원자력발전소의 안전성분분석보고서(SAR) 작성시 이용되어온 USNRC의 RG 1.70을 참고로 하고, 신형 원자로와 관련된 최신의 규제 정보와 차세대 원자로의 설계 특성에 근거하여, 차세대 원자로 표준 설계용 SAR 작성 지침(안)을 개발하였다. 개발된 지침(안)은 RG 1.70에 비해 상당히 많은 추가적인 안전 설계 정보를 제시하도록 구성하였으므로, 이 지침을 표준 설계에 대한 안전성 심사에 이용할 때 효율적이고 일관성 있는 안전성 판단을 할 수 있고, 이에 근거하여 향후 통합 허가(COL)용 SAR 작성 지침을 쉽게 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 일부 산업 기술 기준의 준용을 제외하고는 국산화를 실현함으로써 우리 고유의 지침 역할을 할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 지침(안)의 객관성과 일관성을 보장하기 위하여 향후전문가 검토가 수행될 예정이며, 검토 의견을 반영하여 내용을 보완한 후 차세대 원자로 표준 설계의 인$\cdot$허가 심사에 활용될 예정이다.

국제해사기구(International Maritime Organization, IMO)에서 해양안전과 환경보호를 위해 국제규범들을 도입 및 시행 중에 있다. 그러나, 크고 작은 해양사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 인명사상, 환경오염을 유발하는 심각한 선박사고는 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 이에, 인적요인 역할 강화를 위해 IMO에서는 선원교육훈련 지침의 개발을 결정하였다. 본 연구에서는 동 지침의 개발을 위한 주요 고려사항들과 해양사고사례에 얻은 교훈의 효과적인 활용을 위해 IMO의 다양한 인적요인관련 국제지침들과 교육 요령 등을 분석하여, 적절한 교육기법 및 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a wandering management guideline for family caregivers of community-dwelling elders with dementia (EWD). In the first stage of the study, focus group and individual interviews (n=10) were performed to analyze family caregivers' experiences about wandering of the EWD under their care. In the second stage, preliminary contents for the guideline were made based on the interview results of family caregivers and reviews of literature. Final version of the guideline with 86 items was established after experts' review using the Content Validity Index analysis. In the final stage, a pilot test was conducted to evaluate the guideline using a sample of 13 family caregivers of EWD. Family caregivers were educated about how to use the guideline and asked to complete a set of questionnaire to examine their knowledge about wandering, degree of application of the guideline, and satisfaction with the guideline. Family caregivers' knowledge score was significantly improved (p=0.014) and the average scores in the process evaluation (9 items) and user satisfaction (7 items) about the guideline were 2.69-3.46 (range: 1-4), and 2.85-3.38 (range: 1-4), respectively. Further study with a large random sample is necessary to confirm the results of this study.

전자정부의 고도화 등 정보화 사업의 규모가 확대되면서 성공적인 정보화 사업의 추진을 위한 표준 및 지칭의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 정보화 표준 밀 지칭은 조직의 지식, 인력, 정보기술, 업무, 시스템 등의 정보자원과 정보화 추진 절차 및 사용자/개발자 관점에 따라 체계적으로 개발되고 개선되는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문은 정보화 추진을 위해 필요한 표준 일 지침을 분류하는 다양한 과정을 통합하여 효율적이고 체계적으로 지침 및 표준을 관리, 개발할 수 있는 분류체계를 제시한다. 또한 이를 토대로 향후 정보화 표준/지침의 개발을 위한 방향을 모색한다.

