In this paper, we propose energy-efficient automatic power controller which can power on and off the signboard at the specified light intensity using the Illuminance Detector. By using segmented section Classification algorithm, light intensity setup system propose variable resistor method which makes users more easy to control. Automatic light on-off system set a standard by measured illuminance data. Measured light-intensity through the Illuminance Detector are communicated with the signboard power controller with wireless communication, and it controls lighting system. In this paper, we evaluated the Energy-Efficient Automatic Power Controller of The Signboard using illuminance detector. Experimental results in lightless environment shows that the error rate is less than 3% by Accredited Testing Laboratories.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)는 재고의 위치를 쉽게 파악할 수 있고, 적재하는 위치나 장소가 바뀌는 경우에 재고의 현황을 알 수 있다. 많은 정보를 태그에 보관할 수 있어 제품관리가 용이하다. 제품의 이력상태를 바로 알 수 있으며, 열이나 물 등의 이유로 인하여 바코드를 사용할 수 없는 곳이나 공정에서도 사용할 수 있다. RFID는 바코드 시스템의 장점을 포함하고 있고 제품개체에 대한 실시간 파악이 가능하다. 이러한 장점으로 인하여 RFID는 유통 및 생산시스템 사용이 크게 확대될 것이다. RFID를 이용하면 Just In Time 생산을 보다 효율적으로 운영할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 RFID를 이용하여 간판생산방식의 도입에 적용하는 데 있다.

In this paper, we implement the signboard voice guidance service for visually impaired person using virtual beacon. The new location to provide a location-based service can be added easily by using virtual beacons, which are locating by Wi-fi, GPS, and so on, instead of physical beacons, which are locating by physical devices. We provide the voice service for guiding information of the captured signboard for the visually impaired when he arrived at the location registered through the virtual beacon.

We can take 'Profit security', in the field Process improvement activity and man-power upgrade in the learning of organization activity or upgrading ability of each peoples. After Tayler System(Scientific Management in1911) and Ford System(Conveyor system in 1913), Toyota System(Ohno's TPS; Toyota Production System around 1980) which was developed by Toyota in Japan in the third productive revolution. This thesis study on the focus of 2 successful examples(P and S companies in Seong-Seo industrial complex Tae-Gu city) which introduce Toyota system can apply to VM(Visual Management), 3jeong(Right Products Right Quantity, Right Box and Right Position)5S(Seiri, Seiton, Seisoh Seiketsu, Sitsuke), JIT(Just In Time), KAIZEN(Improvement), KANBAN System(Logistic) and output of Factory. For examples P company obtained a lot of results(productivity increase 19%, Quality up 46%-36ppm, storage decrease 25% per year), S company obtained a lot of results(productivity increase 20%, Quality up 40%, storage decrease 33% per year, 2600 improvements in 2002. In conclusion Korean KANBAN system (modified Toyota System) is similar to exchange of work as Korean traditional system in agriculture as like dure 'PUMASHI' SANGBU-SANJO) that's autonomous management systems. In conclusion Korea KANBAN system needs apply to not only all the manufacturing industry but also the various fields of industry.

Recently, TPS is one of the hot issues which enterprises and manufacturing related people were greatly concerned. TPS is very representative of Japanese production system. And TPS have contributed to the advance of industrial engineering. This study highlights the limitation and unsolved problems of presented TPS, through understanding the basic principles and characteristics and application process of TPS. To be continuously developing and competitive system in the future, we suggest New JIT System to complement current TPS system. New JIT is a customer oriented system. For the customer satisfied quality management, renovate business process in production, development and sales area. It has hardware and software system. Hardware system is consists of TMS, TDS, TPS. Software system Is scientific SQC utilized TQM. For the advanced next generation manufacturing management system, we should develop New JIT system.

This study is performed to light up the semiotic system of streetscape in the harbor on the basic concept of all cultural phenomena that could be described as a Semiotic System. The semiotic approach to landscape analysis was used for understanding landscape characteristics owing to implication of psychological process. Streets of the study were located at Ganguri and Opori on Gang-Gu Harbor and the signboard semiotics of streets were divided into 17 meanings according to the business category. The analysis of this category was applicable on semiotic meaning. The research results are as follows: First, the main part of the business category was food. 56.3% of Ganguri and 61.8% of Opori had the name of food businesses. Second, the semiotic characteristics of Gang-Gu harbor streets mainly mean place name or friendly name. The food business could be related to the principal products of this district which are called Young-Duk Great Crab. Also, the place name could be from symbolic meaning of the crab and the friendly name could be connected with increasing the sales. Finally, the semiotic approach to landscape does not fully cover the streetscape but could be useful for understanding a skeleton of harbor streetscape.

Sales for SPA brand names of private label apparels are on the rise in the domestic clothing market. The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of SPA brands and how each color system is proposed within the BI system. In this study, 8 brands were selected as the most popular SPA brands in Korea and abroad with stores based on brand power and sales and preference by consumers. Therefore, among information factors such as brand identity (BI) and color characteristic. sign system, package, and environmental factors, buildings facade and interior design of eight brands were investigated. Research into color application of BI revealed that four brands used red colors with different tones with different identity differentiation. For the other four brands, the company applied BI designs that gained the brand's character such as a black-and-white or dark blue one. Thus, it is considered important to select BI color in order to differentiate and enhance preferences in brand identity.
