최근 정보 시스템의 기능이 복잡화, 거대화하고 있는 추세에 따라 감리인이 수작업으로 시험시나리오를 작성하고, 검증시험을 실시하는 것은 매우 비효율적이라고 할 수 있으며, 결과로 얻어진 증적 자료는 신뢰성 및 객관성 면에서 한계를 가지게 된다. 정보시스템 감리의 시험단계에 대하여 적정한 시험도구를 도입 ${\cdot}$ 적용함으로써 감리 시행의 효율성을 제고하고 정량적인 판단 근거를 제시하여, 감리 의견의 신뢰성 및 일관성을 확보하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 감리서비스요인이 감리품질과 감리성과간의 관계에 미치는 영향과 이들과 자동화 도구 적용의 적합관계를 규명하고, 나아가서 감리품질과 감리성과간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 자동화 도구가 감리품질에 유의한 영향요인이며, 또한 감리품질은 감리성과에, 그리고 자동화 도구의 적용이 감리성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

The importance and demand about IS(information system) audit we increasing to raise quality of IS and prevention of the IS risk and dysfunction. Technology and system research for the substantiality and raising reliability of IS audit are continuously performed. But, there are misunderstanding of audit clients about IS audit, insufficiency of auditor's ability and misunderstanding of new technology and target business area. Therefore, is not getting trust from client or system integrator because service quality of IS audit is weak relatively. This study aims at survey correlation between audit service quality factor and audit quality, between audit quality and customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follow. Auditor's ability, correspondence has a significant effect on audit quality, also audit quality on audit satisfaction, and Auditor`s ability, reliability has a significant effect on audit satisfaction.

본 연구는 감리품질에 따른 감리성과와 프로젝트성과에의 영향으로 감리의뢰기관이 해당 감리기관에 재구매의도 또는 재계약의도에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 설정된 연구모형을 중심으로 전반적인 분석을 수행하였으며, 경로분석 결과 모든 영향관계가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 감리품질이 프로젝트성과와 감리효과 및 만족도에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 프로젝트성과와 감리 효과 및 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 감리품질뿐만 아니라 감리품질에 영향을 미치는 감리서비스요인에 대해 판단할 필요가 있으며, 감리효과와 만족도가 높으면 재구매에 정의 영향을 미치고, 프로젝트 성과가 높으면 재구매에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

정보화가 급격히 확산되면서 정보화로 인한 파급효과와 더불어 정보화의 위험과 역기능 방지와 정보시스템의 품질을 제고하기 위한 최적의 방법중 하나로서 정보시스템 감리에 대한 중요성과 그 수요가 증가하고 있다. 더불어 감리내실화와 신뢰성제고를 위한 기술연구와 제도연구도 지속적으로 수행되어왔다. 많은 감리의뢰기관이 감리자체를 시업성공을 위한 품질보증 및 생산성 향상을 도모하기 위해 실시하는 중간평가로 보지 않고 있고, 감리인의 학력.경력.자격수준 및 신기술에 대한 이해도, 숙련도 부족과 감리대상업무파악 미흡으로 현장감각이 부족하여 실제보다 형식에 치우쳐 있다. 따라서, 정보시스템 감리의 서비스품질이 상대적으로 취약하여 감리의뢰기관이나 피감리 기관으로부터 신뢰를 얻지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마케팅분야의 서비스품질평가모형을 일부 도입하여 감리서비스 품질요인과 감리품질 또는 감리충실도간의 관계를 규명하고, 나아가서 감리충실도에 영향을 끼치는 요소는 외적서비스요인과 내적서비스요인으로 구분하였으며, 이요인들이 감리충실도에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다, 더불어 감리충실도가 감리효과 및 만족도와 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다.

국내의 정보시스템 감리가 공공기관의 정보시스템에 개발감리 위주로 도입된 지 20 년 가까이 되었으나, 운영부문에 대한 감리는 일부만 시행되고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 정보시스템 운영감리의 중요성을 인식하여 운영감리지침 제정 등 운영감리를 위한 준비를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공기관의 정보시스템 운영감리 시 감리인의 기술적 특성과 관리적 특성이 운영품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공공기관의 정보시스템 담당공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 감리인의 기술적 특성이 감리인의 관리적 특성과 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 감리인의 기술적 특성이 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다.

정보시스템 감리는 "정보시스템 통제"와 "소프트웨어 품질보증"에 있다. 각종위험과 통제로부터 최상의 품질을 위해 지원하는 기능을 한다. 시스템개발에 대한 개발감리는 민간감리법인에서 실시하고, 한국전산원은 주기적 점검감리인 운영감리와 정보기술감리인 성과감리를 지향해야 할 것이다. 학계에서는 감리인 양성을 위한 대학 내 학과를 개설하여 유망한 인재를 공기관과 감리법인, 협회에 배출시키고 감리인협회에서는 기술개발, 홍보활동으로 감리효과성을 극대화 해야함이 바람직할 것이다. 향후 감리제도의 발전적 연구로 정보시스템 감리의 품질향상과 활성화를 기대해본다. 그리고, 가장 중요한 것은 정보시스템감리 마인드 확산이다.

최근의 정보 시스템 감리수요는 공공부문을 중심으로 매우 빠르게 증가하여 점차적으로 민간부문으로 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 이는 정보 시스템 감리를 통해 정보 시스템의 품질 향상을 기대할 수 있기 때문이며, 향후에도 조직의 정보시스템에 대한 의존도가 증가할 것 이므로, 정보시스템의 효과성, 효율성 및 보안성은 더욱 중요한 문제로 대두 될 것이며, 따라서 시스템 감리의 중요성은 높아질 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 그러나 아직 정보시스템감리는 이러한 기대에 부응하기 위한 체계적 기술분야로 정립되지 못하고 있으며, 그 원인으로서는 분석 결과의 객관적 증거 확보를 통한 감리 결과의 신뢰성 제고가 미흡한 것이 제기되고 있다. 이는 정보시스템 감리가 다분히 주관적인 요소에 의해 수행되며 이로 인하여 감리인과 피감리인 간의 의견 상충이 다수 발생되며, 이러한 갈등은 감리의 효과성을 크게 저하시키고 있다. 본 연구 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 다양한 문헌 고찰을 통해 실질적인 계량적 감리 접근방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법론 실무에서 유용하게 쓰일 수 있으며, 이러한 노력은 우리나라의 감리 품질 제고에 큰 도움이 될 것이라 생각한다. 또한 이러한 계량적 데이터 추후 감리 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있어 감리 연구에도 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

감리는 정보시스템의 품질을 향상시키기 위한 일련의 활동들 중 하나로 독립된 제3자가 정보시스템 구축 및 운영에 관련된 각종 위험 및 통제 상태를 점검하고 평가하여 개선이 필요한 사항을 권고하는 것이다. 그러나, 대부분의 평가가 감리인의 전문적 경험 및 주관적 판단에 의존한 정성적 방법으로 수행되고 있어 중요한 위험을 간과할 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 다양한 비정형 산출물을 DTD와 스키마를 포함한 XML메타 모델인 표준포맷을 생성 후 단계별 필 통합적 방법으로 의미분석을 실시하여 자동으로 위험요소를 식별하고 평가할 수 있는 위험평가 프레임워크, 위험평가 모델, 위험평가 기준을 제안한다. 이와 같은 시스템화된 감리품질 개선기법을 통하여 추출된 결과는 감리인에게 사전에 전달됨으로써 감리노력과 일정을 절약할 수 있어 효율적인 감리수행 및 효과적인 감리결과가 보장된다.

This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.
