A Study on Frequency Analysis of Websites Quality Evaluation Factors (웹사이트 품질평가 요인들의 빈도분석에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, 99 evaluation factors for website quality were derived from 79 research papers. Among them, 19 factors which are quoted in more than 7 research papers are summarized.   • 본 연구는 현재 "디지털지적시범사업" 지구의 면적증감필지의 청산방법에 있어서 현재 17개 시범지구의 통일성이 없어 사업수행에 큰 차질을 빚고 있는 문제점의 개선을 위해 실효성 있는 지적재조사를 위한 방안으로 시범지구의 청산방법실태를 분석을 통해 전국적으로 제일 많이 존재하는 불부합 유형인 편위형과 불규칙형을 중심으로 1/600, 1/1200의 축척별 면적증감량에 따른 청산금을 비교 평가하였다. 또한 저비용 고효율의 새로운 면적청산모형을 제시하여 향후 지적재조사 추진과정의 가장 핵심사항으로 제기될 증감면적의 비용조정에 따른 모형을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구지역 전체의 면적증감량을 분석하고 그에 따른 개별공시지가, 감정평가액, 유사평가액, 혼합평가액의 모형에 따른 모형별 청산금의 납부 정수비용을 평가하였다.

  • Patients with schizophrenia have thinking disorders such as delusion or hallucination, because they have a deficit in the ability which to systematize and integrate information. therefore, they cannot integrate or systematize visual, auditory and tactile stimuli. In this study, we suggest a virtual reality system for the assessment of cognitive ability of schizophrenia patients, based on the brain multimodal integration model. The virtual reality system provides multimodal stimuli, such as visual and auditory stimuli, to the patient, and can evaluate the patient's multimodal integration and working memory integration abilities by making the patient interpret and react to multimodal stimuli, which must be remembered for a given period of time. the clinical study showed that the virtual reality program developed is comparable to those of the WCST and the SPM.

A Study on the Adoption of Discovery in Copyright Litigation (저작권 소송 절차에서 디스커버리 도입에 관한 소고)

  • In the Korean litigation system, structural maldistribution of evidence still remains a conundrum. Numerous solutions have been discussed so far and, today, few people deny the need for adopting a system similar to the discovery procedure in the United States. In the intellectual property (IP) domain, a wide range of legislative attempts have been made to improve the litigation system, especially for patent litigation. However, the adoption of discovery in copyright litigation is seldom discussed, despite the fact that copyright infringement lawsuits increasingly involve highly technical issues, especially in case of copyrightable computer programs. The lack of discussion on discovery adoption forms a stark contrast with the active attempts to adapt and adopt discovery procedure for patent litigation. In copyright infringement lawsuits, especially for copyrighted computer programs, securing evidence takes on crucial importance. However, in reality, there are numerous obstacles. Some lawsuits proceed even without properly securing the infringed work. To address this issue, the current litigation system needs to be improved by adopting a procedure similar to discovery. This paper reviews what solutions are being utilized today, and how we should approach the issue.

  • Computing systems have various vulnerabilities to cyber attacks. In particular, various cyber attacks that are intelligent in the information society have caused serious social problems and economic losses. Traditional security systems are based on misuse-based technology, which requires the continuous updating of new attack patterns and the real-time analysis of vast amounts of data generated by numerous security devices in order to accurately detect. However, traditional security systems are unable to respond through detection and analysis in real time, which can delay the recognition of intrusions and cause a lot of damage. Therefore, there is a need for a new security system that can quickly detect, analyze, and predict the ever-increasing cyber security threats based on machine learning and big data analysis models. In this paper, we present a IDS model that combines machine learning and big data technology.

