국내에는 약 14,000개의 중 소규모의 저수지들이 있다. 최근에 이상기후로 인한 많은 강우가 발생하여 저수지들의 월류나 파이핑으로 인한 붕괴가 지속적으로 일어나고 있어 많은 인명 및 재산피해가 발생하고 있다. 특히 설계홍수량을 초과하는 월류로 인한 댐 붕괴 발생 시 피해규모가 크기 때문에 전국적으로 본포되어 있는 저수지들의 설계홍수량을 시급히 파악하여 저수지의 수문학적 안전성을 판단하고 설계홍수량이 작은 저수지의 경우 별도로 관리 할 수 있어야 한다. 하지만 기존에 저수지의 안전여부를 판단 할 수 있는 댐 붕괴 모의의 경우 많은 시간과 노력이 요구 되어 저수지의 안전여부를 보다 쉽고 빠르게 판단 할 수 있는 기준 마련이 시급히 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 보다 쉽고 빠르게 소규모저수지의 수문학적 안전성 평가를 할 수 있는 간편법에 대하여 연구 하였다. 연구 방법은 HEC-HMS을 이용한 댐 붕괴와 본 연구에서 제시한 간편법을 통하여 홍수량의 비교 검토 및 저수지의 수문학적 안전성을 평가를 하였다. HEC-HMS의 첨두홍수량은 빈도별 지속시간별 확률강우량을 이용하여 산정하였으며, 가능최대홍수량(PMF)은 실제호우전이법으로 산정한 가능최대강수량(PMP)을 이용하였다. 간편법의 첨두홍수량은 합리식과 통합형 강우강도식을 이용하여 산정하였고, 가능최대홍수량(PMF)은 Creager공식을 이용하여 산1)정하였다. 댐 붕괴의 경우 HEC-HMS에서는 댐 붕괴 모듈을 실행하여 모의를 하였고, 간편법의 댐 붕괴는 여수로의 한계 유출을 파악할 수 있는 위어공식을 이용하여 댐 붕괴 모의를 하였다. 마지막으로 산정된 첨두홍수량과 가능최대홍수량(PMF)을 작성된 수문학적 안전성 평가표에 기입하여 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 HEC-HMS로 산정한 빈도별 첨두홍수량 가능최대홍수량(PMF)과 간편법으로 구한 빈도별 첨두 홍수량 가능최대홍수량(PMF)의 차이는 약 편차가 50%정도로 간편법으로 구한 첨두홍수량 가능최대홍수량(PMF)이 더 크게 산정되었다. 편차의 발생 이유는 본 연구에서 제시한 간편법의 경우 안전율을 고려한 경험공식을 사용하였기 때문이라고 판단되며, 간편법을 통한 소규모저수지의 수문학적 안전성 평가를 다른 대상지역의 소규모저수지에도 적용하여 보고 수문학적 평가방법이 올바르게 적용 될 수 있는지 확인이 필요하다고 판단된다.

Recently, there is a trend to introduce a reliability approach to the design of al large scale improvement of weak ground due to the uncertainty of the influence factors in the consolidation. Since the reliability analysis is not easily adopted to geotechnical engineers because of some difficulties in working up the theories, Duncan(2000) proposed a simplified method for using reliability method to goetechnical problems. In this study, the applicability of Duncan's simplified reliability approach is evaluated by comparing the traditional reliability results with Duncan's. In the sensitivity analysis, the two results were quite similar. However, the probability of failure showed an error range of 20~50% and further Duncan's approach could not make a distinction for the distribution of geotechnical random variables. The simplified reliability method seems to be used properly in preliminary design if it is used supplementary with the deterministic method.

범용토양유실공식(RUSLE)은 연간 토양유실량을 산정하기 위해 제시된 경험식이며, 강우침식인자(R factor)는 유실량을 결정하는 요소 중 강우강도의 특성을 고려하는 주요인자이다. 토지피복, 식생 등에 대한 타 인자의 경우 한정된 실험에 의해 도출된 경험치를 대상지역에 맞게 적용하는데 반해 강우침식인자는 강우강도 기반 강우에너지 산정법을 적용하여 계산과정이 비교적 복잡하고 다양하다. 국내에서도 강우침식인자 산정법이 개발된 바 있으나 현제까지 간편법을 비롯한 다양한 공식들이 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 강우침식인자를 산정하는 과정에서 다른 강우 운동에너지식을 적용하거나 연평균 강수량 등을 대체지수로 활용한 간편법 적용시 결과의 결과의 다양성에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 합리적인 30분 강우강도 산정을 위해 79개 기상청 종관기상관측 지점에 대한 분단위 강우자료(1997~2014)를 수집하고 기존의 국내외 강우운동에너지 식과 대체지수를 적용하여 산정된 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 간편법을 사용한 결과가 대부분 지점에 대해 강우에너지식을 사용한 강우침식인자보다 과대산정(지점평균 약 74%)하였으며 다른 강우에너지식 적용에 따른 평균 변동계수가 약 0.12로 나타나 지점간 차이를 보였으나 적용방법에 따른 침식인자의 분포가 다소 다르게 나타남을 확인하였다. 관측자료가 부족한 토양유실량 예측에 있어 강우 침식인자 산정을 위한 최적 방법론 도출이 어려운 만큼 다중모델 결과를 조합하는 방법론 개발이 필요하다고 판단된다.

