Evaluation of Soil Stiffness and Excavation Support Wall Deformation at Deep Excavation Site Using Inverse Analysis (역해석을 이용한 지반 강성 산정 및 굴착 지지벽체의 변형 평가)

  • In this study, the evolution of soil engineering property values according to excavation was analyzed through the inverse analysis for the OO deep excavation site located in Incheon. The stiffness of the ground was updated by comparing the horizontal wall deformation of the excavation support wall calculated by the finite element analysis at each stage of excavation and the value measured using an inclinometer. The updated stiffness was used to predict the response of the excavation support wall in the next excavation step. The finite element analysis method using the Hardening Soil model was used, and the stratum where the excavation support wall is located was selected as the stratum for the inverse analysis. The inverse analysis results showed that the stiffness value at the stiffness value at the initial stage of excavation is larger than the stiffness used in the original design. As the excavation proceeds, the stiffness calculated through the second inverse analysis was found to decrease compared to the value derived by the first inverse analysis. Therefore, it can be stated that the deformation of the excavation support wall can be accurately calculated through finite element analysis when an appropriate stiffness value is input according to the excavation stage.

Stiffness Test of Dowel Bar for fainted Concrete Pavement (콘크리트 포장의 다웰바 전단거동 실험)

  • Shear test procedure for concrete-dowel interaction was proposed along with determination of dowel support reaction factor or shear spring stiffness constant using the spreadsheet example. For this task, three AASHTO-type standard specimens were prepared to simulate behavior of the jointed concrete pavement. A side support system was adopted to minimize twisting of the test specimen which had been observed in a preliminary test. A typical elastic behavior of the dowel-concrete interaction was observed from several test loops of loading, unloading and reloading procedures. However load versus slab displacement represents to be nonlinear. Test results show that the dowel support reaction factor ranges from 550-880 GN/m3, which is 1.4-2.2 times greater than 407GN/m3 proposed by Yoder and Witczak. This is because less torsional distraction was occurred with the help of a side support system adopted in this experiment. The dowel support reaction factor or shear spring stiffness constant obtained from the procedures proposed in this paper may be used as a reference data for the structural analysis of jointed concrete pavement.

Buckling Analysis of Stiffened Plates with Elastic Supports Subjected to In-Plane Bending Moment Considering Warping of End Stiffeners (지지단 보강재의 뒤틀림을 고려한 면내휨을 받는 탄성지지 보강판의 좌굴해석)

  • The main objective of this paper is to analyze the rectangular stiffened plates with two opposite ends elastically restrained and the others simply supported subjected to in-plane bending by Finite Element Method. Another objective is to develope Classical Method analyzing the unstiffened rectangular plates with the above boundary conditions. In order to validate finite element and classical methods, the buckling strengths of the rectangular plates with four simply supported ends, and with two simply supported and the others fixed ends by finite element method and classical method are compared with those of references. In finite element method, elastically restrained ends can be obtained as considering torsional and warping rigidities of end stiffeners. The buckling strengths of the rectangular plates with elastically restrained ends by finite element and classical methods are calculated and compared with each other. In case of stiffened plates, to validate finite element method, the buckling strengths of the rectangular stiffened plates with four simply supported ends, and with two simply supported and the others fixed ends are also compared with those of references. The buckling strengths of the rectangular stiffened plates with elastically restrained ends by finite element method are calculated as solving eigenvalue problems which are obtained as assembling rectangular plate elements and beam elements considered torsional and warping rigidities. The buckling strengths of rectangular stiffened plates according to various positions of rectangular intermediate stiffener, J and I/sub w/ of end stiffeners are also obtained, which are compared to determine the efficient position of intermediate stiffener.

  • A conventional elastic material replacement and performance evaluation are very complicated and time-consuming, and it is difficult to know when to replace the elastic material in advance. By comparing with the product limit and the functional limit, the necessity of elastic material replacement and the improvement of track support stiffness according to replacement can be immediately demonstrated based on experimental data. Using an evaluation system of track support stiffness, the performance evaluation data for elastic materials obtained through field tests using software for track support stiffness is integrated and managed on the administrator's computer. Therefore, the replacement plan is established and maintenance history is managed by identifying the replacement time and location of elastic materials. It is possible to evaluate the performance and condition of the elastic material at the various points during the working time of the track inspection and the track performance (track support stiffness) and durability of the elastic material (aging level, spring stiffness variation rate, etc.) at the operation condition. The elastic material could be replaced timely, and the deterioration of the elastic material can be continuously monitored.

  • 와이어 스프링은 재료 조사시험용 캡슐을 노내에 장·탈착할 때 안내역할을 하고, 조사 시험중 캡슐에 수평방향의 외력이 작용하였을 때 이를 완화해 주는 역할을 하도록 설계되었다. 와이어 스프링의 강성은 특히 내진으로 인한 캡슐의 구조건전성 확보에 중요하므로, 본 연구에서는 스프링 강성에 스프링 와이어의 직경, 길이 그리고 형상이 미치는 영향을 해석하였다. 또한 실험을 통하여 해석 결과와 비교·검토하여 설계 요구사항을 만족하도록 하였다.

