최근 급증하고 있는 자살률과 청소년들의 학교폭력, 강력범죄 등은 심각한 사회적 문제가 되고 있다. 또한 컴퓨터의 보급으로 인한 인터넷 중독, 중년의 치매 등도 우리의 정신건강을 해치는 중요한 요인이다. 본 논문은 정신건강 간이선별도구를 활용하여 생활 스트레스로부터 발생되는 우울증과 인터넷 중독 등 정신건강을 헤치는 다양한 요인에 대한 대상자의 위험도를 파악하여 고(高)위험군에 해당되는 대상자의 1차 선별을 가능하게 하며, 정신건강진단에 대한 거부감을 줄이기 위한 놀이형태의 진단방법을 통하여 전문적인 치료로 유도하는 시스템을 구축하는 연구이다.

최근 우리 사회에는 여성과 아동을 대상으로 하는 강력범죄들이 많이 발생하고 있어 개인 위치확인 및 안전에 대한 서비스들이 최근 재조명을 받고 있다. 하지만 서비스가 시작된 기간에 비해 아직도 높은 단말기 가격대와 월 사용료, 그리고 위험상황에서의 사용성은 상대적으로 미약한 발전을 이루었다. 그나마 스마트폰이 많이 보급되어 해당 서비스들의 가격이 조금씩 인하되고, GPS를 활용한 위치정보의 정확도를 개선하는 등 많은 노력을 기울이고 있지만 그 효과는 미비하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 다양한 센서를 이용하여, 스마트폰을 꺼낼 수 없는 위험상황에서 사용자가 위험상황에서 특정 이벤트를 발생시켜, 인지된 상태정보를 전송하는 방식을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 앞으로 개인 안전에 대한 서비스가 발전할 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

On August 3, 2023, a brutal incident of unprovoked violence, termed as "Abnormal motivated crime," occurred in a multi-use facility, where retail and transportation facilities converge, near Seohyeon Station. The assailant drove onto the sidewalk, hitting pedestrians, and then entered a department store where a knife rampage ensued, resulting in a total of 14 victims. In the aftermath of this incident, numerous murder threats were posted on social media, causing widespread anxiety among the public. This fear was further exacerbated by the emergence of a "Terrorless.01ab.net" service. Purpose: This research aims to explore necessary institutional improvements for private security personnel who protect customers and employees in multi-use facilities, to enable them to perform their duties more effectively. Method: To assess the risk of Abnormal motivated crime, a time series analysis using the ARIMA model was conducted to analyze the domestic trends of such crimes. Additionally, Result: the study presents suggestions for improvements in the domestic security service law and emergency manuals for multi-use facilities. Conclusion: This is informed by a legal analysis of the indemnity rights for weapon use by private security guards abroad and their operational authority beyond weapon usage.

With the advancement of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), searching for judgments through the internet has become increasingly convenient. However, predicting sentencing based on judgments remains a challenging task for individuals. This is because sentencing involves a complex process of applying aggravating and mitigating factors within the framework of legal provisions, and it often depends on the subjective judgment of the judge. Therefore, this research aimed to develop a model for predicting sentencing using artificial intelligence by focusing on structuring the data from judgments, making it suitable for AI applications. Through theoretical and statistical analysis of previous studies, we identified variables with high explanatory power for predicting sentencing. Additionally, by analyzing 50 legal judgments related to serious crimes that are publicly available, we presented a framework for extracting essential information from judgments. This framework encompasses basic case information, sentencing details, reasons for sentencing, the reasons for the determination of the sentence, as well as information about offenders, victims, and accomplices evident within the specific content of the judgments. This research is expected to contribute to the development of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of law in the future.

