에서의 개별 학습자들에게 차별적으로 개인화된 학습 자료를 제공하므로서 보다 효과적이고 효율적으로 학습에 임할 수 있도록 개인화된 학습자료 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 개별 학습자들의 학습 행위에 따른 이벤트를 검출하여 데이터베이스화 시킨 후 이를 이용하여 학습 자료 선호도를 계산함으로써 개인화된 학습 자료를 생성하는 시스템이다.

본 연구는 최근 이슈화되고 있는 영재 교육에 관한 대표적인 모델들을 고찰하고 정보 영재 교육에 효율적으로 적용 가능한 모델을 제시한다. 즉 정당한 이론적 근거에 기초하여 연구된 몇 가지 대표적인 영재교육 모델들을 분석하고, 정보 영재 교육에 적합한 Kaplan의 변별적 모델을 중심으로 보완하여 컨텐츠 기반의 정보 영재 교육 모델을 제시한다. 아울러 제시된 모델을 기초로 영재 교육 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이러한 것을 바탕으로 정보통신 인프라와 정보과학 모델을 활용한 영재 교육을 실시할 수 있도록 하여 영재교육 대상자를 극소수의 영재 학생에서 다수의 잠재적 영재들로 그 범위를 확대하였고 모든 학생을 위한 프로그램의 획일화에서 개별학생의 능력과 눈높이에 맞는 교과과정을 제공하는 개별화 또는 개인화 프로그램을 추구할 수 있다.

Children should have opportunities to experience problem solving individually with strategies for developing their problem solving abilities. To make an instructional design for individual teaming, problem solving activities were classified into categories like individual activities, individual activities within a group, and team teaching. A flow of teaching and teaming process was designed before, and concrete and semi-concrete materials were used in an experimental teaching, which was analysed in this research.

To generate individualized and adaptive course, it's required to have the foundation structure in which learning objects are connected with each other with logical relevances. Each learner can have peculiar learning path at each point of time of learning through the logical relevancy between those learning objects and various links, considering individual learner. The purpose of this study is to design a learning object-basis individualized learning system structure, considering semantic sequencing by learning task types. It is our understanding that the individualized learning system design model of this study, considering the relevancy between learning objects, can be a fresh trial to accommodate semantic learning and true educational spirits in e-Learning at this point of time when criticism, such as the learning object based course design is simply a collection of meaningless objects, etc., is becoming influential.

The advent of e-Learning paradigm requires a various type of e-Learning models and systems which are appropriate to support effective teaching-learning process. Accordingly, the teaching-learning system using the Internet and the intelligent tutoring system(ITS) in e-Learning environment has attracted a fair amount of critical attention. However there is a wide gap between infrastructure of a present educational site and the u-learning environment. Therefore, in this paper, an ITS teaching-learning model is proposed and system is developed for a school environment, which is based on a learner's cognitive structure and applies a concept of u-Learning, and then is verified for validity. X-Neuronet, the developed system, offers a method of representing a learner's cognitive structure so as to apply the method for the efficient individualized learning.

웹 기반 교육은 웹을 수단으로 하여 지식을 생성·조직·전파하는 새로운 교육 방식으로 웹이 제공하는 상호작용성을 교육에 활용한다면 기존의 면대면 교육에서 부족했던 점을 보완할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹을 수단으로 하는 웹 기반 교육의 학생 교수간 상호작용성을 활용하여 중학교 기하영역을 위한 웹 기반 코스웨어를 설계·구현하였다. 설계된 코스웨어는 기존의 독립형 컴퓨터를 기반으로 하는 멀티미디어 코스웨어의 한계성을 극복하고 학습자 중심의 능동적 참여 및 개별화 학습을 유도할 수 있는 장점을 지니며 중학 수학 교과 과정중 논증기하의 교수-학습효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 방안으로 평가된다.

This study examines internationalization index of higher education to draw implications for South Korea. To this end, this study first introduces the concept of internationalization of higher education, followed by the background of the development of internationalization index. Then examined are two internationalization index of higher education: one developed by American Council Education (ACE) and the other developed by OECD, which is known as IQRP (International Quality Review Process). ACE's international index of higher education is useful to governments when they assess the process of internationalization of universities. IQRP, on the other hand, is useful to universities and colleges when they evaluate their status of internationalization. Drawn implications are (1) it is important for universities to build a clear goal and implement appropriate strategies of internationalization, (2) policies on internationalization of higher education should concentrate on contents rather than forms, and (3) the efforts for internationalizing higher education should be made along with the efforts for improving the quality of education.

지금까지의 코스웨어는 주로 우수아와 일반아를 대상으로 제작되어 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 초등학교 학습 장애아들을 대상으로 개별화 학습 ICT 활용을 위한 멀티미디어 코스웨어를 제작하였다. 특히 학습 동기와 흥미도를 강화하여 학습 부진 요소를 제거할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 그리고 다양한 교육정보화 매체를 활용하여 자기 주도의 학습을 할 수 있도록 멀티미디어 저작도구를 사용하여 단계별 개별화 학습자료를 설계하고 개발하였다. 이를 통해 학습 장애아들이 정확한 지식을 습득할 수 있고, 사물에 대한 정확한 개념과 관심을 가질 수 있도록 하였다.
