This study analyzed the 2017 human capital corporate panel data provided by the Korea research institute for vocational education. We examined the mediating effect of ambidexterity innovation on the relationship between employee training and organizational commitment. In addition, we examined the moderating effect of organizational communication between employee training and ambidexterity innovation. The hypothesis test results are as follows. Hypothesis1. Ambidexterity innovation has been shown to partially mediate the relationship between employee training and organizational commitment. Thus, Hypothesis1 was partially supported. Hypothesis2. Organizational communication has been shown to play a positive moderating role in the relationship between employee training and ambidexterity innovation. Thus, hypothesis2 was supported. Based on the empirical results, we suggest implications for academia and practical avenues.

In this study, a total of two hypotheses were established and tested to find out how entrepreneurship in manufacturing SMEs affects organizational effectiveness through technological innovation. The key results of this paper are as follows. First, it was confirmed that innovativeness, a component of entrepreneurship, did not affect organizational commitment, but it did affect job satisfaction. On the other hand, it was confirmed that proactiveness and risk-taking did not affect both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, process innovation played a mediating role in the relationship between innovativeness and job satisfaction, proactiveness and job satisfaction, and proactiveness and organizational commitment. However, it was confirmed that product innovation did not play a mediating role at all in the relationship between the components of entrepreneurship and the components of organizational effectiveness. This study provided academic and practical implications by identifying the antecedent factors that affect the organizational effectiveness of manufacturing SMEs. From an academic point of view, previous studies did not differentiate by industry or mainly selected and studied sample subjects from industries such as IT, hotel, service, and tourism. However, this study investigated how entrepreneurship affects organizational effectiveness through technological innovation targeting manufacturing SMEs, and provides the research results. In addition, from a practical point of view, manufacturing SMEs need to make efforts to improve workers' proactiveness, innovativeness, and process innovation capabilities in order to improve workers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

최근 IT기술의 급속한 성장으로 교육에 IT기술을 적용하여 교육의 효율성으로 높이려는 시도가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 시도는 스마트 교육이라는 새로운 학문 분야를 만들었으며, 상호작용기반 멀티미디어 교육은 스마트 교육에서 가장 중요한 부분 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 교육의 효율성을 높이기 위한 스크린 공유기반 양방향 교육시스템을 제안하며, 시스템은 고속 영상처리부, 다자간 영상송수신처리시스템, 전용 H/W로 구성된다. 제안하는 시스템은 전용 H/W로 인해 추가적인 비용을 요구하지만, 원활한 수업 진행이 어려운 기존 S/W기반 시스템에 비해 실시간 수업 진행이 가능하다.

산업화로 특징되는 사회변동과 전통사회로부터 근대사회로 변화하는 역사적 배경을 주축으로 하는 한국사회의 거시적 맥락이 가족내 청소년 발달이라는 미시적 과정에 어떻게 관련되는가를 탐색해보는 시도로서 핵가족화와 가치관 변화가 청소년 발달에 미치게 되는 영향을 논의하였다 핵가족화는 단순한 가족형태상의 변화로서 청소년 발달에 관련되기 보다 는 산업화 과정에서 다른 가족구상의 변화와 맞물려 청소년 발달에 긍정적 또는 부정적 측 면에서 검토되어야 함을 강조한다 가족가치관의 변화를 역사적 맥락에서 이해하면서 전통적 집단주의 기능성이 이기적가족주의로 변용되어 청소년 발달에 미치ㅔ 되는 역기능적 실상이 학문적 노력과 정책적 주도하에 극복되어야 함을 시사한다.

모든 질병에서 피로감은 환자가 경험하는 매우 흔한 증상으로서 임상간호현장에서 쉽게 간과 되어져왔다. 최근까지 건강관련 학문분야에서 피로감에 관한 수많은 연구가 진행되어져 왔지만. 임상간호현장에 도움이 될 만한 연구결과, 즉 임상 간호사의 간호사정과 간호중재에 지침이 되는 연구는 부족한 현실이다. 구체적인 연구 계획에 앞서, 연구의 이론적인 배경과 근거, 이론에서 추출된 개념, 변수와 연구 도구들간의 전체적인 일관성이 매우 중요하다. 추상적인 이론으로부터 개념과 변수를 거쳐 연구에 직접 사용될 구체적인 연구도구를 일관성 있게 선택하는 일련의 과정을 'Theoretical Substruction'이라 한다. 심부정맥환자가 지각하는 피로감에 관한 연구에 앞서, 본 글을 통해 심부정맥과 피로감의 이론적인 연관성과 이 연구를 위한 개념과 변수, 구체적인 연구도구를 선택하는 과정, Theoretical Substruction에 대해 토의될 것이며, 이에 따른 연구질문도 제의 될 것이다.

