A study on the design of cycloidal pitch reducer for the 2MW-class wind turbine (2MW급 풍력발전기 사이클로이드 피치감속기 설계에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper, finite element analysis of a cycloidal pitch reducer for a 2 MW-class wind turbine is reviewed. The system is composed of one cycloid set, one spur gear set, an input shaft, an output shaft, and a housing. The system was also evaluated for stability by analyzing spur gear strength according to ISO 6336. An analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of the 2 MW-class wind turbine cycloid pitch reducer was performed with attention to critical speed with input mass unbalance, output mass unbalance, spur gear transmission error, cycloid gear transmission error, and excitation frequency.

  • We aimed to develop a high quality 3.5 ton class swing reducer by studying the efficiency improvement of the reducer through the optimum design and performance evaluation of the assembled, high efficiency, lightweight 3.5 ton swing reducer. Based on the optimal design of the worm and worm wheel, the optimal manufacturing method of the worm wheel, the optimized casing design, and the optimum design of the output pinion, Respectively. Therefore, in this paper, to improve the efficiency of the worm gear reducer system, we will develop the manufacturing technology and verify the mass production by combining the manufacturing process design, processing and assembling technology according to the optimization design. We have conducted research to realize mass production by product verification such as product efficiency, reliability and durability according to optimal design of worm gear reducer.

  • CANDU에서 감속재온도제어기는 칼란드리아 출구에서의 감속재온도를 일정하게 유지하기 위한 제어 프로그램이다. 본 연구에서는 강속재온도제어 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위하여 주감속재계통의 동특성모델식을 적용하여 모의실험을 수행하였다. Setback 모의실험에 대하여는 설정온도를 적절히 유지하였으나, Stepback 모의실험에 대하여는 설정온도를 크게 벗어나는 오버슈트를 나타내었다. 되먹임제어기의 PID 파라메타를 최적화하고, 정상상태모델에 근거하여 앞먹임제어기의 설계를 개선함으로써 Stepback 모의실험에서 나타난 오버슈트를 줄일 수 있었다.

  • 선회시스템의 수명을 정확히 예측하기 위해서는 굴삭기의 상부회전체 및 선회시스템의 모든 구성요소들의 질량관성모멘트를 고려하여 선회감속기의 수명 평가를 수행해야 한다. 선회감속기의 수명 평가방법은 주로 실험실 시험으로 수행이 되며, 시험 장비는 장비 구축 편의성과 비용 등의 이유로 증속기와 굴삭기 상부회전체의 등가 관성체 등으로 구성된다. 굴삭기 선회시스템의 정확한 등가 실험실 시험을 위해서는 시험에 사용되는 등가 관성체의 관성모멘트를 정확히 결정하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 굴삭기 선회시스템의 등가 실험실 시험을 위해 굴삭기 상부회전체의 관성모멘트를 결정하기 위하여 수행되었다. 굴삭기 선회 시험을 통하여 선회감속기 입력 속도 및 토크를 측정하였고, 반복계산법을 이용하여 굴삭기 상부 회전체의 등가관성모멘트를 계산하였다. 굴삭기 상부회전체의 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하여 선회 시험 결과와 시뮬레이션 모델 비교 분석을 통해 굴삭기 시뮬레이션 모델을 검증하고, 검증된 모델을 이용하여 상부회전체의 관성모멘트가 반영된 등가 실험실 시험 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였다.

  • The most of reducers consist of many gear parts, but a ball reducer never contains a gear. As the ball reducer with gearless has no back lash, it is necessary more and more to precision machine. The reducing of ball reducer happens by cycloid curves and all instant relative velocity centers always pass on a given constant position when rotational running. Then, it is difficult to calculate cycloid curve for design and machining. So, this paper studied a software for the design of the ball reducer design and machined all parts included among cycloid curve. By using the developed software, this study has large benefit to design every ball reducer.

  • In this paper, noise sources of a planocentric gear reducer are identified by experimental mehod. This study consider a reduction method of a noise/vibration about the gear, axle, bearing and others. Namely, the purpose of this study is to reduce a noise/vibration for a stability of the total system. Form the data to be measured through an experimental method, the problems of the gear, axle, bearing and others are examined closely, and the reducer is derived the model to be the engineering. The mechanism of the problem occurrence is examined through a parametric research about an each influence factor(Load). Lastly, the results of this study propose the model to be improved.

  • All teeth on the cycloidal plate gear exist in the contact motion with rollers and the forces are interacted between roller gears with cycloidal plate gears. So, the contact forces and friction forces must be required to improve the accuracy in design procedures of cycloidal speed reducers. This paper presents a force analysis considered the friction effect approach derived by static force equilibrium condition, geometrical adaptation, instant velocity center method and relative velocity method. Finally, the paper develops CAD-program for the construction of the design automation using the proposed method.
