  • A series of revolutionary industrial changes took place from the 18th century of the First Industrial Revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is a new industrial revolution in which intelligence and information unite. Social, cultural, economic and educational systems are expected to emerge within the category of access and experience. In the course of intelligent mechanization, manpower and machinery need to be commandeered. Tools should be left to the machine and humans should look at essential issues. In the 4th Industrial Revolution, the paradigm of education should fundamentally change. Instead of routine technologies based on memorization, one should learn how to access and utilize. It needs to focus on areas of debate, cooperation, communication, sensibility, and artistry that robots and artificial intelligence can not afford. The fourth industrial revolution is the fusion of human beings and technology, the humanities and the technology.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational performance in clinical nurses regarding anger expression, job satisfaction, job commitment, and turnover intention. Methods: Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from 162 clinical nurses in three university hospitals in 2008, and analyzed by the SPSS 14.0 Window program, using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Emotional intelligence showed a statistically significant association with each of anger expression-in, anger expression-control, job satisfaction, job commitment, turnover intention, and organizational performance. The multiple regression analysis also showed that organizational performance was statistically significant with job satisfaction, job commitment, and emotional intelligence respectively. 38.0% of the variation of organizational performance was explained by these variables. Conclusion: Emotional intelligence significantly affected organizational performance together with job satisfaction and job commitment. From this result, it could be concluded that nursing interventions for emotional intelligence have a positive effect on improving organizational performance. Further studies are needed to develop nursing intervention programs for emotional intelligence and test its effects on organizational performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of personal characteristics and social entrepreneurship on social entrepreneurship intention, and to determine whether the moderating effect of gender influences on the relationship between personal characteristics and social entrepreneurship. In order to achieve these research objectives, the personal characteristics affecting social entrepreneurship were identified with moral obligation, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence. Also, prior studies on social entrepreneurship and social enterprise entrepreneurship intention were reviewed. As a result of the study, we find that moral obligation, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence all had a positive effect on social entrepreneurship. Second, social entrepreneurship had a positive effect on social enterprise entrepreneurship intentions. Third, analyzing the moderating effect of men and women in the relationship between personal characteristics and social entrepreneurship, it was found that there was a difference in the value of the path coefficient representing the relationship between moral obligation and social entrepreneurship. However, there was no moderating effect in the relationship between self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and social entrepreneurship by gender. Therefore, this study is expected to serve as a reference for people who want to start a social enterprise in the future to verify their characteristics and use them as a way to improve their social entrepreneurship.

Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive, reliability, factor and correlation analyses and AMOS (5.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The main results of this study were as follows. First, the managers gave the highest point to their leaders in the emotional leadership competence 'organizational awareness : reading the currents, decision networks, and politics at the organizational level' and gave the lowest point in the emotional leadership competence 'influence: wielding effective tactics for persuasion'. • With the development of social media services in the era of Web 2.0, the public opinion formation site has been partially shifted from the traditional mass media to social media. This phenomenon is continuing to expand, and public opinions on government polices created and shared on social media are attracting more attention. It is particularly important to grasp public opinions in policy formulation because setting up educational policies involves a variety of stakeholders and conflicts. The purpose of this study is to explore public opinions about education-related policies through an empirical analysis of social media documents on education policies using opinion mining techniques. For this purpose, we collected the education policy-related documents by keyword, which were produced by users through the social media service, tokenized and extracted sentimental qualities of the documents, and scored the qualities using sentiment dictionaries to find out public preferences for specific education policies. As a result, a lot of negative public opinions were found regarding the smart education policies that use the keywords of digital textbooks and e-learning; while the software education policies using coding education and computer thinking as the keywords had more positive opinions. In addition, the general policies having the keywords of free school terms and creative personality education showed more negative public opinions. As much as 20% of the documents were unable to extract sentiments from, signifying that there are still a certain share of blog posts or tweets that do not reflect the writers' opinions.

  • In this study, we tried to produce moving-image works through sentiment analysis of music. First, Google natural language API was used for the sentiment analysis of lyrics, then the result was applied to the image visualization rules. In prior engineering researches, text-based sentiment analysis has been conducted to understand users' emotions and attitudes by analyzing users' comments and reviews in social media. In this study, the data was used as a material for the creation of artworks so that it could be used for aesthetic expressions. From the machine's point of view, emotions are substituted with numbers, so there is a limit to normalization and standardization. Therefore, we tried to overcome these limitations by linking the results of sentiment analysis of lyrics data with the rules of formative elements in visual arts. This study aims to transform existing traditional art works such as literature, music, painting, and dance to a new form of arts based on the viewpoint of the machine, while reflecting the current era in which artificial intelligence even attempts to create artworks that are advanced mental products of human beings. In addition, it is expected that it will be expanded to an educational platform that facilitates creative activities, psychological analysis, and communication for people with developmental disabilities who have difficulty expressing emotions.