XML 기술의 발전에 따라 확장성 있는 ebXML(Electronic Business eXtensible Markup Language) 기반의 스키마 사용이 확장되면서 점차 기존 EDI 전자문서나 DTD(Document Type Definition) 구조로 되어 있는 전자문서를 XML 스키마 형태로 변환하거나 새롭게 개발해고 있는 추세이다. 한국전자거래진흥원에서는 XML 전자운세 개발 지침과 함께 XML 라이브러리를 개발하여 제시함으로써 표준 XML 전자문서의 개발을 지원하고 있다. XML 전자문서 개발 지침은 ebXML CCTS 기술규격에서 제시하고 있는 방법론을 준용하고, UN/CEFACT ATG 그룹에서 개발한 XML Naming & Design Rule 규격을 국내에 맞게 수정하여 적용하고 있다. 또한 XML 라이브러리는 전자문서 개발지침에 따라 사전에 정의하고 개발해 놓은 핵심 컴포넌트와 비즈니스 정보 개체들로 구성되어 있다. 하지만 전자문서개발 지침상의 일부 규칙들이 의미상 명확하지 않은 상태에서 개발자의 임의적 선택의 폭을 허용하거나 개체의 명명에 대한 뚜렷한 기준을 제시하지 못함으로써 핵심 컴포넌트와 비즈니스 정보 개체의 검색 및 재사용을 제한하고 라이브러리 유지보수를 어렵게 하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 XML 전자문서 개발지침 상의 일부 규칙에 대한 문제점을 분석, 규칙을 구제화함으로써 개발자 중립적인 핵심 컴포넌트와 비즈니스 정보 개체의 개발을 지원하고 라이브러리 관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 원자력발전소는 현재 19호기가 가동중이나 1978년에 상업운전을 시작한 고리 1호기와 1983년에 상업운전을 시작한 월성 1호기는 설비가 노후화된 상태이다. 월성 1호기의 경우 향후 20년 정도 상업운전을 계속하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 분야에서 설비개선계획 (refurbishment programme)을 수립하고 진행중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 월성 1호기의 Human System Interfaces (HSI) 설비개선을 위한 인간공학 설계지침을 개발하려는 계획을 설명한다. 설계지침은 VDU기반 정보표시장치, 전통적인 정보표시창 및 CRT기반 정보표시계통, 유지보수 및 시험, 그리고 제어실 및 현장 판넬 둥을 대상으로 개발하는데, 설계지침의 개발을 위해 인허가 관련자료의 조사, 월성 1호기 건설에 사용되었던 설계지침의 검토, 월성 1호기 HSI 현장실사, 주제어실 및 현장 운전원과의 면담, 기존 인간공학 표준 및 지침의 검토, 주기적안정성검토 후속조치 검토 등을 수행하고, 주기적인 HSI 사용자들과의 토의를 통하여 활용도가 높은 설계지침을 개발할 계획이다.

차세대 원전의 합리적 방사선 방호를 위한 수치적 지침 개발을 위해서 기존 방법론을 검토하여, 새로운 수치적 지침 개발시 고려하여야 할 사항을 도출하였다. 또한 이물 비용-이득분석 방법론에 적용하기 위해 필요한 사항들도 함께 도출하여 제시하였다.

In this paper, I described a guide of developing contents to present the direction of developing contents for u-learning. After surveying a character of Ubiquitous computing and u-learning, I described a guide of developing contents which is composed 17 items in 5 fields. This guide is checked by experts and staffs to test a validity and reliability. As a result, It is proven having the validity and reliability. I expect it to guide the direction of developing contents for u-learning. Also, It will contribute to make effective contents which will not affected by technical development and can use continuously because of foreseeing the technical development of future.

The Korean ministry of education has adopted an educational policy about digital textbooks at K-12 schools since 2018, in order to provide students with individualized learning contents and activities. However, digital textbooks has been yet prepared and delivered for the students with disabilities in the inclusive education. This study aims to develop the guidelines on digital textbooks for students with disabilities applying universal design for learning, recognizing the requirements for the digital textbooks which can be utilized in the K-12 inclusive classrooms for diverse students. In this respect, guidelines on digital textbooks were developed based on previous studies and cases. The first draft of guidelines were reviewed with two rounds of the delphi methods with special teachers. In addition, scenarios were developed, representing the rich educational contexts with digital textbooks applying the guidelines in a practical way for students with 4 types of disabilities. This study can contribute to establishing educational policies and environments related to the digital textbook development and dissemination for students with disabilities.
