As the proportion of old people in contemporary societies steadily increases, the influence on cognitive rehabilitation strategy of the memory deficit associated with normal and pathological aging grows greater as well. This paper reviewed the current memory rehabilitation techniques for older adults. In the first part of this article, human memory systems as a framework for understanding memory aging were considered. In the second part, research findings concerning memory performance in normal aging and Alzheimer's disease were reviewed. Finally, recent evidence for the kinds of memory rehabilitation procedures with proven efficacy were offered. The existent memory rehabilitation technique have focused on prompt of residual explicit memory, use of preserved implicit memory, utilization of memory external memory aids. A suggestion of memory training based on brain plasticity as a novel approach is offered.

From the biopsychological point of view,learning could be defined as the processes to transfer the information that we obtain from environment to the neural circuits in the brain.In the studies to determine the biological substrates of learning and memory,there was a remarkable effort to identify neural circuits related with a specific type of learning and to describe the mechanixm of neural plasticity of learning and memory,under the assumption that the memory orinformation may be stored as a modificationof neural synapes in the central nerviys system.On the other hand,there was a different kind of tendency to analyze the mechanism of interactions between neural substrates involved in learning and memory,under the assumption that a specific information may be represented in the patterns of comples neural network of the central nervous system.The present review,in the former position.focused on the research methods and the chracteristics and finding of the investigations employing animal model systems to indentify the essential site of engram for learning and memory.Specifically,the review presents major advances in ourunderstanding of the memory trace circuit for a specific type of learning,with the use of animal model system,the detemination of the critical lodi of neuaral plastic chabges In learing abd memory,and the neurophysiological an biocemical mechanixms of the neural modifia by learint.

Alcohol abuse negatively affects the individual alcoholics and their families, including children. This paper investigates interventions that help children of alcoholics psychosocially and psychopathologically. We investigated domestic and international literature by searching the related databases and reviewing articles. Inclusion criteria were studies on psychological interventions for children of alcoholics (CoAs) or both CoAs and parents. Results suggest that the interventions help CoAs reduce their emotional and behavioral problems. After the review, the research results were discussed, and suggested further effective interventions. The study is valuable because it reviewed the studies that improved CoAs' psychological problems and suggested future directions

Behavioral studies of emotion recognition in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) have yielded mixed results. Most of the studies focused on emotion recognition abilities with regard to ASD using stimuli with unisensory modality, making it difficult to determine difficulties in real life emotion perception in ASD. Herein, we review the recent behavioral and cognitive neuroscience studies on emotion recognition functions in ASD, including both unisensory and multisensory emotional information, to elucidate the possible difficulties in emotion recognition in ASD. In our study, we discovered that people with ASD have problems in the process of integrating emotional information during emotion recognition tasks. The following four points are discussed: (1) The restrictions of previous studies, (2) deficits in emotion recognition in ASD especially in recognizing multisensory information, (3) possible compensation mechanisms for emotion recognition in ASD, and (4) the possible roles of attention and language functions in emotion recognition in ASD. The compensatory mechanisms proposed herein for ASD with regard to emotion recognition abilities could contribute to a therapeutic approach for improving emotion recognition functions in ASD.

국민복지에 대한 사회적 관심과 복지실현의 핵심 요소로 도서관이 인식되면서 공공도서관의 수가 2000년대 들어 급격히 증가하고 있다. 1980년에 79개관에 불과했던 전국 공공도서관이 2013년 말 기준으로 885개관에 이르고 있으며, 공공도서관의 효율적 공간구성에 대한 이용자 요구가 증대되고 있다. 특히 이용자의 요구에 부응하기 위한 디지털열람실과 문화교육실의 증가는 2000년 전 후의 변화에 따른 시사점으로 나타나고 있으며, 기존 공간구성 비율에서 벗어나 시대에 적합한 도서관 공간계획이 필요한 시점이다. 이 연구는 1980~1990년대 준공된 공공도서관과 2000년 이후 설립된 공공도서관을 중심으로 시대별 공공도서관의 공간구성 형태를 상호 비교분석하였다. 장서보존과 열람 기능이 강조되었던 1980~1990년대와 이용자의 측면을 고려하여 문화영역 기능이 확대된 2000년대 이후 공공도서관의 소요시설별 면적비율의 차이를 살펴봄으로써 시대요구와 부합할 수 있는 면적기준을 제시하였다.

본고에서는 현재까지 연구되어온 강유전 박막 물질과 이들의 응용분야들을 개관하고, 또한 비교적 최근에 강유전체 박막 형성에 적용된 pulsed laser deposition(PLD)법을 소개하고, 이를 이용한 강유전체 박막의 제작 및 응용에 대한 연구 동향을 고찰하고자 한다.

Public Libraries in Seoul have been steadily increasing their numbers from 4 libraries in 2004 to 15 libraries in 2009. On the contrary, the size of recently established public libraries have been reduced compared to the previous ones. Because of their limited space, which cannot manage increasing collection, public libraries started collection disposal. This research investigated public libraries' disposal standards and present conditions of collection items. Based on this investigation, enhance way of the collection disposal was suggested.

본 연구는 도서관운영위원회의 현황을 살피고, 문제점을 파악하여 발전방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 둔다. 서울시 구립 공공도서관을 중심으로 조례를 비롯한 관련 법제도를 분석하고, 도서관운영위원회 현황을 살펴, 서울 지역 공공도서관 80개관 중 62.5%에 해당하는 50개관에 도서관운영위원회가 운영되고 있음을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다수 도서관의 도서관운영위원회 위원들과의 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 도서관운영위원회가 형식적으로 운영되고 있으며 영향력도 미약한 것으로 나타났다. 도서관운영위원회의 올바른 운영을 위해서는 제도적 정비와 관련 기관의 적극적인 지원 및 올바른 인식 등이 필요하다.

전도성 고분자들 중의 하나인 polyaniline(PAn)의 전기화학적 합성법과 그 성질을 개관한다. 전기화학적 합성은 aniline(An)을 산성용액에서 전기화학적으로 산화시킴으로써 이루어지는데, 그 중간 생성물로서는 전기화학반응의 첫 단계에서 얻어지는 라디칼 양이온으로부터 몇 단계를 거쳐 생성되는 nitrenium 양이온이 중요하다. 그리고 고분자의 성장 과정에 고분자 자신이 연관되어 있음이 반응동력학적 측정으로부터 밝혀져 자체 촉매 메카니즘에 의함이 알려졌다. PAn의 분해반응 역시 반응동력학적 측정으로부터 Schiff 염기의 가수 분해 반응과 매우 흡사하게 진행됨이 밝혀지고 그 최종 생성물은 p-benzoquinone임이 증명되었다. PAn은 최소한 3개의 분광학적으로 다른 상태를 가지며, 이들은 모두 다른 유동성 전자 상태를 가지므로 각기 다른 전도도를 가진다. PAn의 적절한 유도체를 사용하여 self-doped 고분자를 얻을 수 있으며, 이에 관한 최근의 연구를 개관한다.