실험동물을 이용한 생식독성시험 결과를 기초로 하여 화학물질의 인체내 최기형성 발현 잠재력을 추정하는 질적인 독성평가는 비교적 용이하다. 그러나 인체에 실제로 적용할 수 있는 생식 독성 평가를 위해서는 양적인 독성평가가 요구되는데 여러가지 기본원칙의 불일치성과 검색기술등의 부조으로 아직 학문적인 평가가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 seminar에서는 양적인 독성 평가의 어려운 문제점에 대한 세계적 연구추세를 소개하는 일례로서, 독일 베를린 자유대 독성학 연구소에서 다년간 수행된, 약제의 동물실험결과를 토대로 최기형 효과에 대한 평가시 고려해야 할 제반요소와 원칙에 대해 다음과 같이 소개하고자 한다.

벤처창업 연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동 및 성과를 증진시킬 수 있는 핵심 고리로 그 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 선행연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시키는 요인으로 고려되고 있지만 아직까지 구성원의 개별 성향과 복합적으로 고려했을때 기업가적 리더십이 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 편이다. 본 연구는 구성원의 조절 초점 성향을 토대로 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 성향에 따라 자기효능감과 혁신행동에 각기 다른 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정, 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 변수 간 인과관계 검정을 위해 중소벤처기업에 재직 중인 구성원을 대상으로 점화 기법 기반 실험연구를 진행할 예정이다. 실험연구를 통해 본 연구는 리더의 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 혁신행동을 어떻게 높일 수 있는지에 대한 단초를 제공할 것이다. 또한, 본 연구결과는 벤처기업 및 스타트업에서 구성원의 혁신행동을 촉진할 수 있는 조직운영 프로세스에 관한 시사점과 함께 학문 및 실무적 관점에서도 의미 있는 기여도를 제공할 예정이다.

Due to the growth of female movement after 1970s' and the resultant interest in female activity changed the type and degree of female crime and thus led to considerable interest and research. As a result, the relative difference between crime rates of sexes has been reduced, but the crime of male and female has been considerably decreased owing to sex role and concept of self-ego, more generally specking, the result of female movement. As countermeasure for the recently increasing frmale crime, this research presents first, enhancement of social education; second, arrangement of relevant institutions; third, activation of the system of female investigator; fourth, the necessity of victimology approach.

Die vorligende Arbeit behandelt die Probleme der $Koh\"{a}renz$ und Interpretation von van de Velde unter einigen Gesichtspunkten, welche mit der Frage $zusammenh\"{a}ngen$: Wie wird Sprachverstehen $erm\"{o}glicht$? Nach van de Velde besteht der wissen­schaftliche Zugang zu den Sprachverstehensprozessen und Interpretationsstrategien darin, dass man Erkenntnisse $\"{u}ber$ ihre bedingenden Faktoren gewinnt Seine Arbeit versucht diese bedingenden Faktoren in folgenden Gegebenheiten aufzufinden: 1) in den innersprachlichen Gegebenheiten, 2) in den $Referenzzusammenh\"{a}ngen$, auf die sich innersprachliche Gegebenheiten beziehen, 3) in den Handlungskontexten, in denen die verwendeten Sprachgegebenheiten ihre Funktionen haben, 4) in den zwischenmenschlichen $Kormnunikationsrahmenverh\"{a}lnissen$, 5) in den kognitiven Prozessen des Sprachrezipienten, in der neuro(psycho)logischen Ausstattung des Sprachbenutzers. Genau gesagt, bleiben die folgenden Fragen trotzdem immer nur offen: 1) Kann jede Ebene $f\"{u}r$ die $Koh\"{a}renz$ bei van de Velde in der Wirklichkeit schon da sein? 2) Sind die Wertigkeiten jeder Ebenen gleich? 3) Muss die $Koh\"{a}renz$ zwischen Inferenz und Verstehen sein? 4) Gibt es irgendeine Einheitstheorie, solche $interdisziplin\"{a}re$ Faktoren zu beherrschen?

최근 지식정보화 시대의 집단지성기반 교육 패러다임 변화는 큰 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 융합적 학문을 근원으로 창의성 계발과 아이디어를 중요시하고 있으며, 창조적 교육방식을 지향하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 영역에 지식전문가들과 학습자들 간에 지식을 공유하기 위한 플랫폼 공간이 제대로 제공되고 있지 못하며, 단순한 컨텐츠 제공을 목적으로 이러닝 서비스가 일부 제공되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 집단지성을 기반으로 지능형 튜터링 에이전트 시스템 설계를 제안하고, 새로운 에이전트(Agent) 개념을 통해 지식인들과 학습자들 간에 지식을 공유할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 지식을 창출하고, 관리 및 유통할 수 있는 구조를 연구하였다. 또한 사용자들로부터 발생하는 데이터와 정보들을 자동 분석하여 지능적으로 학습상황에 대처할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 튜터(Tutor)와 튜티(Tutee)간에 협력적인 학습 생태계가 형성될 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 미래 스마트 학습 플랫폼 발전에 많은 도움이 되길 기대한다.
