This study is to evaluate the influence of relationship marketing and identify empirically the important factors which affect relationship continuity between multimodal transport operators and shippers. The empirical findings of this research are, MTO's marketing activity factors which consist of customers' contact intensity, relationship-oriented factors, positively affects relationship continuity such as revisit intention and word-of-mouth communication. As a result, relationship marketing activities are essential to the market strategy of MTO for continuous and stable growth. Also, on condition of transactional types, On-line transaction has an effect of customer switching, but there is no different effect in case of service type. Accordingly, international MTO in domestic need to develop various relationship marketing programs such as a special program for enhancing the continuity, an event for long-term customers and training program should be implemented and enforced to elevate qualify of the service encounter.

This paper aims to identify and clarify the cyber security risks and their interaction with the power system in Smart Grid. The EMS and other communication networks interact with the power system on a real time basis, so it is important to understand the interaction between two layers to protect the power system from potential cyber threats. In this study, the optimal power flow(OPF) and Power Flow Tracing are used to assess the interaction between the EMS and the power system. Through OPF and Power Flow Tracing based analysis, the physical and economic impacts from potential cyber threats are assessed, and thereby the quantitative risks are measured in a monetary unit.

Normally, people think the results of engineering design project can be seen and be touched, however, it's not easy to develop such design subjects at IT related program. This matter turns into an initiative of Seoul Accord corresponding to the Washington Accord. In this paper, an engineering design project is developed from the lecture course that can hardly develop a touchable project due to the lack of expanse or the own characteristics of the course in the IT related program that follows the Washington Accord. An open-ended design project with the pre-defined design components and realistic constraints is developed for the Computer Network Design course. Each team consisted of 2 or 3 students performs the project for more than 5 weeks utilizing a software simulator, the Packet Tracer. In order to analyze the effectiveness, we have used various evaluation tools such as final presentation, peer evaluation, survey results, and mid/final exams. We concluded that the hard and soft skills of students have been improved considerably through the project.

To prepare for and implement policies for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is characterized by convergence, super-connectivity, and AI, this study summarized the effects and characteristics of individual technologies on our society and discussed the issues with humanity and social science perspectives. As a result, in terms of AI technology, the issues of job losses, project-type works, basic income and robot taxes, accountability of AI, and algorithm inequality were dealt with. Security, cyber hacking and privacy infringement issues were highlighted in big-data technology. In the part of block-chain and bioengineering, the society of decentralization, the concentration, digital divide, and ethical issues were discussed. On-demand economic aspects highlighted the problems of civil ethics and human commercialization. Lastly, the development of VR is discussed including side effects such as cyber-syndrom, avoidance of reality, and so on.

Autonomous ship has been sportlighted as a core technology for the maritime industry in Industry 4.0 era. Autonomous ship is expeected to improve the safety, reliability, efficiency and environment significantly. For the realization of the autonomous ship, the remote control of the ship is one of the core functionality in addition to the autonomous ship control functionality in a ship. In this paper, we address a autonomous ship control system based on remote control. This paper proposes a remote control autonomous system and standardized ship-to-shore remote control protocol with for open platform. Finally, we implemented the system and tested with a real experiments with the test ship in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed remote control autonomous system.

The purpose of this study was to analyze how innovative facility investment and innovative research manpower capabilities of venture companies related to the 4th industrial smart farm affect the technological performance of patents and design registrations, and the financial performance of sales and operating profit. As a research method, a total of 47 venture companies were selected as a sample and regression analysis was performed. Research Results This study analyzes the technological commercialization factors of venture companies related to the 4th industrial smart farm and proposes to expand the budget for R&D government tasks for financial and technological success. In the future research direction, I believe that more discussion is needed on the contribution of companies to quantitative and qualitative growth.

Rapid expansion of digital convergence, involving services and technologies from different areas that are combining to create new forms of products or services. Digital convergence itself is changing from technology-based to content-based, to include the convergence of different types of contents as well as contents of the same kind. In line with this trend, vigorous researches are being done to combine various formats and types of academic contents to create new services. In this paper, we examine cases of connection and convergence among different types of academic contents and analyze its characteristics, as well as the pros and cons. We especially focus on CLICK, KISTI's model of connection and convergence among different types of contents, to introduce a special feature of convergence platforms, difficulties involved and their solutions, and researches to be conducted in the future.

This study explores the effect of the properties of digital infra on customer participation to explain how customers' initiatives impact the marketing process in the digital environment. Also the effect of the accumulated information through customers' information sharing on their initiatives in the marketing activities can be discovered. These effects can be better understood by developing comprehensive model and employing large sample empirical test. Study1 identifies the properties of digital infra which overcomes the limitations of off-line environment in customers' participation - Information openness, connectedness, community interaction and structure clarity - and how these properties activate customers' participation in the marketing process. Study2 shows the process structure of reverse marketing activities in the digital environment. These findings deliver the fact that customers' initiatives in the marketing activities will be accepted generally under the digital environment. Consequently, this study suggests some managerial implications for completely different marketing strategies in response to customers' initiatives in the marketing activities under the digital environment.

The development trend of jet fighter's avionics system architecture is the digitization of subsystem component functions, increased RF sensor sharing, fiber optic channel networks, and modularized integrated structures. The avionics system architecture of the fifth generation jet fighters (F-22, F-35) has evolved into an integrated modular avionics system based on computing function integration and RF integrated sensor systems. The integrated modular avionics system of jet fighters should provide improved combat power, fault tolerance, and ease of jet fighter control. To this aim, this paper presents the direction and requirements of the next-generation jet fighter's avionics system architecture through analysis of the fifth generation jet fighter's avionics system architecture. The core challenge of the integrated modularized avionic system architecture requirements for next-generation fighters is to build a platform that integrates major components and sensors into aircraft. In other words, the architecture of the next-generation fighters is standardization of systems, sensor integration of each subsystem through open interfaces, integration of functional elements, network integration, and integration of pilots and fighters to improve their ability to respond and control.

In case of current South Korea, the rapid graying is in the progress. Because of it, the increase of elders who live alone causes variety of social, economic and national problems. Especially in the modern city, the health care, safety and maintenance of pleasant and joyful life of elders who live alone are being a big social issue. Even though practical services have been tried at the whole of government approach, the detailed alternatives are insufficient to improve the daily life support and service to approach the information. This research suggests the "ELA Service Model" which actively improves the easy access to information and corresponds to condition and circumstance of elders for providing the ICT-base Elderly Living alone care service. It is a step self-life support service based on fundamental desire of elders which resolves the problem and contributes to establish the active and balanced policy to the elderly.
