  • This study is composed of analyses about whether intensifying the attribute level of alternatives presented to consumers makes the effect of intensifying attributes and there is any significant difference among effects of the intensified attributes. For this, the most favorite alternative is extracted from each group of computers and jeans through conjoint analysis, which is used as a standard alternative during the process of experimentation. In conclusion, this research suggests that in terms of business, by intensifying the latter attribute of products rather than the early attribute, an enterprise acquire distinct and competitive superiority over similar competing products (esp. functional products), and theoretically, by expanding and analyzing decision models it can predict consumers' behaviors more correctly.

  • In this paper, we suggest multi colony interaction ant reinforcement learning model. This method is a hybrid of multi colony interaction by elite strategy and reinforcement teaming applying Temporal Difference(TD) learning to Ant-Q loaming. Proposed model is consisted of some independent AS colonies, and interaction achieves search according to elite strategy(Intensification, Diversification strategy) between the colonies. Intensification strategy enables to select of good path to use heuristic information of other agent colony. This makes to select the high frequency of the visit of a edge by agents through positive interaction of between the colonies. Diversification strategy makes to escape selection of the high frequency of the visit of a edge by agents achieve negative interaction by search information of other agent colony. Through this strategies, we could know that proposed reinforcement loaming method converges faster to optimal solution than original ACS and Ant-Q.

  • This study is aimed to develop and apply the empowerment program for Internationally married women working in social enterprises. Empowerment program consisted of six main construct factors such as job or child, being acknowledged as a family member, enduring for economic work, developing myself, getting to know company culture, living a meaningful life for a korean. According to research analysis, self-identity, self-efficacy, coping ability and social problem solving has significant effects on the program. Based on the results of this study, some discussion and suggestions were proposed for the empowerment program for internationally married women in social enterprises.

  • This study explores the effects of different Focus-on-Form Instruction (FFI) on improving learners' grammatical knowledge development and observes how the learners apply the knowledge to their output. A total of 112 college students were placed into three groups: 35 input-enhanced group students, who received visually enhanced input reading materials, 41 output-enhanced group students, performing dictogloss tasks, and 46 control group students given traditional grammar instruction. All the participant students took pre/post grammatical tests and completed pre/post writing tasks, which aimed to look into how the target grammatical structures were used in writing. The research findings indicated that both input-enhanced and output-enhanced FFI were effective on learners' language form learning and made contribution to their writing. Based on the findings, this study suggests that the elaborate design of combination of both FFI can maximize learners' language form learning.

  • One of the important fields for heuristics algorithm is how to balance between Intensificationand Diversification. Ant Colony System(ACS) is a new meta heuristics algorithm to solve hard combinatorial optimization problem. It is a population based approach that uses exploitation of positive feedback as well as greedy search. It was first proposed for tackling the well known Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP). In this paper, we propose Multi Colony Interaction Ant Model that achieves positive negative interaction through elite strategy divided by intensification strategy and diversification strategy to improve the performance of original ACS. And, we apply multi colony interaction ant model by this proposed elite strategy to TSP and compares with original ACS method for the performance.

  • This paper was an examination of gender-specific behaviors in children and the types of bullying behavior among 1,181 fifth and sixth grade elementary schools student identified were then classified. Differences were identified in individual variables, family variables, and school variables. The data thus collected were subjected to descriptive and comparative statistical analysis using the SPSS software program. Our results showed that multiple discriminant analysis yielded a function of individual, family and school variables that proved effective in classifying bully, reinforcer, assistant, victim, outsider and defender types in boys. In girls, multiple discriminant analysis yielded a function of individual variables that was effective in classifying bully, reinforcer, assistant, victim, outsider and defender types.

  • One of the important fields for heuristic algorithm is how to balance between Intensification and Diversification. In this paper, we deal with the performance improvement techniques through balance the intensification and diversification in Ant Colony System(ACS) which is one of Ant Colony Optimization(ACO). In this paper, we propose the hybrid searching method between intensification strategy and diversification strategy. First, the length of the global optimal path does not improved within the limited iterations, we evaluates this state that fall into the local optimum and selects the next node using changed parameters in the state transition rule. And then we consider the overlapping edge of the global best path of the previous and the current, and, to enhance the pheromone for the overlapping edges increases the probability that the optimal path is configured. Finally, the performance of Best and Average-Best of proposed algorithm outperforms ACS-3-opt, ACS-Subpath, ACS-Iter and ACS-Global-Ovelap algorithms.

  • One of the important fields for heuristic algorithm is how to balance between Intensification and Diversification. Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) is a new meta heuristic algorithm to solve hard combinatorial optimization problem. It is a population based approach that uses exploitation of positive feedback as well as Breedy search It was first Proposed for tackling the well known Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP). In this paper, we deal with the performance improvement techniques through balance the Intensification and Diversification in Ant Colony System(ACS). First State Transition considering the number of times that agents visit about each edge makes agents search more variously and widen search area. After setting up criteria which divide elite tour that receive Positive Intensification about each tour, we propose a method to do addition Intensification by the criteria. Implemetation of the algorithm to solve TSP and the performance results under various conditions are conducted, and the comparision between the original An and the proposed method is shown. It turns out that our proposed method can compete with the original ACS in terms of solution quality and computation speed to these problem.

  • The purpose of the study was two folded: to examine whether form-focused instruction (FFI) with corrective feedback (CF) is effective for the acquisition of the target linguistic forms and to find out the extent to which of the students' perceptions as well as their attitudes towards English instruction that they received. Tests and questionnaires were implemented to 122 Korean EFL students from eight classes enrolled in an English communication course. They were randomly assigned to three groups: the input-based group, who received typographical input enhancement materials, so-called the TIE group, the output-based group, who performed dictogloss tasks, so-called the DICT group, and the control group (CG). The data analysis was made on both tests and questionnaires by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The study found that different types of FFI with CF contributed to the improvement of students' grammatical knowledge and both the TIE and DICT task group students positively changed their perceptions and understanding as well as their attitudes towards the English instruction given, and students in all groups preferred pair work activities. In addition, most of the TIE and DICT students showed their interest and satisfaction with English class, whereas the CG group students did not. Based on the findings, this study suggested that well-planned and properly-chosen FFI in the form of pair work activities should be applied in classrooms with consideration of students' instructional preference in Korean EFL contextual settings.

  • The present study employed a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design to evaluate the effectiveness of a teacher education program for child care teachers. Twenty-seven teachers were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups with 12 and 17 teachers in each group. Teachers in the intervention group participated in the program. After termination of the program, differences between pre- and post-tests were examined in regards to teachers' emotional regulation, efficacy, parent-teacher communication and job satisfaction. There were four major findings. First, self-reported teachers'emotional regulation, teachers'efficacy and job satisfaction were significantly improved in the intervention group, but not in the control group. Second, parent-teacher communication difficulty was significantly reduced in the intervention group, but not in the control group. These findings emphasize the importance of the teachers' positive characteristics in improving the outcome of preschoolers.
