이연구의 목적은 공공가정이 사적이 개별가정과 마찬가지로 가정관리학의 주된 연 구의 대상으로 인식되어야 한다는 것을 소개하고 가정관리학에 있어서 공공가정론이 갖는 의미와 그 전개의 방향성에 대하여 모색하는데 있다. 또한 공공가정론 연구의 도입과 적용 을 통하여 공공가정을 관리하는 전문가를 양성함으로써, 가정관리학과 연구영역이 확대되고 취업에의 가능성이 증대도며 동시에 변화하는 사회적 요구를 충족시킬수 있다는 면에서 공공가정론의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 환자의 수명과 치료횟수의 모형화를 위해 관측가능한 공변량을 포함하는 동시에 두 변수에 영향을 미치는 관측불가능한 환경요인을 고려하기 위한 개별환경효과모형을 도입하고자 한다. 개별환경효과를 나타내는 분포를 감마분포로 가정하여 사망시간과 치료횟수의 모형을 개발하고, 모형에 포함된 모수의 추론과정을 논의하며, 개발된 모형을 Autologous Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry(ABMTR)에 등록된 환자의 자료에 적용하여 환경효과를 고려하지 않은 독립모형과 비교하고자 한다.

This study presents the institutional households as an object of research from german society, discussing their social necessity and development scheme. The results of the study will be useful informations for systematic researchs according to institutional household in South Korea. In recent years, the social functions of the institutional household have become an important issue in South Korea. In this respect, the requirements of customers, and other interested parties with regard to these institutions have changed, which results in a different general framework for the management of these institutions. For this reason, courses in the Economics of the Institutional Household were established as part of the Department of Private Household at some universities in South Korea. In order to assure the continuous development of the research on Economics of Institutional Household theoretical and practical support from different arise is required. In particular, three issues aries here: 1. the structure of the curriculum and the possibilities for its development in universities, 2. interdisciplinary research on the Economics of the Institutional Households in cooperation with other departments, 3. continuing cooperation between institutions and universities.

In Korean society, a housewife and mother often plays the role of family resource manager. In 2008, the newly appointed Korean government proposed a new direction in social policies, including family policy, that is, "active social welfare". According to "active social welfare", family policy focuses on a preventive policy and a family needs-oriented policy. In other words, newly established family policies should reflect parents' needs in their family resource management. In this economic downturn, family policies should be established to satisfy parents' needs to overcome their own family's economic crisis. This study focuses on policy recipients' real voices and their needs: they need the government's help supporting their efforts to overcome the economic crises within their families.

본 연구는 우리나라의 실제 일별 주식수익률 자료를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 우리나라 주식시장에 가장 적합한 사건연구방법론을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 1980년에서부터 1995년까지 우리나라 주식시장에 상장된 675개 주식을 대상으로 무작위 복원추출 방법에 의해 50개의 개별주식으로 구성된 250개 표본을 선정하였다. 이들 250개 표본을 이용하여 시뮬레이션 기법에 의해 다양한 사건연구 모형의 통계적 오류와 검정력에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 실험 결과에 의하면, 먼저 사건일을 정확히 포착할 수 있는 경우에는 산업별주가지수를 시장지수로 선택한 시장모형 혹은 시장조정모형으로 초과수익률을 측정하고, 횡단면 독립성을 가정한 검정법이 가장 우수한 사건연구방법으로 나타났다. 한편, 사건일을 정확하게 포착할 수 없는 경우에는, 동일가중지수를 시장지수로 선택한 시장모형 혹은 시장조정모형으로 초과수익률을 측정하고, 횡단면 독립성을 가정한 검정법이 가장 적합한 모형으로 나타났다. 그리고, 사건일 집중현상으로 인한 제1종 오류를 감소시키는 데에는 개별주식의 초과수익률 간의 횡단면 독립성을 가정한 검정법보다는 횡단면 중속성을 조정한 검정법을 사용하는 것이 더욱 효과적이다.

도시 생활용수 수요는 생활 수준 향상, 도시화 등으로 지속적 증가 추세에 있으며, 최근 기후변화, 시설 노후화, 도시화, 그리고 수질 오염 등의 문제들에 직면해 있다. 이는 물 부족을 심화시켜 현행 상수도시스템에서 한정적인 수자원을 배분하는데 어려움을 가중시킨다. 이를 해결하기 위해 스마트워터그리드 기술이 상수도시스템에 도입이 되면서 지능형 상수도 계량기를 이용한 개별 소비자들의 물 소비량 자료를 보다 정밀하게 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있게 되었다. 실시간 실측을 바탕으로 한 물 소비량 자료는 미래 용수 수요 예측과 수운영 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 한편 생활용수는 용도 또는 요금 부과 기준에 따라 가정용, 업무용, 영업용, 욕탕용, 그리고 공업용으로 분류할 수 있다. 미국과 호주 등에서는 용도 분류에 따른 모니터링 강화로 절수 방안을 개발하여 물 부족에 대비하고 있다. 우리나라도 비 가정용수(가정용수를 제외한 용수들)를 체계적으로 분류하기 위한 선행 연구들이 이뤄졌으나 분류체계가 표준화되지 않았는데, 이는 용도에 따른 개별 소비자들의 소비 특성 분석이 충분히 선행되지 않았기 때문이며, 아직까지 많은 지자체에서 물 소비량을 월 단위로 인력검침 하는데 의존하고 있어, 충분한 물 소비량 자료가 부족했기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 영종도 112 블록에 구축된 스마트워터그리드 파일롯플랜트 527개 개별 소비자들로부터 2018년 1월 1일부터 2020년 1월 1일까지 1시간단위로 수집된 물 소비량 자료를 이용하여, 개별 소비자들의 일평균 첨두 소비량과 발생 시간, 관경, 요일, 계절에 따른 물 수요 특성 분석을 수행했다. 이 때 수집된 자료의 결측치 및 오측치를 보정하여 자료의 신뢰성을 높이고자 했다. 분석결과는 용도별 물 수요 특성을 보다 잘 이해할 수 있게 도와주며, 비가정용수의 용도별 분류에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
