Even if using the standard field test which radiation of electric wave and measurement test equipment there are difficult thing that building test equipment. so, we can use the substitution test field. In this paper, for optimization analysis for homogeneous field structure of GTEM-CELL (Giga hertz Transverse Electro Magnetic Cell) that calculate electromagnetic field characteristic for variable of each structure and characteristic impedance inner conductor.

A small and integrated MMIC VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) at Ka-band has been developed. This oscillator was designed as Clapp-Gouriet type scheme, fabricated, and implemented on the carrier. This was connected to an alumna substrate on the carrier providing output port for module, utilizing ribbon and wire bonding technique allowing the loss of 0.2dB. This VCO module showed the excellent performance.

The recent rapid economic growth of China has an increasing interest to Korea. China is plentiful of the natural mineral resources and has a huge territory with 1.3 billion people, also has a strong foundation in the mining industry as a mineral process and metallurgical technology. Such strong mining industry of China is attractive to Korea which is getting ready the North East Asia epoch. The growth of big mining groups as Gangseo (Jiangxi) Copper Corporation and Honam Juyawhageo (Hunan Zhuye Torch) Metal Co. Ltd. haul up the rapid economic growth in China.

Purpose: This study aimed to present the management strategies necessary to improve the operational efficiency of visiting nurse centers and evaluate their effectiveness. Methods: The subjects of this study were visiting nurse centers registered as long-term care centers. Based on value chain analysis, cost information analysis, and data envelope analysis, the study was carried out according to the Magerison's management consulting procedure, for six months. This procedure comprised eight sub-steps of approach and application. Results: The following management strategies were agreed upon: establishment of a cooperative network with other visiting care centers, creation of high satisfaction of external customers by providing practical training to care workers, and making rehabilitation and exercise services as the core nursing activities to be focused on. Conclusion: The management consulting process and analysis method applied in this study can referred to as a useful methodological framework for revitalizing visiting nursing centers in the future.

As a result of survey the dealings amounts of agricultural products in the public management wholesale market from 1997 to 2009 for 13 years, that makes composted of 54,706 tons in 1997, 130,345 tons in 2003 by increasing 238%, that is resulted of about 20% increase every year. As a result of survey the dealings money of agricultural products in the public management wholesale market from 1997 to 2009 for 13 years, that makes composted of 168,074 million won in 1997, 323,232 million won in 2003 by increasing 192%, that is resulted of about 16% increase every year. It has corelation with dealings amounts and money each other, also appeals to transition without discrimination, but making high amounts than money. It is divided into excellent, good and poor products according to freshness, pileus size, color and stem length to forwarding method field survey in farm produce wholesale market.

최근 세계적으로 급변하는 기후는 연 강수량이 여름에 집중되는 한국 강우 특성에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 도시화된 대도시의 배수 시설 능력 부족은 돌발 강우, 국지성 집중 호우로 인한 침수 피해를 야기한다. 미국, 유럽, 일본 등의 선진국의 경우 대심도 저류배수터널을 설치하여 운영하고 있으며, 이에 대한 시설운영기준 및 매뉴얼 개발 등에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 국내에는 이와 같은 시설물에 대한 운영사례가 없고, 시설물 내 복잡한 수리 현상에 대한 수리모형 실험도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울시 강서·양천 일대에 설치된 대심도 터널인 신월 빗물저류배수시설을 대상으로 선정하였으며, 안정적인 운영계획 수립을 위한 최적운영기준을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구는 도시유역 강우유출모의에 적합한 XP-SWMM 모형을 활용하여 강우조건에 따라 달라지는 수직구별 유입유량, 도달시간 등의 유출특성을 반영하고 수문개방시간을 고려한 시설물 운영기준을 산정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 도시유역 홍수예방을 위한 빗물저류배수시설의 안정적인 운영계획 수립 및 시설물 운영 매뉴얼 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Background: The purpose of this study is to promote their health by identifying factors that affect the depressive mood experience among local residents in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study analyzed using data from the 2022 Community Health Survey, which is conducted annually in Korea. The subjects of the study were 916 local residents in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Results: Through this study, the groups with a high level of depressive mood experience among local residents of Gangseo-gu were female, those with low income, those with chronic diseases, those with low subjective health level, and those who perceived their stress to be high. Conclusion: It is necessary for local medical institutions to identify those with low income in blind spots and connect them with community resources to provide necessary economic support. Additionally, regular and systematic management is needed to help local residents prevent and manage chronic diseases. There is a need to actively support local residents by providing stress management programs and various health-related education to local residents so that they can maintain and improve their health and lead healthy lives.

Ad-Hoc 네트워크는 임의 디바이스들이 무선 통신을 통해서 임의 네트워크 망을 구성하여 통신 서비스를 제공받는 것을 말한다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 언제 어디서나 통신을 하기 위해서는 이동성과 자유로운 네트워크의 조인 및 탈퇴가 이루어져야 한다. 또한 통신에서 제 3자의 위장이나 정보의 도청 그리고 안전성을 제공하기 위해서 암호화 통신이 필수적으로 요구된다. 특히 Ad-Hoc 네트워크의 디바이스간의 라우팅 구성이 유동적이라서 구성하는 디바이스간의 인증 및 키 생성과정이 필요하며, 라우팅에 대한 보안 기술의 연구는 국내/외에서 진행되어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 안전한 라우팅 방안에 대하여 알아보고 디바이스 인증 및 키 설립을 제공하는 방식에 대하여 제안한다. 본 방식은 세션키를 설립을 위해서 키 생성 및 아이디를 기반으로 한 인증 방안을 이용한다. 그로 인해 인증서를 이용하거나 디바이스간의 인증 정보 및 상호 공유된 비밀 정보가 필요하지 않는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 방식을 이용하므로 임의 네트워크에 조인하더라도 보안 기술을 제공할 수 있는 방안이다. 본 연구를 이용하므로 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 안전한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기술로 활용할 수 있다.

The placement of Korean fire-fighting administrative power in urban areas shows regional unbalance. In an ideal system, all citizens would be provided with equal fire protection and rescue services, but this is usually difficult to realize due to regional conditions or budget problems. In the case of Busan Metropolitan City, we deduced that it is impossible for half of the buildings to receive rescue services within 5 min, and the conditions are much worse for areas with long or wide fire-fighting service regions. The approach vulnerability for the existing emergency rescue squad locations was assessed. The results revealed that if a rescue team's location is shifted, the improvement effect will be virtually insignificant because of their geographical position. Therefore, this study suggests the establishment of additional rescue squads. It is proven that adding 5 rescue centers in the following locations could solve the problem of approach vulnerability: Bukbu, Gangseo, Geumjeong, Gijang, and Haeundae, in order of effectiveness. The number of buildings in the areas is 53,546.

In ubiquitous environment, a user has been provided with service and mobility using various devices. The users' network can be divided into a home network (a user belongs to the network through an authentication server) and an external network (when a user moves or external authentication server is). Users can use a mobile device or a device at an external network. In this paper, when a user has access to a service in an external network with a mobile device, there is a skim that a service is securely provided by roaming private information (encryption key etc${\cdots}$) and a skim which gives access to a home network using a device in an external network. If you use these skims, roaming is provided in order that you can use a secure service in an external network.
