인터넷을 비롯한 통신 네트워크의 발전으로 개개인의 콘텐츠 수요가 증가함에 따라 다양한 콘텐츠 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 추천 시스템이 대두되고 있으며, 이러한 추천 시스템의 기반 기술로써 내용 기반 검색 기술의 필요가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 하나인 음악의 무드를 내용 기반으로 분류하기 위해, 음악 비트 검출에 기반한 프레임화를 적용하였으며, 스펙트럼의 고조파를 좀더 강조하기 위한 HDS(Harmonic Distribution Spectrum)을 제안하였다. 또한 다양한 차원 감쇄 기법과 분류기를 이용한 실험을 통해 무드 분류 시스템의 성능 비교를 진행하였다.

In this paper, we have studied the dependence of insertion loss of a microstrip stepped impedance lowpass filter with coupled open stubs. Coupling mechanisms in the filter depend not only on the transmission line width of the filter but also the gap width of coupled open stubs and three attenuation poles are created with the proper conditions. Also edge capacitance between open stubs play an important role in having three attenuation Poles. We verify the results by obtaining [S] matrices.

Characteristics of the high frequency pulsatile flow have been investigated experimentally to understand the flow phenomena in the hydraulic system. The accumulator in high frequency hydraulic system but that is not effective all frequency zone. Therefore, a hydraulic damper used with accumulator is suggested to reduce the high frequency pulsatile where the accumulator is not effective. The pulsating pressure obtained by Pressure measurement system are analyzed to power spectral density distribution. According to the variations of pump input pressure and actuator acceleration frequency, the pressure is measured with or without an accumulator or pulsatile damper The amplitude of pressure with damper is very lower than those without accumulator or damper due to absorbing function of damper. As the frequency of actuator acceleration is increased, the effect of damper becomes very important to decrease the amplitude of pulsatile Pressure waveform with high frequencies.

중성입자가 함께 존재하는 불균일한 플라즈마 내로 입사하는 전파들은 플라즈마의 전자 밀도와 전자-중성입자 충돌에 의해 영향을 받게 된다. 특히 전자들의 운동이 중요한 높은 주파수 파동들은 상위 혼합 공명(Upper Hybrid Resonance)과 주변 자기장 현상에 의한 파동 모드 변환(mode conversion)으로 전파의 성질이 변하게 된다. 그리고 전자-중성입자에 의한 충돌은 에너지의 감쇄 등의 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 조건을 모두 고려한 유체 수치 모델을 이용하여 지구의 전리층이나 약한 자기권을 가지고 있는 행성 대기와 같이 플라즈마와 중성입자가 섞여있는 매질에서의 전자기파 파동의 특성을 조사하였다. 주파수, 중성대기 밀도 및 입사 각도에 따라 파동의 공명 흡수량과 감쇄량을 각각 알아본다.

Rain-attenuation and cross-polarization models for millimeter-wave propagation are discussed and compared with measurements in the various countries. Rain-rate conversion model which converted <$\tau$minutes rain-rate data to one minute rain-rate data, which is applicable for domestic environments are also discussed. Using the converted domestic rain-rate data, probability distributions of rain attenuation and cross-polarization discrimination are computed for various models, and the results are compared with each other.

본 연구에서는 3G CDMA 이동통신시스템의 소프트블록킹 확률을 구할 수 있는 새로운 해석적인 모형을 제안한다. 제안된 모형은 트래픽의 지리적 분포에 따른 신호감쇄특성을 매크로화 하여, 트래픽 양(volume)의 변동성을 반영한 CDMA 트래픽 엔지니어링 모델개발에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다. 제안된 모형은 현실시스템 상황을 반영한 실험을 통해 그 유효성을 검증하였다.

본 연구에서는 조직 이미지 프로세싱에서 로칼 조직의 주파수 성분과 방향각을 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 점근적 2-D FPSS QPS 필터의 커널쌍 구성에 대하여 논의하고 이를 아용한 오리엔테이션 필터의 설계와 응용을 고찰한다. 설계된 필터 특성은 필터 길이가 주어지는 경우 대역폭, 감쇄 정수, 방향각, 그리고 변이 정수에 의존하므로 특성 제어가 용이하다. 4개의 커널쌍으로 구성된 오리엔테이션 필터에 의한 방향각 측정 오차는 최대 2.5°이며 세그멘테이션 결과도 효과적임을 보였다. 그리고 단일 방향각을 갖는 오리엔테이션 필터에 의해 조직 이미지의 특성 성분의 추출이 용이함을 보였다.
