The purpose of this study is to provide basic data in order to improve service quality based on empirical analyses about a relationship among positive psychological capitals, service quality, and job satisfaction of professional care workers under the Long-Term Care Insurance in South Korea. In this study, total 430 numbers of the workers who were currently working in nursing homes for the elderly at the cities of Ansan, Anyang, Bucheon, and Kwangmyeong in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, participated in self-report questionnaires. Only 393 questionnaires were used for the final analyses after excluding the ones that neither were not returned nor didn't completed it all. These are major results. First, positive psychological capitals affect positively on service quality. Second, job satisfaction works as a mediating effect in the process of positive psychological capitals affect on service quality. Based on above results, it is possible to suggest it as down below. First, it is required to have policies that will be helpful for both positive psychological capitals and capacity building through human resource management in systematic approaches. Second, it is also required to acknowledge that having positive psychological capitals is effective to improve both their job satisfaction and service quality. Therefore, it is necessary to change environmental circumstances in relevant institutions where this acknowledgement will be applied.

This study is to verify relative influence of individual, parent, peer, teacher-related variables as protective factors and risk factors of academic hatred. Surveys were conducted with 1,015 (women, 57.3%) high school third grade students across eight schools where are located in Seoul, Incheon, and Geyonggi province. Correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed. The findings are summarized as follows. Teacher's academic pressure did not have significant correlation with student's basic psychological needs, teacher's autonomy support, teacher's support, and peer support whereas other variables showed significant correlation each others. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that student's individual competence and autonomy, parent's academic support, and teacher's emotional support work as protective factors and that parent's academic pressure functions as a risk factor. The effects of peer support disappeared when teacher-related factors were included. In addition, the effects of teacher's autonomy support disappeared, while the effects of teacher's support strengthened when learner's basic psychological needs were input. This study is meaningful in that it clarified academic hatred which had not been studied in other research and that it provided theoretical foundation for subsequent studies on academic hatred by examining relative influence of related variables. Lastly, it presented its limitation, implications on intervening strategies in school counseling, and suggestions for later studies.

A power brand has high brand equity, which is the differential effect that brand knowledge has on consumer response to the marketing of that brand. Brand equity is created when brands have strong, favorable and unique brand associations with customers and high level of brand awareness. Therefore marketers in building a strong brand should ensure to develop the right type of customer experiences with products and effective integrated marketing communication(IMC) programs to create the brand equity. Since 2007 Sinhan card acquiring the LG card has developed the new brand identity and carefully managed the advertising campaign and other marketing communication mix tools to create the high brand awareness and differential brand image. In this case study we examine how Sinhan card with the goal of being No.1 brand in the credit card market has developed and implemented the IMC Strategy to build a high level of consumer brand awareness, unique brand image and strong customer relationship.
In the growing field of green marketing there are various psychological influences that can lead to green purchase behavior. An understanding of these influences can lead to greater green marketing effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of several value types, environmental attitudes, and preference for product attributes on green purchase behavior. To this end, a conceptual model has been proposed and tested for empirical verification with the use of a survey. Data collected from 266 Korean respondents are analyzed using path analysis. Results provide support for the proposed model, demonstrating positive links among universalism, environmental attitudes, preference for environmental attribute, and green buying behavior. It indicates that individuals with universalism as a preferred value type are high in their environmental attitudes and finally, tend to buy green products through their preference for environmental attribute. The mediating role of preference for price is not significant between environmental attitudes and green purchase behavior. The present findings, in addition, contribute the width of understanding of various proenvironmental behaviors by focusing on green purchase behavior and surveying with a Korean sample. The implications for the practices of green marketing are discussed.

