  • 현행 도로교설계기준의 바닥판에 대한 설계방법은 휨 이론에 따라 바닥판을 단위 폭의 보로 보고 강도설계법으로 설계하고 있다. 그러나 실제 교량 바닥판의 파괴 형태는 펀칭에 의한 파괴이므로 바닥판의 극한성능은 펀칭전단강도를 토대로 평가해야 할 것이다. 하지만 기존에 연구된 결과로는 초간편 강합성 바닥판의 펀칭전단강도를 산정하기 어려워 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 초간편 강합성 바닥판의 펀칭전단성능을 파악하기 위하여 초간편 강합성 바닥판과 RC바닥판에 대한 펀칭전단실험을 실시하여 비교하여 보았다.

About Fatigue Load Conduct Analysis of Simplified Composite Deck (피로하중에 대한 초간편 강합성 바닥판의 거동 분석)

  • 실제 교량 바닥판의 거동은 반복하중에 의한 피로누적 손상에 의해 발생되므로 성능분석을 위해서는 피로 실험결과를 통한 구조거동 분석이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 개발 중인 초간편 강합성 바닥판의 피로성능을 파악하기 위해 일점 재하 방식으로 반복 하중을 재하 하였다. 실험체의 거동을 파악하기 위해 변위계를 설치하여 변위를 측정하였고 이 실험의 결과로 신형식 바닥판인 초간편 강합성 바닥판의 피로 파괴 양상을 알 수 있었으며 피로 곡선을 얻을 수 있었다. 하지만 바닥판의 파괴요인 중 외부 환경적 요인과 실제 차량 하중 이동을 모사한 윤하중 재하 시 피로 성능에 대한 연구가 추가로 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • According to Korea Highway Bridge Design Code the bridge deck is designed by the strength design method and is regarded as a beam possessing the unit width based on the bending theory. By many researches it is revealed that the existing bridge deck is failed by punching shear. For evaluating the ultimate capacity of bridge deck it is important to estimate the behavior of bridge deck under the punching shear. For the punching strength it is difficult that the existing research results are applied to the simplified composite deck. In this study for comparing characteristics on punching shear the punching shear tests on simplified composite deck and RC deck are performed. The punching shear strength of simplified composite deck is compared with several bridge design codes.

  • 최근 현장타설 바닥판의 대안으로 강합성 바닥판을 이용하여 바닥판의 공용년수를 증진시키고 공기 단축 및 시공의 간편성, 교통흐름의 원활화등을 위한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 I형강 매입형 강합성 바닥판을 기본으로 한 새로운 형식의 초간편 강합성 바닥판을 제시하여 거동패널의 거동에 대해 연구하였다. 하부강판과 I형강의 용접량의 변화, I형강의 복부에 유공 유무, 유공의 위치변화에 대한 특성을 파악하였다 이때 H형강의 상부 플랜지는 강판과 용접된 것으로 가정하였으며, 가설시 합성전 단면에 대한 거동 분석이므로 하중은 강판, I형강, 콘크리트의 자중만 고려되었다. 연구결과, 하부강판과 I형강의 용접길이 변화시 전체용접에 비해 30%용접을 수행시 중앙부 단면에서 최대 휨 인장응력이 증가하는 결과를 보였으며, I형강 복부에 유공이 있을시 유공이 없는 경우 보다 처짐량이 약간 증가함을 확인하였다. 또한 I형강 복부의 유공 위치를 변화시킨 결과 거더패널 강바닥판의 거동에는 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Because of the different flexural rigidity between longitudinal and transverse direction, orthotropic plate theory may be suitable for describing the behavior of composite deck. The ratio of flexural rigidity between longitudinal and transverse direction affects the live load moment. Because of the ratio of flexural rigidity of concrete unfilled steel grid deck has a direct relationship with main bearing bar spacing, it is concluded that the study for the distribution factor which is effected by main bearing bar spacing and aspect ratio is needed. In this study, evaluate the live load moment of concrete unfilled steel grid deck using the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specification and presents the distribution coefficient equation for concrete unfilled steel grid deck.

  • Steel-Concrete Composite Deck with I-beam welded is lighter and easier to construct than conventional in situ reinforced concrete slabs due to the I-beam embedded in the corrugated slab. For the calculation of effective flexural rigidity of conventional reinforced concrete structures, methods suggested in Design Standard for Roads and Bridges and ACI have been used. In this paper, the calculation methods were applied to steel-concrete composite deck with I-beam welded and then results of the steel-concrete composite deck were compared with those of reinforced concrete slabs. In addition, applicability of the methods to steel-concrete composite deck with I-beam welded was estimated. In order to compare the effective flexural rigidity, flexural experiments were conducted. Fifteen slabs were built and the variables considered in the experiments were studs, length of the slab, shape of the section and connecting methods.

  • Cross sections of steel-plate girder bridges are divided into three cross sections of non-composite, partially composite, and fully composite sections, according to their composite characteristics. The Korean provision for the partially and fully composite sections specifies general usage of the stud of shear connectors, whereas the one for the non-composite section specifies empirical usage of slab anchors. However, the actual behavior of the cross sections of steel-plate girder bridges using slab anchors is close not to the non-composite action, but to the partially composite action. Therefore analytical and experimental studies on partial composites of steel-plate girder bridges using slab anchors are performed in this study. Intial stiffness of the slab anchor is obtained by the experimental study for the first time, and the composite characteristic of simple-span and two-span continuous steel-plate girder bridges is investigated by the finite element analyses for the second time. Based on the obtained initial stiffness, the reduction effect of tensile stresses in the concrete-slab on the intermediate support of the continuous bridge is also considered herein.

  • In this study, based on a I-roll embedded steel composite deck, it is suggested a new type of simplified composite deck and analyzed under construction loading. Using ABAQUS, it's estimated effects of welding amount of steel plate and I-section, existence of a hole of I-section's flange, and a location of hole. For a reasonable verification of modeling, compare Euler-Beam theory with F.E.M models. In result, it is verified that change of welding amount increase more maximum bending tension stresses at the central part's section of span when elements are partial-welded. Also, verify that deflection is slightly increased when a hole existed compared with no hole.

  • This study is to suggest the details of new concept of bridge deck. Experimental studies on the behavior of a inverted T-shaped steelconcrete composite deck were carried out. The part of inverted T-shaped steel is embedded in concrete. Reinforced concrete deck specimen and composite deck specimens were fabricated and static bending fracture tests were conducted. The ultimate strength and fracture strength of specimens were evaluated. The effects of shear hole crossing bars of composite deck were also analyzed. From the results of experiments, composite deck with shear hole crossing bar increased shear strength, and showed typical tensile failure. Ultimate strength and fracture strength of composite deck with shear hole crossing bar are higher than those of reinforced concrete deck. The displacement of composite deck is higher than that of reinforced concrete deck.

Evaluation on Effective Width of Concrete Unfilled Composite Steel Grid Deck (콘크리트 비충전 강합성 바닥판의 유효폭 평가)

  • In this study, analyzed the effective width of concrete unfilled composite steel grid deck which has different shear connector details from that of composite bridge. The effective width of concrete unfilled composite steel grid deck according to effective width calculation method, load size and main bearing bar spacing-span ratio was evaluated. As a result of analysis, it is analyzed that the effective width is calculated to be nearly equal to the actual effective width by idealizing the stress shape as a trapezoidal shape. In addition, shear hole penetration reinforcing bars applied to increase the shear strength is shown to increase the effective width. From the results of the analysis of the effective width according to main bearing bar spacing-span ratio, proposes the correction factor that can calculate the effective width ratio of the unfilled steel composite steel grid deck.