  • 보 및 평판의 진동에 대해서 에너지의 손실은 재료감쇠를 이용한 표면감쇠처리나 지지부에서의 감쇠처리에 의하여 증가될 수 있다. 감쇠재료를 이용한 표면감쇠처리의 예로서 보/평판 표면에 접착되는 감쇠 테이프나 코팅등은 아주 효과적임이 입증되었다. 마찬가지로 지지부 감쇠처리는 점탄성재료의 삽입에 의해서 설명될수 있다[1]. 보/평판의 감쇠에 대한 최근의 많은 연구들은 진동하고 있는 보/평판의 표면에 적용하는 감쇠 테이프 혹은 적층형태의 감쇠 처리방법에 대해서 주로 수행되었다. 일반적으로 표면감쇠처리방법은 진동감소에 아주 효과적이지만 실제 적용상에서 항상 가능한 것은 아니며, 이와 같은 경웨는 지지부 감쇠 처리방법에 의존하게 된다[2]. 감쇠특성을 갖는 점탄성재료를 실제로 적용할 때 보/평판의 유한한 길이가 점탄성재료로 지지되며 점탄성재료의 물성치와 치수에 따라서 계의 모우드 매개변수(고유진동수, 계의 손실계수 그리고 모우드형상)가 크게 달라진다. 그리고 이와 같은 계에 대해서는 지지부의 거동보다는 전체 시스템의 고유진동수와 손실계수 그리고 보 영역에서의 모우드 형상에 더 관심이 있으므로 지지부 영역을 집중매개변수(lumped parameter)로 나타내어 계를 해석할 수 있다. 일반적으로 보와 평판의 경계에서는 병진 및 회전방향의 강성 뿐만 아니라 두 강성사이에 연성효과도 동시에 발생하게 되므로 이 항을 고려하여 계를 모델링해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 우선 점탄성 재료에 의한 지지부영역의 등가 강성계수들을 구하고 경계에 강성행렬을 갖는 보의 등가시스템을 얻는다. 그리고 등가시스템의 주파수방정식으로부터 모우드 매개변수에 대한 지지부의 영향을 살펴본다. 또한 시스템이 비교적 복잡한 사각 평판의 진동에 대해서도 동강성행렬법(dynamic stiffness matrix method)을 이용하여 해석하고자 한다. 수준임이 입증되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로우리나라 젊고 건강한 남성에게 적합한 무게상수는 작업자군에 대하여 25.05kg, 학생군에 대하여 20.24kg 으로 나타나 이는 미국 NIOSH 안전기준과 대체로 일치함을 발견하였다.ive structures utilized in Client/server architecture for distribution and cooperative processing of application between server and client this study presents two different data management methods under the Client/server environment; one is "Remote Data Management Method" which uses file server or database server and. the other is "Distributed Data Management Method" using distributed database management system.   • 본 연구는 합성교량의 경우 브라켓이나 가로보에 사용되고 비합성교량의 경우 연결재로 사용되는 스랩앵커를 Push-Out Test를 하여 실험으로 얻은 특성을 실제 소수주형모델에 적용하여 FEM해석을 통하여 거동특성을 파악 하고자 한다. 일반적으로 전단연결재 실험의 경우 콘크리트 슬래브와 강재 주형 사이에 직접 길이 방향 전단력을 작용시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 실험의 편리함 때문에 주로 Push-out 실험이 많이 이용되고 있다. 본 실험에서는 BS-5400에 제시된 바에 근거하여 실험체를 제작하였다. 이 실험을 통하여 탄성구간에서의 강성(k) 값을 알아내어 3D FEM 해석에 적용한다. 이때 콘크리트 바닥판과 강재와의 연결을 축 방향으로는 특정한 강성 값을 넣을 수 있는 Joint Element를 사용하여 연결시키고, 1경간 단순지지와 2경간 연속교에 대하여 연구를 수행하는데, 1경간 단순지지의 경우에는 Joint Element에 여러 강성 값과 실험을 통해 얻은 강성 값을 적용하여 합성거동을 파악하고 강성 값에 따른 합성정도를 규명하고자 한다. 또한 2경간 연속교에서는 슬랩앵커의 강성 값을 적용하여 많이 문제시되고 있는 내부지점부에 슬랩앵커를 사용하였을 때 슬래브의 인장응력이 어떤 변화양상을 나타내는지 파악 하고자한다.

Determination of Efficient Shoring System in RC Frame Structures Considering Time-Dependent Behavior of Concrete (시간의존적 거동을 고려한 철근콘크리트 골조의 효율적인 지지시스템 결정)

  • In this paper, systematic analyses for the shoring systems installed to support applied loads during construction are performed on the basis of the numerical approach introduced in the previous study. Structural behaviors require changes in design variables such as types of shoring systems, shore stiffness and shore spacing. In this paper, the design variable are analyzed and discussed. The time dependent deformations of concrete and construction sequences of frame structures are also taken into account to minimize structural instability and to improve design of shoring system, because those effects may increase axial forces delivered to shores. From many parametric studies, it can be recommended that the most effective shoring system is 2SlR(two shores and one reshore)

Dynamic Response for Critical Velocity Effect Depending on Supporting Stiffness of High-Speed Railway Trackbed (고속철도 노반지지조건에 따른 임계속도효과의 동적응답)

  • The critical velocity effect on railway trackbed means the amplification of vibration energy when the train running-speed and group velocity of ground surface wave are superimposed. It is called a pseudo-resonance phenomenon of time domain. In the past, it was not issued because the train speed was low and the ground group velocity was higher. But since the high-speed train is introduced, critical velocity reported causing a track irregularity. So far, theoretical analysis has been performed because of the complexity of formation process. However it requires reasonable consideration which is similar to actual track and trackbed conditions. In the present paper, finite element analysis to verify the critical velocity effect is performed considering each track structure and trackbed supporting stiffness. As a result, the deformation amplification caused by the critical velocity effect is verified to analyze each supporting stiffness and track system.
