This study was to verify the effect of the supervisor's abusive supervision on turnover intention and the mediating role of emotional stress and work engagement in the process. The online survey was conducted on 317 employees and the data were analyzed through SPSS Macro and bootstrapping. The results are as follows: the correlation between abusive supervision, emotional stress, work engagement and turnover intention was confirmed to be statistically significant, and dual mediating effect of emotional stress and work engagement was statistically significant. This study showed meaningful results on the path of the abusive supervision and turnover intention. Further studies with longitudinal method and in-depth studies on factors influencing pathways will be needed to verify substantially the dual mediating effect.

The study analyzed Sofia Coppola's early films and to study her views about social frames on women. Moreover, the study shows the connection to Coppola's worldview on women in her other films; and . The study also analyzed the cinematography in her films as Coppola did not convey the messages directly. In addition, the study pursues a re-evaluation on , which was a controversial film among critics, and unravels the uncertain open-ending in . Throughout the comparative analysis, the study reveals that the two films have consistent views that do not differ from each other and that it was the progress to the growth of Coppola's worldview. The conclusion of these two films connects to another controversial content in Coppola's next film. Hence, one expects the analysis of these films to provide a better understanding of Sofia Coppola's other films.

We examine the relationship between abusive supervision and work-family conflict, and the moderating effects of employee's resilience and perceived organizational support. We collected the employees' sample(n=136) and conducted multiple hierarchical regression analysis. Abusive supervision has a significant positive effect on work-family conflict. Subordinate's resilience has a buffer effect on the main relationship, but perceived organizational support has no significant moderating effect. This study will be helpful for employees who are suffered from work-family conflict.

Due to the continuous spread of COVID-19 and the overall decline of the global economy, the business environment of Chinese SMEs is poor, the level of abusive supervision among managers of Chinese SMEs has generally risen state. First of all, the management' abusive supervision has a negative impact on the members' trust in leader. Secondly, the members' trust in leader has a negative impact on the members' knowledge hiding. However, the members' trust in leader has a positive impact on job engagement. Accordingly, this study puts forward some revelations on how to reduce the management' abusive supervision in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises and the members' knowledge hiding, as well as how to improve the members' knowledge hiding and job engagement.

최근에 제안된 감독 지식을 융합하는 강화 학습 기법인 potential-based RL 기법의 효용성은 이론적 최적 정책으로의 수렴성 보장으로 증명되었고, policy-reuse RL 기법의 우수성은 감독지식을 융합하지 않는 기존의 강화학습과 실험적인 비교를 통하여 증명되었지만, policy-reuse RL 기법을 potential-based RL 기법과 비교한 연구는 아직까지 제시된 바가 없었다. 본 논문에서는 potential-based RL 기법과 policy-reuse RL 기법의 실험적인 성능 비교를 통하여 기법이 policy-reuse RL 기법이 policy-reuse RL 기법에 비하여 더 빠르게 수렴한다는 것을 보이며, 또한 policy-reuse RL 기법의 성능은 재사용하는 정책의 optimality에 영향을 받는다는 것을 보인다.

우리나라는 항공안전을 위한 지속적인 노력으로 국제적인 수준의 안전성을 유지하여 왔으나, 최근의 여러 항공사고의 발생과 급변하는 국제적 환경에 따라 항공안전관리체계의 개선 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에 대응하기 위해 2014년부터 수행되고 있는 시스템 기반 항공(운항, 감항) 안전감독 지원시스템의 개발 이후 원활한 운영을 위하여, 운영에 필요한 기반에 해당하는 법령 고시 훈령 예규 등 법제도와 정책의 수립을 위한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 항공안전감독 업무에 관련되는 국내외 법제도를 조사 및 분석하여 문제점을 파악하고, 국외 사례와 비교하여 개선방안을 제시한다. 주요 개선방안으로는 법령에 위험관리를 위한 체계의 정의와 그 역할에 대한 세부적인 명시 등이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시한다.

1995년 일본 애니메이션에 파란을 일으키며 등장한 오시이 마모루 감독의‘공각기동대’는 수많은 마니아를 낳고 전세계로 파장의 강도를높여가며 유명세를 떨친 작품으로 기억된다. 수많은 아티스트들이 공각기동대의 오프닝에서 주인공 쿠사나기가 시니컬한 웃음을 지으며 열광학 위장술로 천천히 사라지던 장면을 비롯, 많은 부분을 자신들의 영화, 애니메이션에 차용하며 오시이 마모루 감독의 철학세계에 경배를 올렸다. 그후 9년, 독특한 철학과 영상으로 센세이션을 일으켰던 그가 다시 돌아왔다. 애니메이션 공각기동대의 속편인‘이노센스’로 말이다. 기획 2년, 제작 3년 등 5년 간의 작업 끝에 만들어진 이노센스(감독 오시이 마모루, 수입 대원C&A홀딩스)는 공각기동대의 주인공 쿠사나기가 육체를 버리고 네트워크 속으로 사라진 마지막 장면으로부터 3년이 지난 후의 이야기다. 10월 8일 국내 개봉 예정인 이노센스는 한층 더 심오한 철학세계를 펼쳐보인다. 공각기동대의 후속작으로 한층 더 진일보된 비주얼과 메시지를 전달하는 이노센스의 세계에 빠져본다.

This study aims to investigate the landscape and significance of Korean feminist documentaries produced in the postfeminist era when the categorization of women is fragmented and the effectiveness of feminism is suspected. We discussed how Korean feminist documentary directors define the concept of feminism, and the main motives underlying their films. We also explored the representation strategies that the filmmakers adopt and what they intend to accomplish.

The effects of material monitoring and information sources of maternal knowledge on externalizing and internalizing behaviors of adolescents were examined with a sample of 323 ninth-grade middle school students(163 boys and 160 girls) and their mothers. Data were collected using questionnaires regarding maternal monitoring, information sources of maternal knowledge, and externalizing and internalizing behaviors of adolescents. The major findings were that 1) unemployed mothers showed more monitoring than employed mothers; 2) mothers perceived that girls showed more self-disclosure and were more controlled by them than boys; 3) girls showed more internalizing behavior than boys; 4) the more adolescents were monitored by their mothers, the less internalizing behavior they showed; 5) the more maternal solicitation was used, the more externalizing behavior girls showed; 6) adolescents showed the least externalizing behavior when maternal monitoring was highly perceived by both mothers and adolescents. And perception of maternal monitoring by adolescents themselves plays an important role in showing less externalizing behavior.

네트워크 기반 침입탐지시스템은 연속적으로 발생하는 패킷의 무손실 축소와, 패킷으로 정상 또는 비정상 행위패턴을 정확히 모델링한 모델 생성이 전체성능을 판단하는 중요한 요소가 된다. 네트워크 기반 비정상행위 판정 침입탐지시스템에서는 이러한 탐지모델 구축을 위해 주로 감독학습 알고리즘을 사용한다. 본 논문은 탐지모델 구축에 사용하는 감독 학습 방식이 가지는 문제점을 지적하고, 그에 대한 대안으로 비감독 학습방식의 학습알고리즘을 제안한다. 감독 학습을 사용하여 탐지모델을 구축하기 위해서는 정상행위의 패킷을 취합해야 하는 사전 부담이 있는 반면에 비감독 학습을 사용하게 되면 이러한 사전작업 없이 탐지모델을 구축할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 비감독학습 알고리즘을 비교 분석하기 위해서 COBWEB, k-means, Autoclass 알고리즘을 사용했으며, 성능을 평가하기 위해서 비정상행위도(Abnormal Behavior Level)를 계산하여 에러율을 구하였다.