CCTV camera system which can be said as the most popular security system is being installed in public places has large number of floating population. This trend is required to develop the intelligent video security technology and propagate it since the importance of security technology is getting high. Continue to have an increasingly violent crimes against children every year, and as you know all seriousness is classified as a felony. However, efforts to reduce the underlying crime is low. Therefore, it is necessary to solve this problem, the security system. Is to protect the children and adults that exist that can pose a threat to children to identify and monitor tracking method in this paper. Was based on a Korean standard body size of a person, such as keys, arm length, leg length, head vertical length, head width proposed method. Also, separate the adults and children through the comparison of the reference value, the ratio and the ratio of the number of pixels of the detected object, the proposed method. Processing speed is fast because it detects only a specific object region in the entire image in the handling method in the proposed method the five nine minutes. The advantage is to enable comparison of the specific object, through which there is.

This article assesses the recent police reform strategy in England and Wales with the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011. Police and Crime Commissioners have a responsibility not just for the police force but also for reducing crime in their area of responsibility. This ensures that their remit runs much more widely than their predecessor body, the police authority. The article goes on to evaluate the nature and extent of crime by making immediate use of survey of local police commanders. The surveys showed that police commands were swamped with minor crime and anti-social offences. The arrival of Police and Crime Commissioners has meant that now police priorities can be more closely aligned to those of the public and where anti-social behaviour is now recognised as impacting on the lives of many residents more significantly than criminal activity. The article highlights the changes introduced by government following the Winsor Review to police pay, pensions and conditions of service. It reflects on the impact of this on both police morale and professional motivation. It suggests that current government policy is now haemorrhaging the police service as increasing numbers of experienced officers are leaving the police service which could ultimately undermine its long-term resilience as a strategic emergency service.

Windows Vista published by Microsoft provides more powerful security mechanisms than previous Windows operating systems. In the forensics point of view, new security mechanisms make it more difficult to get data related to the criminals in a storage device. In this paper, we analyze BitLocker introduced as an new security mechanism in Windows Vista. Also, compared to the previous Windows operating systems, the changes and security issues of UAC and EFS in Windows Vista are discussed in the forensics point of view. Futhermore, we discuss other characteristics of Windows Vista useful for forensic examinations.

서비스화(servitization)와 공유경제 패러다임이 확산되면서 서비스 산업에서도 IT기술을 융합시킨 다양한 형태의 새로운 비즈니스가 성공적으로 정착되고 있다. 특히 대중교통 서비스 산업에서 우버(Uber) 택시는 IT기술과 공유경제 개념을 절묘하게 접목시킨 새로운 차원의 성공적인 공유택시 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하였고, IT기술을 적용한 교통예약 소프트웨어는 공유택시의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 공유택시 예약 프로그램은 택시이용자에게 신속하고 편리함을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 에너지 절약, 교통체증으로 인한 스트레스 완화 등의 많은 사회적 혜택과 이익을 제공하고 있기 때문에, 여러 분야에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 중국에서는 보다 진보된 공유택시 예약 프로그램이 공유택시에 접목되면서 공유택시 이용객이 급히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 공유택시 차별화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 소프트웨어 시장의 경쟁도 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 이용객을 대상으로 강력범죄 발생빈도 증가와 이로 인한 부정적인 여론의 급속한 확산은 공유택시 산업발전에 심각한 방해요인이 되고 있지만, 근본적인 해결방법에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유택시 예약 프로그램에 이용객의 안전을 위한 컨텐츠 개발과 적용을 통해 공유택시 이용객의 불안해소와 공유택시 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 중국현지의 공유택시 이용객을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행할 계획이며, 고객여정맵(CJM)과 Kano 분석을 통해 결과와 시사점을 도출할 계획이다.

This article aims to analyze the perception of Korean-Chinese in South Korea to understand the mentality of South Korean people in a multicultural society through exploring Korean films in which Korean-Chinese characters have been represented since 2000. For this purpose, Korean-Chinese characters represented in Korean Films are divided into male and female. It could be said that South Koreans are biased against Korean-Chinese, who are considered 'others' under the economic and cultural hierarchy. Female characters are presented as 'pure' and 'frail' in the migration narrative while male characters are 'indecent' and 'brutal' individuals in crime narrative films. Meanwhile, Haemoo [Sea fog] is a story about economically weak Koreans and Korean-Chinese who were in economical conflict with each other, but were victims of the economical restructuring systems under neo-liberalism.
