A Study on Control System Implementation based on Internet (인터넷 기반 제어 시스템 구현에 관한 연구)

  • These days, most of control system requires automazation in the all fields. Therefore OCS which can simplify control system integration is appearing. In this study, OCS consists of HMI, OS, Controller, and Communication network. (SFC and visual C++ are used as HMI, window NT is used as OS, pentium PC is used as Controller, and industrial Ethernet is used as Communication network.) Finally, We applied OCS to Level control system and Temperature control system, and verified its efficiency.

  • In this paper, we take advantage of the SEN Remote HMI App as a tool based on Raspberry Pi server for the smart home control. This is a smart home control system built in an open and a low-cost Raspberry Pi as a server, and take advantage of Android-based graphical programming software SEN Remote HMI. If you build it based system expansion and additional works interface via the Raspberry Pi and Arduino, it is expected to be extended to the Internet of Things (IoT) enabling environment for the implementation of smart home.

  • This study has been focused on the development of an open architecture CNC system and integration of core application technology for machine tool such as a remote monitoring/diagnosis system, NURBS interpolation, and cutting process simulation. To do this, we have developed a comprehensive CNC software including the basic HMI, screen editor, ASF, and visual builder. As a control hardware system for machine tool, the universal I/O module and CNC main unit have been developed. Then the remote monitoring/diagnosis system and NURBS interpolation have been implemented in the CNC software. The cutting simulation software will be used for enhancing the productivity of machine tools. Through a simulator and test bed, the whole technology has been verified.

  • This study aims at developing the high speed/intelligent machining system suing the plug/play method of an open architecture controller. The plug/play technology by the Application Specific Function (ASF), can readily implement the open architecture controller into various machining system or other automatic equipments. For the open architecture controller, this study developed the open HMI, screen editor, ASF, visual builder, and controller OS technology as software components. On the other hand, we developed the I/O module and main board as control hardware system. This study, as an example, presents integration of individual component technologies for the plug/play type open architecture CNC system.

  • In this paper, we propose the sensor and the signal duplicator for the automatic building control. Developed duplicator realizes the sensor data collection apparatus and mimics the measured data and, thus, reduces the construction cost by using logical communication layer. Furthermore, the system supports the open protocols and can be associated with HMI(Human Machine Interface) used on the market. Developed duplicator is proved to be functional within the real environment. Measurement error rate, operating temperature, and operating humidity show very good results by the certified testing apparatus and organization.
