The Purpose of Similarity(Reproduction) Degree Appraisal is to determine the equality or similarity between two programs and it is a system that presents the technical grounds of judgment which is necessary to support the resolution of software intellectual property rights through expert eyes. The most important things in proceeding software appraisal are not to make too much of expert's own subjective judgment and to acquire the accurate-appraisal results. However, up to now standard research and development for its systematic techniques are not properly made out and as different expert as each one could approach in a thousand different ways, even the techniques for software appraisal types have not exactly been presented yet. Moreover, in the analyzing results of all the appraisal cases finished before, through a practical way, we blow that there are some damages on objectivity and accuracy in some parts of the appraisal results owing to the problems of existing appraisal procedures and techniques or lack of expert's professional knowledge. In this paper we present the model for the standardization of software-similarity-appraisal techniques and objective-evaluation methods for decreasing a tolerance that could make different results according to each expert in the same-evaluation points. Especially, it analyzes and evaluates the techniques from various points of view concerning the standard appraisal process, setting a range of appraisal, setting appraisal domains and items in detail, based on unit processes, setting the weight of each object to be appraised, and the degree of logical and physical similarity, based on effective solutions to practical problems of existing appraisal techniques and their objective and quantitative standardization. Consequently, we believe that the model for the standardization of software-similarity-appraisal techniques will minimizes the possibility of mistakes due to an expert's subjective judgment as well as it will offer a tool for improving objectivity and reliability of the appraisal results.

The future of appraisal industry looks negative in the reality of change of the property market and over-competition of the field. Unless Constituent members of appraisal industry cope actively with the changing circumstances the profit structure of their company will get worse and they will finally fall behind in the competition. The best policy to survive from the changing circumstances in the limited appraisal market is to provide better service and improve its structure in order to have differential competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to describe the relation between the service factors of appraisal industry and customer satisfaction for providing more effective and high quality appraisal service.

소프트웨어 감정은 분쟁이 발생했을 때 감정신청인의 감정 요청 사항에 대하여 전문가의 입장에서 소프트웨어 내용을 분석하고 감정하여 의견을 제출하게 된다. 특히 분쟁의 내용이 소프트웨어의 완성도 또는 공정율에 관한 경우에는 감정의 대상물인 목표 시스템 및 관련 산출물의 법적인 유효성 검토로 시작하여, 기완성 산출물 및 미완성 산출물에 개발공정의 진척도를 평가한다. 본 연구는 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 발주자와 개발자 사이에서 발생하는 공정율 감정에 대하여 추진 단계 및 세부적인 활동 그리고 현안에 대한 해결의 접근방법을 제시한다.

To quantitatively measure or evaluate aesthetic factors is not easy in comparison with physical, functional, behavioral or economic factors. Yet aesthetic factors essentially play an important role in design modeling process. Despite its importance, research on aesthetic assessment or the interaction of aesthetic influential elements is insufficient. Therefore, this study is intended to find the relationships between visual preference and aesthetic variables of perceptual-cognitive dimension and affective dimension in commercial space design. According to the result of this substantiation research, aesthetic variables that give a positive effect on the preference of commercial space design are unity, order, and clarity in perceptual-cognitive dimension and 'pleasant', 'relaxing' in affective dimension. On the other side, aesthetic variables that give a negative effect on the preference are contrast, complexity, and ambiguity that is a contrary concept of clarity in perceptual-cognitive dimension and 'exciting', 'arousing' in affective dimension.

인간의 감성은 감정과는 구분되는 심리적 현상으로, 감정이 강도가 높으며 생리적, 신체적 반응을 동반하는데 비하여, 감성은 강도가 낮으며 겉으로 나타나는 생리적 변화가 없다. 감정은 외부의 감각자극에 대하여 두뇌에서 단계적인 정보처리의 결과로 나타나지만 감성은 반사적이고 직관적으로 발생된다. 감정은 하나의 대상에 대하여 여러사람이 유사한 반응을 보이는 공통성과 객관성을 갖지만, 감성은 동일한 대상에 대해서도 개인에 따라 다양하게 나타나며 시간과 환경에 따하서도 변화한다. 감정은 일반성, 객관성, 반복성과 같은 학문적 연구대상으로서의 조건을 만족시키고 있으나, 감성은 그 특성이 학문이나 연구의 대상이 되기 위한 조건들을 충족시키지 못하며, 따라서 연구대상으로 인정받지 못하고 있다. 감성이 감정에 비하여 가장 두드러지는 점은 감정의 종류가 외부자극의 종류에 따라 결정되어지는 반면 감성의 발생은 개인의 재부상태, 즉 생활경험에 의한 기억에 의존한다는 점이다. 감성의 개인성, 변화성, 불확실성, 애매모호성등을 설명할 수 있기 위해서는 기존의 학문이 갖는 폐쇄성에서 벗어나 보다 많은 변수를 체계적이고 다각적으로 고려하는 새로운 접근이 필요하다. 학문과 연구대상에 대한 조건의 확대가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 개인의 감성은 해당 시점에서 개인이 갖고 있는 심리상태와 함깨 연령, 성별, 교육정도, 건강상태와 같은 개인요소뿐만 아니라 개인의 의식과 생활에 영향을 미치는 가정과 사회특성, 나아가 전통과 관습, 종교, 환경등와 같은 문화적 특성에 의해서도 변화된다. 그리고 이들 요소들을 개인이 처한 상황에 따라 영향의 정도가 다양하게 변화한다. 많은 요인들에 의하여 다양하게 변화되는 감성은 감성의 영향을 받는 생활환경과 결합되고, 생활경험을 중심으로 한 기억은 두뇌의 Limbic system은 자율신경계를 조절하는 hypothalamus와 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 감성의 측정평가를 위해서는 생활경험에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들의 파악과 함께 자율신경계의 반응을 측정할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 요구된다.

