Concept mapping is a kind of decision-making method that structuralized complex ideas and presented visually. Already, concept mapping is widely utilized in counseling, nursing and public health area to plan and evaluation their program and service. For recent, effectiveness of concept mapping has been reported. Concept mapping is a effective decision-making method that they recognize outcome gap between service provider and client, reach the outcome's consensus in counseling and nursing, medical area. In this study, we conceptualized 3rd year outcomes of Community Impact Project that was supported from Busan Chest using concept mapping. This CI project intervenes children and youth who lives in Buk-gu, Busan. Concept mapping has six stages-preparation, collecting ideas, structuring statements, representing statement, interpreting the results of the analysis, applying the results. We followed these steps. The participants were working at social welfare organizations, total 11 persons. We obtained 60 statements and analyzed using multidimensional scaling. we collected 5 clusters, cluster 1 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth', cluster 2 'social system change of children and youth', cluster 3 'friendly community formation', cluster 4 'community people change', cluster 5 'service provider change'. As a result, among total 5 clusters formed, 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth' came to the strongest outcomes. In addition, clear conceptualization on each element of the program planning was made.
The purpose of this study was conducted with suggesting a clue to improve the perception of jobs for the elderly, and the final study subject was 110 people. As a research methods were student t-test, ⲭ2-test, one-way ANOVA(Scheffe). The result of the study are as follows. The perception and economic status of the young elderly(65-74 years old) were significantly higher. The perception of public jobs was significantly higher when married, religious, and monthly income was more than 4 million won. The perception of social service-type jobs was significantly higher when married and when there was a religion. The perception of private jobs was high when the monthly income was more than 4 million won (p<0.05). The preference for "parking order service" in the public sector, "support for elderly facilities" in the social service sector, and "fast food restaurant employees, kitchen, restaurant assistants, and food delivery service workers" in the private sector was the highest. In conclusion, there is a need for an education program to improve the perception of jobs for the elderly in order to raise the awareness of job policies for the elderly, which decrease with age. It is expected to be used as basic data for job creation and job creation that can be done according to the age of the elderly.
The development of information and communication technologies (ICT) and changes in medical services centering on daily life have ushered in an era of self-management through the smartphone health management app (mHealth). This study identified the factors affecting mHealth use among older adults with diabetes. A structured survey was conducted using online and offline channels for 252 older adults who were over 65 and had diabetes. The collected data were subjected to hierarchical multiple regression analyses, and subjective health status, e-health literacy, and interaction terms of social support were inputted to verify moderating effect. The main results of this study are as follows. First, mHealth use among older adults with diabetes was higher in the male, type 2 diabetes, and younger age groups. Second, the higher was the e-health literacy, the higher was the mHealth use. Third, a negative moderating effect of social support was found in the relationship between subjective health status and mHealth use. We expect this study to provide researchers and managers interested in mHealth and older adults with diabetes, with valuable theoretical and practical implications. Furthermore, this study contributes to improving mHealth use among older adults with diabetes and building a digitally inclusive society.

This investigation was a descriptive study that examined the relationship among factors including professional autonomy, role conflict, and clinical decision-making ability of nurses on comprehensive nursing service wards. To accomplish this, a survey of 234 nurses working at D city and G city who were selected based on convenience sampling was conducted. Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire completed by 234 nurses at four clinical hospitals from October 12, 2017 to November 30, 2017. The collected data were evaluated by t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The mean clinical decision-making ability score was $3.38{\pm}0.78$, which corresponded to an intermediate level of clinical decision-making ability. Clinical decision making ability was positively correlated with professional autonomy, but role conflict showed a negative correlation. The factors having the greatest impact on clinical decision-making ability were found to be, in order, length of work, education level, professional autonomy and role conflict, which together accounted for 38.7% of the total impact. To improve clinical decision making ability, it is important to improve autonomy and role conflict. Additionally, to improve clinical decision-making ability, it is necessary to improve clinical decision-making ability to determine nurses tasks through professional autonomy and role conflict. Overall, the results of this study can be utilized as baseline data when developing a program to enhance nurses' clinical decision making ability. Moreover, it is suggested that an interventional study analyzing validity and effectiveness of developed education programs be conducted.

This study examined the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Nurse-Patient Interaction Scale (K-NPIS) for the elderly, at long-term care hospitals in Korea. The original NPIS was developed to identify important characteristics of elderly patient experiences regarding nurse-patient interactions in nursing homes. Totally, 202 hospitalized elderly patients at 4 long-term hospitals in Jinju-si, Suncheon-si, and Namwon-si, were enrolled in the study and completed the questionnaire. For internal consistency, Cronbach's α of K-NPIS was 0.96 after item analysis. K-NPIS was validated using the confirmatory factor analysis and content validity. The content validity score was more than 0.80, establishing the appropriateness and readiness of the tool through group discussions between clinical experts and elderly patients. The K-NPIS is a 10-point scale comprising 12 questions. K-NPIS scores between different residential groups were significantly different, and showed no ceiling or floor effect. The internal consistency reliability, construct validity, and discriminative validity of K-NPIS was adequate. However, criterion validity requires further examination. Our findings suggest that K-NPIS serves as an appropriate measure of nurse-patient interaction when applying the nursing care intervention for elderly.