  • 최근 들어, 기업의 내재 가치를 평가하여 투자에 활용하는 이른바 가치투자에 대한 많은 분석과 전략들이 나오고 있다. 그러나 현존하는 대부분의 투자 지원 툴들은, 단기적으로 등락을 반복하는 주가에 매매 조건을 제시하여 차액을 얻는 방식인 기술적 분석 툴로서 기업의 내재 가치를 평가하여 투자를 지원하기 에는 제한이 있다. 때문에 가치 투자자들은 기업의 가치를 체계적이고 객관적으로 판단하기 보다는, 몇몇의 공시된 자료들을 보고 개인의 판단에 따라 평가하는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 감정과 선입견을 배제한 기존의 기술적 분석 툴과 같이 기업의 가치를 정량적으로 추정하여 다양한 전략개발을 할 수 있는 툴이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 가치를 정량화하여 가치투자 전략을 개발할 수 있는 가치투자 시스템(이하 KPU-VISS)의 설계 및 구현 내용을 기술한다. 즉, 본 시스템은 주식가격을 포함한 기업의 다양한 정보와 경기 지표 등을 이용하여 기업의 가치 모델 개발을 지원하고, 이 모델에 근거하여 저평가된 종목을 검색하는 전략 개발을 지원한다. 또한, 개발된 전략을 과거의 특정 시점에 반영시킨 투자 시뮬레이션을 통하여, 전략의 실효성을 검증하는 기능도 지원한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 가치투자 지원시스템은 최초로 가치투자전략의 개발과 검증을 지원하는 시스템으로, 향후 가치투자 시스템 개발을 위한 선도적인 방향을 제시할 것으로 예상한다.

Facial Image Analysis Algorithm for Emotion Recognition (감정 인식을 위한 얼굴 영상 분석 알고리즘)

  • Although the technology for emotion recognition is important one which demanded in various fields, it still remains as the unsolved problem. Especially, it needs to develop the algorithm based on human facial image. In this paper, we propose the facial image analysis algorithm for emotion recognition. The proposed algorithm is composed as the facial image extraction algorithm and the facial component extraction algorithm. In order to have robust performance under various illumination conditions, the fuzzy color filter is proposed in facial image extraction algorithm. In facial component extraction algorithm, the virtual face model is used to give information for high accuracy analysis. Finally, the simulations are given in order to check and evaluate the performance.

  • A recommender system is a personalized decision support tool to suggest suitable products in proper manners for the benefits of both suppliers and consumers, with the assumption of full understating of consumers' needs and preferences. However, a substantial number of studies have focused on making recommender systems more accurate and efficient. Whereas, there have been a few studies on consumers' needs and preferences under their own contexts to accept recommender systems. To this end, this study attempted to find out the impact of personal sentiments and contexts on the willingness to accept music recommender systems based on the simplified "Technology Acceptance Model" and some verified variables from the precedent studies. For the study, we conducted an empirical study using surveys and High-Order Structural Equation Model (SEM). The outcomes of the research was affirmative to the research hypothesis that the personal sentiments and contexts positively affect the acceptance of the music recommender systems.

Development of Mobile Application Prototype Inducing Learner's Attention (학습자의 주의집중을 유도하는 모바일 애플리케이션 프로토타입 개발)

  • As non face-to-face classes carry on discussion about learner's attention continues. To improve learning effect learner's attention is important whether non face-to-face classes or face-to-face classes. In this study a mobile application prototype inducing learner attention is developed taking account of learner emotion that is one of the factors affecting learner attention. When learner selects one of the four emotions displayed in the application, it shows the activity inducing the learner's attention related to the selected emotion. In order to evaluate the usability of the developed application, 32 middle and high school students are asked to run the application and then conduct a survey using 5 point Likert scale. The survey result indicates that there is a possibility that the developed application in this study induces learner attention as showing that the result point of 'I can pay attention' and 'I feel psychological stable' is respectively 3.56 and the result point of 'I feel useless thought disappear' is 3.6.

Application of Bibliotherapy to Enhance the Happiness of University Students (대학생 행복지수 제고를 위한 독서치료 적용에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a new bibliotherapy program on the happiness index of University students. The results were as follows: Firstly, we can raise the happiness index through the new bibliotherapy program. More specifically, we can reduce negative emotions to a great extent, and raising the level of satisfaction with life is effective. But increasing positive emotions is not easy. Secondly, Effect of bibliotherapy program on the factors of Happiness is different by various situations. Thirdly, reaction of participants of bibliotherapy program to religeous and spiritual media is different.