Concrete emits a large amount of carbon dioxide throughout its life cycle, and due to the societal demand for carbon dioxide reduction, research on storing carbon dioxide in concrete in the form of minerals is ongoing. In this study, cyanobacteria, which absorb carbon dioxide through photosynthesis and fix it as calcium carbonate, were applied to a porous concrete substrate, and the changes in the properties of the concrete substrate due to their special environmental curing condition were analyzed. The results showed that the calcium carbonate precipitation by the microorganisms was concentrated in the light-exposed surface area, and most of the precipitation occurred in the cement paste part, not in the aggregate. This microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation enhanced the mechanical performance of the paste and improved the overall compressive strength as the curing age progressed. In addition, the increase in microbial biofilm and calcium carbonate improved the pore structure, which influenced the reduction in water permeability.
The purpose of this study is to develop a digital-based non-face-to-face instructional design model for national public servants. For this purpose, we reviewed the direction of non-face-to-face instructional design based on previous research, and interviewed a total of 10 instructors and learners with experience in non-face-to-face education to identify the success factors of non-face-to-face instructional design for government employees. In addition, to ensure the validity of the instructional design model, a Delphi survey was conducted with experts in instructional design and educational management. As a result, the digital-based instructional design model for national public servants reflects the importance of learning objectives and content design to enhance learning motivation and improve educational effectiveness, and includes detailed implementation plans to support specific and clear performance activities for instructors in non-face-to-face education situations. The instructional design model developed through this study can be expanded as a standard for improving the quality of education in public human resource development, and can be used as a teaching and learning guide according to learner types and characteristics.
This study aims to examine the impact of ESG management on management performance based on the type of organizational culture in Korean shipping and logistics companies. An online survey was conducted among shipping lines (regular and irregular) and general logistics companies with sales of more than 500 billion won that are implementing ESG management. A total of 183 copies were returned, and PLS structural equation analysis was conducted using the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of the study are as follows First. Governance management activities have a significant effect on business performance, social management activities have a significant effect on innovation culture, governance management activities have a significant effect on innovation culture, environmental management activities have a significant effect on hierarchical culture, and governance management activities have a significant effect on hierarchical culture. Contributions of this study First, this study analyzes the impact of ESG management activities on management performance of Korean shipping and logistics companies. Second, this study collected data through a questionnaire survey. The data were analyzed to determine the effect of ESG management activities on management performance. The data was analyzed to determine the level of ESG-related activities and business performance of companies and used to analyze the correlation between ESG management activities and business performance. Third, the results of the study suggest that companies can recognize that ESG management can help them improve their business performance. This can help companies build sustainable management strategies and further strengthen their management orientation to consider ESG factors.

The government's strengthening of the standards for mentally ill patients and expanding the scope of examinations to the entire nation reflects the changing times. According to the OECD's announcement (2021), the incidence of depression and anxiety has more than doubled since the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic in countries around the world, with Korea's prevalence ranking first. However, only 12.1% of those who have been diagnosed with mental disorders received counseling and treatment from experts. The difference between depression and simple depression is significant depending on whether it is medically treated or temporary, but it can be seen that the continuation of depression is depression. In order to reduce this depression, Kandinsky's work was visualized and created. In a study conducted by changing the playback speed of the produced Kandinsky image, beta and gamma values, which showed the largest deviation when compared to depressive patients and normal people, increased significantly when viewed at 90fps, which was most effective in relieving depression. Artistic creations are bound to be accepted differently depending on the individual's perspective, but it is hoped that research that can improve the phenomenon of individuals suffering from depression by integrating artificial intelligence and traditional mental health approaches will be further developed and widely used for treatment.
Joints or weak planes can induce anisotropy in the strength and deformability of fractured rock masses. Comprehending this anisotropic behavior is crucial to engineering geology. This study used plaster as a friction material to mold specimens with a single joint. The strength and deformability of the specimens were measured in true triaxial compression tests. The measured results were compared with three-dimensional numerical analysis based on the distinct element method, conducted under identical conditions, to assess the reliability of the modeled values. The numerical results highlight that the principal stress conditions in the field, in conjunction with joint orientations, are crucial factors to the study of the strength and deformability of fractured rock masses. The strength of a transversely isotropic rock mass derived numerically considering changes in the dip angle of the joint notably increases as the intermediate principal stress increases. This increment varies depending on the dip of the joint. Moreover, the interplay between the dip direction of the joint and the two horizontal principal stress directions dictates the strength of the transversely isotropic rock mass. For a rock mass with two joint sets, the set with the steeper dip angle governs the overall strength. If a rock bridge effect occurs owing to the limited continuity of one of the joint sets, the orientation of the set with longer continuity dominates the strength of the entire rock mass. Although conventional three-dimensional failure criteria for fractured rock masses have limited applicability in the field, supplementing them with numerical analysis proves highly beneficial.
This study analyzed the relationship between organizational innovative capability and absorptive capacity, market and technology orientations, and their impact on business performance for IT-BPO companies that are required to absorb new technologies from a leading perspective in the digital transformation era. To achieve this, an online specialized research company and offline surveys were conducted on 291 domestic IT-BPO companies, and SPSS 23 was used for descriptive statistics and reliability analysis while AMOS 23 was used for hypothesis testing including validity and mediating effects. The main findings were as follows: First, in the relationship between innovation and absorptive capabilities and Market Orientation Strategic(MOS), learning capability and knowledge network capability were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on MOS. In the relationship between innovation and absorptive capabilities and Technology Orientation Strategic(TOS), R&D capability, potential absorptive capacity, and realized absorptive capacity had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on TOS. Second, in the relationship between innovation and absorptive capabilities and BP, only R&D capability was found to have a significant effect on BP. Third, both market orientation and technology orientation were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on BP. These findings suggest that effective competency factors can be identified according to the market and technology orientations pursued by IT-BPO companies to increase their growth and value creation, and provide implications for developing differentiated competency enhancement strategies based on strategic objectives.