The software development cost appraisal is treated as a part of the program completion appraisal, and the software engineering methodology is applied. In particular, software cost estimation techniques have been actively applied. For more information about the software development costs calculation, we can refer to the "SW cost estimation guide". Although successful appraisal of a number of development costs based on the guide has been processed, but a number of cases requiring discussion of appraisal results have been discovered. In this study, we propose a use case-based size estimation method to maintain the accuracy and consistency of size estimation. As a result of performing performance evaluation of the proposed method in an environment similar to the development cost appraisal case, it was proved that the accuracy was improved over the existing function points method.

의료서비스 이용자의 가장 큰 불만은 대기시간으로 나타나고 있으나 대기시간에 대한 외국의 활발한 연구와는 달리 국내의 실증적 분석자료는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 의료서비스 접점에서 대기시간과 관련한 다양한 요인 중, 의료서비스 제공자의 대기시간에 대한 배려와 고객의 지각된 대기시간 및 대기시간 활용이 서비스접점의 부정적인 감정과 수용가능성, 서비스품질평가와 애호도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검정해 보고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과 대기시간 배려는 서비스접점의 부정적 감정을 줄이고 수용가능성은 높이는 것으로 나타났으나, 지각된 대기시간은 부정적인 감정을 높이고 수용가능성은 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스접점의 부정적인 감정은 서비스품질과 애호도를 낮추고 수용가능성은 서비스품질평가와 애호도를 높이고 있으나, 고객의 대기시간의 활용은 부정적인 감정과 수용가능성에는 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이 중 지각된 대기시간이 부정적인 감정에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The March 29, 2016, amendment to the Civil Procedure Act introduced changes to the appraisal procedures, including new obligations for appraisers, changes in the modes of appraiser testimony, and questioning of appraisers through video conferencing, with all seemingly aimed at procedurally addressing the issues with appraisal in the context of court proceedings. The changes introduced by the amendment also affect the appraisal procedures for copyrights. In light of the above, this article examines how the amendment to the Civil Procedure Act affects the appraisal procedures for copyrights. Specific issues covered by this paper include: appointment of additional appraisers, prohibition of delegated appraisal, operation of the multiple appraisal system, disclosure of participating experts, proximity of the appraiser system, and congruence of areas of expertise.

In copyright dispute on software, appraisal procedure is needed, which is regarded as an implementation of the right to fast trial. Considering that, in practice, there has been a long discussion of attempting to operate the software appraisal as a summary procedure. This was done usually by reducing the resources devoted to the summary procedure, however, this way inevitably makes difference in a result obtained through the procedure. Therefore, this research reviewed the previous operation of summary procedure in software appraisal, focusing on intrinsic nature of the summary procedure and role of software appraisal in the trial process.

영상을 통한 감정 인식 기술은 사회의 여러 분야에서 필요성이 대두되고 있음에도 불구하고 인식 과정의 어려움으로 인해 풀리지 않는 문제로 남아 있다. 인간의 움직임을 이용한 감정 인식 기술은 많은 응용이 가능하기 때문에 개발의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 영상을 통해 감정을 인식하는 시스템은 매우 다양한 기법들이 사용되는 복합적인 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 이전에 연구된 움직임 추출 방법들을 바탕으로 한 새로운 감정 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 은닉 마르코프 모델을 통해 동정된 분류기를 이용하여 감정을 인식한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 평가데이터 베이스가 구축되었으며, 이를 통해 제안된 감정 인식 시스템의 성능을 확인하였다.
