장 등(2001)에 의해 개발된 보급형 홍삼제조용 건조기를 이용하여 최고급 품질의 천지삼(H&EG)등급 홍삼의 수율을 15%이상으로 향상시킬 수 있는 공정 개발을 위한 실험을 수행한 결과, 1차 건조시 최적의 상대습도 조건은 60-70%인 것으로 나타났고, 초음파 속도 330-360m/s를 가지는 원료수삼이 홍삼으로 제조된 후 천지삼 수율이 높았으며 내공과 내백도 적게 나타났다. 한편 저장기간별로 우수 홍삼의 제조결과를 보면 최고급 품질의 홍삼제조를 위해서는 수확 후 3일 이내에 제조작업을 수행하는 것이 적절할 것으로 판단되었다. 한편 본 연구에서 개발된 최고급품질의 홍삼제조공정의 천지삼 수율측정을 위해 실험을 수행한 결과 천지삼의 평균수율이 18.8%나타났다. 이 결과를 통계분석한 결과에 의하면, 95%의 신뢰를 가지는 수율구간은 14.1%-23.7%로 나타났다. 또한 상기 결과를 비모수 X$^2$검증한 결과 모집단을 대표할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구과제에 의해 개발된 최고급 품질의 홍삼제조공정기술은 성공적으로 개발된 것으로 판단되었다.

Investigation of bedrock quality and the legal restriction for developing the aggregate resources were carried out with GIS in the Wondeung area Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do province. Firstly, we surveyed the exposed bedrocks in the field and examined in physical properties in the lab. Secondly we analyzed the legal restriction by using GIS based on bufferzone and viewshed analysis. At the results of this study, the area can be used totally as the crushed stones. However the suitability sites of crushed stone have various regulations. So the legal restriction is the principal standard to develop the crushed stone in the Wondeung area. Suitable site for crushed stones are about 30% in the Wondeung area.

소프트웨어 제품 품질 측정이란 다양한 소프트웨어의 특성들을 통하여 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 정확하게 측정하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 소프트웨어의 종류 및 사용환경에 따라 품질 특성들에 대한 다양한 가중치를 부여하여 평가할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 AHP를 사용하여 품질 특성들에 대한 상대 중요도를 제공하여 특성들에 대한 가중치를 반환하는 가중치 측정시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 ETRI 소프트웨어 품질보증 연구팀에서 개발하고 있는 소프트웨어 제품 품질 측정도구와 연계되어 사용될 수 있으며 다른 분야에서도 독립적으로 활용될 수 있다.

This study presents the plans to derive quality items for develop the data quality standard for ensuring the quality of 3D building geospatial data in NDT(National Digital Twin). This paper is organized as follows. The first section briefly examines various factors that impact the quality of 3D geospatial data, and proposes the role and necessity of the data quality standard as a means of addressing the data errors properly and also meeting the minimum requirements of stakeholders. The second section analyzes the relationship between the standards - building data model for NDT and ISO 19157: Geospatial data quality - in order to consider directly relevant standards. Finally, we suggest three plans on developing NDT data quality standard: (1) the scope for evaluating data quality, (2) additional quality elements(geometric integrity, geometric fidelity, positional accuracy and semantic classification accuracy), and (3) NDT data quality items model based on ISO 19157. The plans reveled through the study would contribute to establish a way for the national standard on NDT data quality as well as the other standards associated with NDT over the coming years.

연구개발 수명주기의 첫 단계에서 도출되는 요구사항은 수명주기 전 단계 수행의 가이드라인 및 기준이 되는 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문은 표준 및 지침을 분석, 정리하여 국방무기체계 개발을 위한 요구사항의 개발 및 관리 프로세스를 정립하고 이를 제대로 적용할 수 있도록 전산지원도구(DOORS)를 개선한 것을 사례를 들어 보여준다.

최근 정보통신산업의 발전 및 생활수준의 향상에 따라 정보통신기기, 정밀제어기기 등의 보급이 확산되면서 안정적이면서도 신뢰성을 갖춘 양질의 전력에 대한 수용가 측의 관심 및 요구가 급격히 증가하고 있고, 이에 파라 전력품질 모니터링. 진단 향상 시스템에 대한 연구 및 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LG산전과 서울대학교가 공동 개발한 전력품질 모니터링 시스템에 연계되어 전력품질 오염위치 추정, 오염원 판별 통계적 추이 분석, 전력품질 인덱싱, 확률론적 분석을 수행하는 전력품질 진단시스템에 대해 소개한다. 전 세계적으로 상용화되어 있는 전력품질 진단시스템을 살펴보고, 현재 LG산전과 서울대학교가 공동 개발하고 있는 전력품질 진단시스템의 구조 및 기능에 대해 소개한다.

본 연구는 말콤볼드리지 의료서비스 분야 평가기준을 기반으로한 한국형 의료서비스 분야 국가품질상 평가도구의 타당성을 검증 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤볼드리지 국가품질상(The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략계획, 환자 ${\cdot}$ 고객 ${\cdot}$ 시장 중시, 측정 ${\cdot}$ 분석 ${\cdot}$ 지식관리, 인적자원 중시, 프로세스 관리, 사업성과의 7 개 항목과 21 개의 세부항목을 토대로 국내 산업에 맞는 측정항목을 개발하였고, 이러한 평가항목들을 이용해 한국 의료서비스 기업들이 국가품질상에 대한 자체평가를 위해 활용할 수 있는 한국형 경영품질지수를 개발하고, 실제로 한국의 병원들의 사례를 통해 한국 의료서비스 산업 품질경영상태를 파악하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 높아지면서 고품질의 제품을 만들기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 고품질 소프트웨어는 적은 노력과 비용으로 유지보수가 가능하므로 품질 향상의 중요성은 간과할 수 없는 중요한 문제이다. 현재, 소프트웨어 제품의 품질평가를 위한 프로세스로서 ISO/IEC 14598이 있으며 이 방법을 활용한 품질평가 체계와 메트릭스의 구축을 통해 품질향상을 도모하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발자가 소프트웨어 제품평가를 위해 적용할 수 있는 품질평가 프로세스를 제안하고 개발자의 제품평가 방법에 관해 기술하였다.

The role of the integrated development environment is very important in software development of a development project. After many developers develop different modules, software product is completed through compile, debugging, integration, testing, and distribution. However, bugs and various issues in the development process cause problems such as quality deterioration of software product and dissatisfaction with requirements. So the need for automated testing to avoid these problems and improve quality has increased. In this study, we propose test automation modules of four perspectives to improve quality throughout the test automation in an integrated development environment. Each automation module operates through the tool chain of an integrated build framework implemented on the devops.

e-Navigation을 도입하면서 그에 맞는 새로운 소프트웨어와 시스템들의 개발이 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라 개발되어지는 제품 혹은 제품 개발 프로세스에 대한 품질의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 품질을 평가하기 위해서는 구체적인 적용방법을 포함한 핸드북 형태의 가이드가 실무자들에게 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 관련 표준을 분석하여 해양소프트웨어의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 핸드북 개발의 방안을 소개한다.
