  • 초등학교 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence, AI) 교육은 학교급별 특성과 수준을 고려하여 놀이 및 체험 활동 중심으로 계획되고 있다. 그러나 교육 현장의 수요 및 AI 리터러시 연구에서 AI 개념의 지도 필요성이 제시되고 있다. 초등학생에게 어렵고 생소한 AI 개념을 교육하기 위해 학습자의 발달 특성을 고려한 교수학습 전략이 필요하다. 선행조직자는 개념 지도 시 학습자의 인지적 부하를 줄일 수 있는 효과적인 교수학습 전략 중 하나로 이미 초등학생을 위한 인공지능 교재에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 교재 분석 결과 선행조직자는 학생별 경험과 양육환경의 차이로 인해 선행조직자로서 기능하지 못할 가능성이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 초등학교에 널리 활용될 수 있는 선행조직자를 초등 교육과정에서 추출하여 AI 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 프로그램은 초등학교 5~6학년 AI 교육 내용 기준에서 AI 개념 요소를 추출하여 초등학교 1~4학년 교과 교육과정에서 선행조직자를 선정하였고 4차시의 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 프로그램이 초등학생의 효과적인 AI 개념을 학습과 AI 리터러시 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 환경의 급격한 변화속에서 혁신할 수 있는 조직의 능력이란 조직의 생존을 의미한다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 최근에 총체적인 혁신전략으로서 각광 받고 있는 학습조직이론을 도서관조직의 새로운 혁신기법으로 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 학습조직의 개념정립과 학습조직 등장의 시대적 배경, 그리고 학습조직의 구축요소와 구축단계와 함께 최근의 학술도서관의 재조직 경향과 학습조직이론간의 관련성에 대해 논하고 있다. 단, 본 연구는 앞으로 전개될 경험적 연구의 기초로서 개념의 변별 타당도 확보 차원의 이론 연구라고 할 수 있으면, 앞으로 다양한 학습조직 구축방법 등을 활용하여 실제로 도서관들을 진단하고 이들을 학습조직으로 전환시키는 사례연구들이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

Concept Analysis of Oppression in Nursing Organization (간호조직에서의 억압에 대한 개념분석)

  • This study was to identify the concept of oppression in nursing organization thereby providing basic data on nursing education to improve oppression in nursing organization. Using Walker and Avant's criteria to identify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of oppression in nursing organization, 17 research articles published from 2006 to 2020 were reviewed. The defining attributes of oppression in nursing identified in this study were low self-esteem, lack of authority, and horizontal violence. The antecedents to oppression in nursing organization were oppressors, hierarchical organizational structure, and marginalization. The consequences of oppression in nursing organization included job satisfaction, organizational silence, patient safety and quality of nursing. Considering the findings, improvement of the hierarchical working environment in hospitals and self-awareness as professional nurses are important for nurses to overcome oppression in nursing organization. Therefore, effective educational programs should be developed to ameliorate working environment and self-awareness of nurses.

  • Organizational effectiveness has long been the most central topic of organizational research, but the concept is not only capable of various operational definitions depending on the purpose of the study, but it is an uncertain concept composed of various measurement elements. In this review, we identified measurement variables by type of research subjects such as public organizations, private organizations, research organizations, and production organizations, and examined job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which were the most studied sub-variables.

The Effects of Portfolio Teaching on the Organization and the Quantity of Elementary Student' Science Concepts (포트폴리오를 적용한 과학 수업이 학생의 과학 개념의 조직과 양에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of portfolio on the organization and the quantity of the students’ science concepts. Two fourth grade classes were selected from an elementary school in Pyungtaek-shi, Kyunggi-do, and one class is assigned to experimental group, the other control group. Experimental group received portfolio teaching, and control group received conventional instruction. The effects of portfolio teaching were investigated with students’ mind maps. Students participated had training to develop mind maps, and developed mind maps four times during learning two units, strata and fossils, and change by heat. Mind maps developed by students were scored and analyzed with SPSS. The class with portfolio instruction showed higher scores than control group. In conclusion, the portfolio teaching enhances the organization and the quantity of students’ science concepts.

  • Market orientation emphasizes the capability of a firm to learn customers, competitors, and inter-functional coordination and to use this market intelligence of creating superior value in the marketplace. In recent years, academic and practitioner interest has focused on market orientation and factors that engender this orientation in organizations. Although the merits of maintaining organizational learning have been extensively discussed in the literature, little studies examine the empirical link between market orientation and organizational learning which has a strong relation with it. The objective of this study is to assess the relationship between organizational commitment, market orientation, and organizational learning and presents more close a relational structure. The relationships between organizational commitment(OC), market orientation (MO), and organizational learning(OL) were analysed by structural equation modelling. a structure of OC-MO-OL is supported by our research and past literatures.

  • Although previous studies show that organizational culture and organizational communication could be influential factors in knowledge management and organizational performance, the more integrated research to indicate relationships among all of the factors is still needed. By indicating the inter-relationships among the factors and the direction of the influence, this paper suggests various ways to develop an integrated approach to the improvement of organizational performance through knowledge management and other related factors. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among national culture, organizational culture, organizational communication, knowledge management, and organizational performance. Based on a comprehensive review of extant literature on the relationships among these factors, the relationships are summarized in the conceptual model. According to the model, organizational performance is influenced by knowledge management, organizational communication, and organizational culture, and knowledge management is influenced by organizational communication and organizational culture. Based on the conceptual model, implications for human resource (HR) researchers and practitioners seeking to optimally improve organizational performance are presented.

  • This study is to explore the development of Korean National Emergency Management System. For the study's purpose, the concept of Emergency, Emergency Management and the existing system and related laws of National Emergency Management have been reviewed. In South Korea, the concept of National Emergency Management contains the variety concept of emergency management; safety management, security management, risk management and disaster management etc. and sometimes using them interchangeably. In addition, there are several laws related to emergency management, making different agencies managing inter-related emergency without nationalized coordination and control tower that results in ineffective management of national emergency. This study attempts to clarify the concept of national emergency and to suggest the necessity of National Integrated Emergency Management System(IEMS). Then, it suggests existing system and related laws's integrate for the development of South Korean National Emergency Management System.

Trust in organizations: Conceptualization and Trends (조직내 신뢰: 개념화와 연구동향)

  • This paper examines the diverse conceptualizations of trust and explores the multi-level factors affecting trust in organizations. Trust in organizations can be defined as a willingness to be vulnerable to the actions of others and to take risks based on the positive expectations toward the others' intentions and behaviors. The process of building and the content of trust in organizations can vary depending on the social and cultural backgrounds in which. the organizations lie. The reengineering process toward a flatter and flexible organizational structure requires the presence of trusting relationships within organizations. Networks within organizations can function as a basis and channel of trust formation. Finally, the importance of trust in efficient leadership process was discussed.

  • The issue of enhancing salespersons' performance by introducing the concept of organizational identification has been addressed. This empirical study focuses on how salespersons' performance is influenced by organizational identification. Salespersons' performance is the main outcome variable. Organizational identification may also affect performance through internalization. This study also examines how several antecedents influence organizational identification. Three important antecedents in this study are (1) tenure with the organization, (2) the organization's perceived prestige and (3) perceived interorganizational competition. Among six hypotheses formulated based on the conceptual framework, five are found accepted based on a structural equation model. Several theoretical and managerial implications are presented.