Five Korean native goats were employed to test the effectiveness of the two modified techniques (Method I and II) of Pawlow's pouch method. Both methods turned out to be successful and simpler than the original Pawlow's pouch method. In both methods, the miniature rumens were formed on the junction of two veins; versa ruminalis sinistra and vena ruminalis dextra. Both method I and II have the advantage of shortening the operation time, but caution is necessary to prevent the fistula formation between the rumen and miniature rumen in Method I. lt is recommended that the inner surface of the miniature rumen should be cleaned before performing the absorption test.

로마자 표기법은 우리말을 한글이 아닌 로마자로 적는 법을 말한다. 현재 우리가 쓰고 있는 로마자 표기법은 발음 위주의 표기를 하고 부호가 잡다하여 컴퓨터로 쉽게 입력할 수 없는 단점을 갖고 있다. 그래서 필자는 간편하고 능률적인 국제 정보통신용 로마자 표기법을 제안한다.

Current Bridge Specification for Highway Bridges adopts a simplified method to determine sectional forces of abutment wing by diving its area into four sections. This simplified method was developed when numerical analysis was not mature and computer resources were expensive. It has been criticized that the simplified method produces conservative results. This study evaluates the problem of current design practice to improve the design guideline for abutment wing.

Enzyme inhibition기술을 이용한 습식 및 건식 kit는 carbmate계 농약의 잔류를 검출하는데 매우 민감하므로, carbmate계 잔류농약을 신속하게 검색할 수 있다. 즉 AChE효소를 이용한 습식 및 건식 kit로 carbamate계 농약을 검출 할 수 있다. 따라서 빠르고 간편하게 carbamate계 농약을 검출하기 위한 습식 kit 및 건식 kit로 상업화 할 수 있다.

In this study, the target ground was selected for the assessment of liquefaction, for which energy-based Arias intensity liquefaction assessment method was applied, The results of evaluation by simplified method using conventional in-situ test were compared. The result of the assessment of liquefaction revealed that the safety factor of the Arias Intensity using the actual records of the Hachinohe and Ofunato earthquake showed generally similar trends with the simplified method, However, the Arias Intensity factor of safety for the artificial earthquake created from the design response spectrum showed some difference from the factors of safety of the simplified method. The shear stress ratio and the occurrence strength of the Arias Intensity are differently calculated between stress and energy, but the resistance stress ratio of the simplified method and the resistance strength of the Arias Intensity use the empirical chart of the results of the standard penetration test for the actual liquefaction areas by the earthquake, which seems the reason for the similar results between Arias Intensity assessment and stress concept simplified method for Hachinohe and Ofunato earthquakes. Therefore, it was found that the energy-based Arias Intensity liquefaction assessment could represent the dynamic changes of the ground caused by seismic characteristics such as acceleration, magnitude, duration and amplitude.

이번 호에는 설날 때 먹고 남은 가래떡을 이용해 간편하게 만들 수 있는 제품을 준비해 보았다. 찹쌀가루가 들어가 맛이 쫄깃하고 입안에서 부드럽게 씹히는 가래떡의 식감이 추운 겨울날 간신으로 먹기에 적당하다. 만드는 법이 간편해 방학을 맞은 아이들과 함께 만들어 보는 것도 유익한 시간이 될 것이다.

본 논문은 초기하중을 하중을 받는 역대칭 angle-ply 와 cross-ply 적층판의 좌굴 및 진동특성을 무재하시의 고유진동수를 이용하여 산정하는 간편법을 제시하였다. 마주보는 두변이 단순 지지된 역대칭 적층판의 운동방정식은 전단변형과 회전강성효과를 고려한 YSN 이론으로 유도하였으며 이를 선점법을 이용하여 해석하였다. 초기응력을 받는 적층판의 무차원화 고유진동수, 임계좌굴계수 및 동적 주 불안정영역 문제들을 무재하시의 무차원화 고유진동수로서 각각의 특성을 정립시켰다. 본 연구에서 제안한 진동특성에 관한 간편산정식의 정당성과 사용성을 입증하기 위하여 수치예들로서 검토하였다.
