2006년 감염인 지원센터 운영사업 등 다각적인 사업을 펼친 대한에이즈예방협회의 미래를 이끌고 나갈 사무총장이 새로 취임했다. 엄총장에게 취임소감과 대한에이즈예방협회의 2007년 사업방향과 미래비젼에 대해 들어봤다. 엄총장은 본.지회 조직망을 정비하고 활성화시켜 사업기반을 구축하고, 투명한 행정절차와 예산집행으로 감염인과의 신뢰 회복을 위해 노력하겠다고 전했다.

정부는 에이즈 감염인에게 치료와 복지를 위해 생계가 어려운 이들에게 생활비 지원을 모든 감염인/환자들에게 치료비 지원을 하고 있다. 사회적 질환인 에이즈에 감염되면 많은 이들은 그 충격에 직장을 그만두고 삶의 의지를 꺾는 경우가 종종 있다. 만약 그 감염인이 한 가정의 수입을 책임지는 가장이라면 가정경제의 붕괴는 불을 보듯 뻔하다. 스스로 직장을 그만두지 않더라도 건강상의 이유로 직장을 계속 다니지 못할 경우 가족의 생계 혹은 개인의 생계는 큰 어려움에 빠지게 된다. 감염인들의 이러한 특성을 고려하여 정부에서는 감염인들 중 생활유지가 곤란한 이들에게 기초생활수급자 자격을 부여하고 있다.

질병관리본부는 2004년 1/4분기에 139명이 신규로 HIN에 감염되어, 2004년 3월말까지 누적 감염자수는 총 2,679명으로 발표하였다. 2,679명 중 에이즈환자는 411명이며, 544명이 사망하여 현재 2,135명이 생존해 있다고 밝혔다. 1/4분기 신규감염자 139명은 지난해 같은 기간에 비해 $20.9\%$증가한 수치로, 이는 하루 평균 1.5명이 신규로 HIN에 감염되는 것을 의미하는 것으로 그 어느 때보다 에이즈에 대한 경각심이 요구되고 있다.

항문외과에서 에이즈 감염을 의심해야 할 경우는 항문 성교에 의한 물리적인 병변 및 성병의 형태로 나타나는 경우와 에이즈에 의해 면역이 저하됨에 따라 나타나는 여러 가지 기회 질환의 형태로 나타날 수 있다. HIV 감염자 및 AIDS환자의 항문, 직장 병변은 면역 저하와 관련된 여러 종류의 드문 감염질환과 종양의 형태로 나타날 수 있고 2가지 이상의 질병이 복합적으로 나타나는 경우가 흔하다. 많은 감염이 항문 성교를 받는 동성연애 남성에서 나타나지만 항문 성교의 과거력이 없는 이성 연애 남성 및 여성에게서도 생길 수 있다. 최근에는 이성간의 항문 성교가 HIV 감염의 중요한 원인 중 한가지로 강조되고 있다.

우리는 흔히 에이즈에 대해 막연한 공포를 가지고 있다. 그 공포는 에이즈에 대한 무지와 편견에서 온 것으로 정확한 정보와 지식을 갖추는 길만이 예방과 전파 방지, 감염인과의 공존의 최선책이 될 것이다. 이번 호에서는 HIV의 여러 가지 전파 경로를 상세히 살펴보고자 한다.

새 예방법의 주요 개정내용으로는 감염인의 사회적 편견과 차별해소를 위해 국가 및 지방자치단체의 의무를 강화하고, 사업주는 근로자가 감염인이라는 이유로 불이익을 주거나 차별대우를 못하도록 하였으며, 근로자에게 후천성면역결핍증 검진결과서를 요구할 수 없도록 하였다.

본회는 지난 10월 29일 프레스센터에서 이라는 주제로 에이즈예방 심포지엄을 개최하였다. 우리나라 HIV감염인이 1,000명을 넘은 시점에서 그들의 복지와 쉼터의 발전 방향을 모색해보는 보람있는 시간이었다.

Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate the status of infection for infectious diseases and infection control in occupational therapy. Methods : This study was implemented through the survey composed of the status of infection for infectious disease and the infection control and awareness of the infection control. The duration of survey was a month, June, 2016. 111 occupational therapists in 23 room of occupational therapy completed a survey. Results : 34.8% of occupational therapy room experienced the infectious diseases. This study showed the occupational therapists have high performance in almost items of infection control. But the occupational therapist showed the low performance in the items including 'Washing hands over than 15 seconds', 'Washing hands before and after wearing gloves', 'Wearing mask during treatment', 'Throwing away mask after using' and 'Washing your uniform separate from other cloths'. Almost occupational therapists think infection control is important and the education for infection control is needed in occupational therapy. But most of the education is implemented in only medical institution. Conclusion : To improve performance in infection control, individual effort of occupational therapists and institutional strategies are needed. This study will use as basic data for the education about infection control aimed at the occupational therapists.

에이즈에 감염되고 나면 감염인으로서 일상생활을 어떻게 잘 운영해 나갈 것인가, 특히 본능으로서의 성적욕구의 문제, 성생활을 어떻게 영위해 나갈것인가는 감염인의 삶에서 제기되는 커다란 문제가 아닐 수 없다.

This study aims to provide basic information on how to secure competitiveness of companies from a practical point of view by examining how information sharing for companies' infection prevention and service quality improvement affects revisit intentions. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 341 visitors over the age of 19 who visited offline stores located in Busan and Gyeongnam were selected as study subjects. As a result of this study, it was found that consumers' perceived health beliefs, perceived disease infection probability, and perceived disease infection severity had a significant effect on revisit intention. In addition, it was found that the company's infection prevention information sharing and infection prevention customer management had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between perceived health beliefs and revisit intention. Based on these research results, the conclusion suggested that a company needs a series of management activities that can contribute to the sharing of information on infection prevention and customer management among members of the organization and achievement of business performance.
