그동안 관심을 모았던 국제적인 안전보건경영시스템(OSH-MS : Occupational Safety and Health management System)이 국제노동기구(ILO)에 의해 개발되어 발표 되었다. 지난 6우러 "국제노동기구의 안전보건경영시스템 지침(ILO Guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems)"이란 제목으로 국제노동기구에서 공개했는데, 이것은 작년부터 국제 노동기구가 2001. 6울에 확정 지침을 발표하겠다고 밝힌 이후 나온 것으로써 지난 2우러 공개한 '안전보건경영체제에 대한 기술지침 초안' (Draft ILO Guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems)을 4.19~27일 전문가 회의를 개최를 통해 수정 발표한 것이다. 따라서 이번 호에서는 지난 2월 공개된 초안과 6월에 확정된 지침을 비교하면서 확정지침의 내용을 소개 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest $\lceil$the copyright guideline on reproduction and transmission in libraries$\rfloor$ in order to produce and service works within the framework of the present Korean copyright law. The study examined researches on the library exemption regulation based on the present Korean copyright law and copyright remuneration. Also the study examined revised draft of present Korean copyright law. In the introduction Part of this guideline the purpose of the guideline is clarified and terms used in the guideline is defined. In the body of this guideline the copyright guideline on library exemption regulation(the article 28 in the Copyright Act of Korea) and copyright remuneration related to reproduction and transmission in libraries is in detail suggested.

Some leading countries in mining have a very quantitative guideline for underground mine opening design which is useful to minimize mine hazards such as rockfall and collapse. Those hazards sometimes can cause a huge damage on human life and property in the mines. Construction guidelines of underground mines in Korea consist of qualitative and general expressions although the workers' safety rules and guides are well provided. Recently, mining operations in Korea are going underground due to the environmental regulations and resource depletion at shallow depth, and therefore there is a growing demand on a specialized and systematic guideline for mine opening design securing the underground stability. In this paper, current status of mining industry, research trends, and mining guidelines in Korea and overseas have been reviewed to give an insight into developing a new Korean guideline for underground mine design.

최근 정보화 사회의 진전과 함께 각계각층에서 컴퓨터의 활용이 크게 늘어나고 있으며 따라서 소프트웨어를 이용하여 각 산업 활동이 신속성, 효율성, 생산성 및 편리성 등의 측면에서 많은 효과를 보게 됨에 따라 소프트웨어의 비중은 날로 높아지고 그 중요성도 새롭게 인식되고 있다. 국내 민간분야에서의 소프트웨어 개발은 다양한 민간규격(ISO/IEC-12207, ISO/IEC-9126 등)을 따라 수행되고 있으며 국방분야에서는 “소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 (방위사업청 지침 2006-9, 2006.1.25)”이 소프트웨어 개발지침으로 최근 채용되어 개발에 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 “소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 (방위사업청 지침 2006-9, 2006.1.25)”의고찰을 통하여 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스의 요구조건을 소개 하였으며, 국방사업에서의 소프트웨어 품질관리 방법에 대하여 살펴보았다.

For developing the management-guideline of environment management, This study suggests an executive management-guideline based on surveying air-environmental related laws, regulations and literatures, making out important factors. With the management guideline, The Purpose of this study is to make an air-environmental management system through that Process.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to develop evidence- and consensus-based clinical safety usage guidelines for sedative hypnotics using the Delphi technique. Methods: A group of 15 sleep experts from Korean Academy of Sleep Medicine were chosen for this study comprising a three-round web-based Delphi survey. The first round survey was composed of 39 questions to identify problems with sedative hypnotics usage in Korean clinical practice and the result roughly outlined what should be included in the guidelines. The second round survey was composed of 21 questions to collect specific opinions of experts on clinically important issues in prescribing sedative hypnotics, and its result provided the basis for the guidelines. A third round survey aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the established guidelines. Results: In the third round, all 17 items showed a median of 4 or more, with an average of 4.12 and a standard deviation of 0.32. Thus we present safety usage guidelines with 13 propositions for prescription, maintenance, and withdrawal of sedative hypnotics. Conclusion: The safety usage guidelines on sedative hypnotics developed from this study could lead to safe and effective prescription of hypnotics in clinical practice, especially for the non-experts in sleep medicine. Furthermore, the guidelines will help to improve the quality of insomnia treatment by contributing to the establishment of a safe regime for sedative hypnotics without excessive use of drugs.

원자력 산업계에서는 원전 MMIS(Man-Machine Interface System)의 디지털 기술 적용을 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있고, 디지털 MMIS의 핵심기반기술인 고 신뢰도 소프트웨어 개발 방법론이 확립되지 못하여 소프트웨어 공통모드고장 문제, 정량적인 소프트웨어 신뢰도 보장 문제 등이 현안으로 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 원자력 산업의 특수성인 안전성 확보에 필요한 개발기준과 규제방법 정립에 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 또한 이와 같이 원전 MMIS의 디지털화를 성공하기 위해서는 소프트웨어의 고 신뢰도 확보가 관건이며, 고 신뢰도와 품질을 확보하기 위한 소프트웨어 개발 지침의 정립이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원전 소프트웨어 개발에 적용되는 규제 요건을 분석하고, SMART(System-integrated Modular Advanced ReacTor) MMIS 소프트웨어 개발에 적용될 소프트웨어 개발 지침을 제시한다

선박 승하선수단과 관련하여 기구에 의해 개발된 지침의 내용 중 일부 규정의 모호한 표현으로 인하여 규정 해석이 제한적이며 선종별 특수성을 고려하지 못하는 실정으로 선박 설계 변경 등의 문제를 초래하고 있다. 규정 해석에 대해서도 기국별로 해석을 달리하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 지침 개정을 통해 그 의미를 명확히 하고자 한다.

The school library work support system was newly developed as 2024 Doksero DLS, but the DLS-compliant cataloging rules have not changed significantly since it was initially developed, and the current developed cataloging guidelines in 2020 also need to be updated. This study is to propose the considerations for developing guidelines for applying the DLS cataloging rules based on KCR4 by comparing the existing DLS (Ver. 2.0) cataloging rules, the 2024 DLS cataloging rules, and the 2020 bibliographic registration guidelines (Ver. 2.2). On this basis, considerations were suggested in terms of changing and expanding data elements, revising content rules for cataloging, method for recording access point, and developing controlled vocabularies. This study will allow to implement revision of DLS cataloging rules, development of guidelines, and system improvements.
